We have been parking at this facility for over 5 years and have to say since Mary has been managing the facility, it has improved immensely. Mary obviously cares about keeping the facility impeccable. Mary is not only helpful, she has the best personality. Also, we love the paint scheme and appreciate the new asphalt.

Best service EVER! I know for a fact that even on her vacation days she’s still assisting customers to give them the best service possible!

This place is terrific and Dalia and Mary couldnt be any nicer and more helpful. One of the cleanest facilities around!

My experience was a pleasant one. Mary, the associate that helped me, was very nice and courteous while I was looking around and getting prices. She asked me questions and showed me a space that was the perfect size for my needs. Every time I see Mary she is smiling and says hello. I would and have recommended this store to others.

Had a great experience with general manager Mary Burchard. She is very professional and efficient. She knows every aspect of the operation and can answer questions and provide guidance quickly and accurately. The price was good and the storage units are in good shape, (no roof leaks, etc.). Totally pleased.

Anthony couldnt have been more helpful! The location itself is convenient and safe, and the storage space we chose is also convenient, clean, and everything we could have hoped for. The free first month was also a bargain compared to other facilities in the area. We highly recommend this facility.

Mary was great & so helpful. We are so happy that we found a place to store our stuff that we so large that other places couldn’t accommodate us. And the rate that we got could not be beat. It was way less than what other storage places quoted us.

When the posted hours say 9:30, that doesnt mean roll in at 9:28 and tell customers to wait while you turn on the computer. When the design of the units are such that backing a trailer down a 150+ foot driveway for the occasional trailer hauler is hard, dont tell me not to block anyone (Ive got 40ish feet of vehicle...somebody is getting blocked, I just dont want to hit the building!) When you force me into buying your insurance and say Ill get it back on proof of coverage, then the next guy says no... yeah, this is off to a great start! My advice... pay a few more $$ and go to a better managed business.

5 stars when I started renting the unit beacuse of super friendly service when signing the lease agreement2 years later Im changing it 1.The rate bumps up every year by 15%, which is ridiculous. I just got my second rate increase notice.The light above my unit was out the entire winter( I called the office twice and stopped), the driveway is a mess( it was supposed to be 2 days fix), nobody answers the phones in the office.I would not recommend it, moving out!

This place is clean and the agreement was easy to get into and out of when I wanted without any hassle. So overall I was happy with the place. I took off a star for two reasons. First off they jacked up the rate on me after a couple of months, secondly I am convinced they sold my information to moving companies, the moment I signed up I started getting calls from random moving places and none of them would tell me how they got my info.

I have been a customer at the Chestnut Ave. location for years. Long before Cubesmart took over. Overall a clean place that is secure. A number of updates to the property which is good. BUT, I am not happy that they throw a lock on your door just a couple days after the first of the month if payment is not received. Totally extreme tactics!!! They should know loyal long time customers and cut some slack. But they are BIG CORPORATE STORAGE and dont care about you. Also they took away outdoor parking (Chestnut Ave location) where we had a work truck parked. We own a small business. So we had to relocate the truck which is a hassle. And the prices went up about 25% which is crazy. Just because it is located in Glenview they charge high rates!

Anthony, the Manager of this Franchise CubeSmart location is wonderful to work with. The storage is excellent, and we have been satisfied as we add/subtract/change the size and amount of our storage, based on changing need.

Excellent service, friendly, fast processing, took maybe ten minutes all in.

I had an excellent experience renting a unit from CubeSmart in Glenview. The units are brand new and perfect. Sherry is wonderful!!!

Customer Service at its finest!!The world of storage is very new to me. At the beginning of my search I realized very fast that most of these facilities are disappointing at best. It amazed me how little the managers of these facilities knew about their own availability, and how I seemed to be inconveniencing them by looking for storage.This all changed at the Chestnut Cube Samrt. They are very attentive and know their inventory. They were extremely helpful in the process and truly willing to help.This review is being written solely because of the above and beyond call of duty to the manager Anthony. Last Sunday in the middle of a snow storm I went to the facility and used my code to gain access. When leaving the gate wouldnt open. I WAS STUCK!. Here I am stuck in the lot with no way out feeling like a jail bird. I called the 800 number and grew very frustrated at their service. They told me that they would put a call into the emergency contact and that was all they could do. GREAT, Still Stuck.Low and behold the area was experiencing a power outage. Right as I was considering taking an uber home Anthony shows up with the manual crank to open the door. Here I am Sunday evening at 8:00 in the middle of a snow storm and the Manager drives 45 minutes to get us out. He shows up upbeat, and friendly despite having to drive through a blizzard to get there. I could not be more impressed by the service level of this place.Thank you Anthony, and thank you Cube Smart for making a great hire.

Leaking storage units, and ended up damaging a lot of my items that were stored. The facility is not maintained at all. Stay away from here.
