As a female in my late 30s who is still mistaken for a teenager, I often deal with unpleasant situations, especially when car shopping. It is exhausting having people constantly try to take advantage of you.I’m extremely pleased with my experience at AutoNation West and especially working with Roberto. He gave me the respect ALL people deserve, regardless of age, gender, price range, and appearance.I have “long COVID” which impacts my mobility and processing speed when communicating. Roberto never rushed or hurried me. He listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the types of vehicles I was searching for. He was very knowledgeable of the features with every vehicle I showed interest in. When I selected a vehicle to test drive, he quickly retrieved the key and was able to show me a great location to test out the off road capabilities of the vehicle.Roberto helped me find the perfect car for me, under my budget. He also helped me get the best deal for the trade-in value of my vehicle. Had I customized a Jeep for myself, it would have turned out exactly like the Jeep Cherokee I purchased.I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle again - and the same goes for my husband. It felt like working with a close family relative or old family friend. Came in looking for an AWD vehicle after moving here from Florida. I had been to so many dealerships test driving and having no luck. Never had a Jeep before, but they changed that. I didnt really know much about Jeeps, and Brian was super helpful in answering questions, facilitating an amazing test drive, and working with me to get a great deal on a new Jeep. I got a letter in the mail about a recall. I followed the instructions on the mail verbatim. Step 1 was to call in advance. I called, person on the phone confirmed there was an active recall and scheduled me in Tuesday 9/21/2021 at 7:30am. I would later find out that there was not actually any recall affecting my vehicle, and basically went out there for nothing. People make mistakes, I have absolutely zero problem with that. I would rate 5 stars just on how friendly the person over the phone was. I went out for breakfast had a great morning.I did have an unpleasant experience with one of the reps at the service center. I was later contacted by one of the managers to let me know that his rep was having a bad day. These guys are great and really care about the people that drive into their garage. Hope that reps circumstances get better!

Just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Roberto at AutoNation. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Tons of inventory and took the time to learn about our needs and then matched us up with a couple cars that met those needs. My wife and I had been looking for a very specific Jeep, 2 door Rubicon 2.0L Turbo, for quite some time. Being from Colorado Springs, we decided to venture to The Denver area to browse around. Stumbled across Auto-Nation Jeep West in Golden’s website and saw they had two Jeeps that fit the profile. We started by sending an email and received and immediate response from salesperson confirming their inventory. We made the trek and when we arrived we were met at the Jeep by Nicky. He took a real interest into the reasoning we were looking for a Jeep and he did not want us to overspend on something we didn’t really need. As a matter of fact, he never once tried to convince of getting more than we needed just to make a better commission. He was attentive and listened to what we wanted. The next step was the test drive. My wife and I had drove others in and around the Springs area, but this was different. Nicky sat in the back and off we went. We went through the normal test drive stuff and then Nicky led us to a little off road area. I was nothing to crazy but a great place to demo the off road features. Nicky was incredibly knowledgeable on absolutely EVERYTHING. We had a hands on taste of everything the vehicle was capable of. We ultimately decide to purchase the vehicle, but wanted to wait 5 days. The dealership worked with us with no hesitation. We gave a percentage of out deposit then and told him we’d be back. We were never pestered with phone calls or anything. Before we returned, we called the dealership and they made sure we were 100% good to go before starting the long drive back to them from the Springs. We arrived and saw our new vehicle out front. We were in and out in about an hours time. This was by far the most hassle free and professional experience we have ever received buying a new car. We never questioned the integrity of intent from Nicky or anybody working our purchase. I can honestly say, that when I decide to purchase another vehicle for myself, I will find something Auto Nation West has that suits my needs because I want to give them my future business. I know it’s cliche, but my wife and I really felt like friends. Keep up the great work! Kudos to Nicky and the team!

Went Jeep West to get out of a terribly expensive car payment. I needed something that was reliable, good for kids and at the price point that I wanted. Coming to Jeep West, Im not a huge car expert so the thought of car shopping can be a little overwhelming. Initially I came in to see one car in particular but after test driving it I realized this was not what I was looking for. Initially had a great experience buying the car, thought I was getting taken care of. I signed up for all of the warranty’s being told by the salesman that all my maintenance would be covered for several years which would be a huge relief. It has been about 10 months since I bought the car and I was just told it’s due for $1800 of maintenance that is required every 30,000 miles and isn’t covered. Would’ve been nice to know this when I bought the car that way I could’ve factored that into buying a car that was just shy of 60,000 miles or just been given a heads up so I could plan for the big bill. Feel like I got taken advantage of here.

Absolutely the worst car dealership. Sells sub par cars at an outrageous price and then pushes you to get an extended warranty so that when, not if, your car fails it will be covered. Only when you do take the vehicle in for maintenance they tell you that the warranty has since been voided because you didnt take it in at 120,000 miles on the dot. 121,000 is too far and they bear no responsibility for it. But hey they can get you a discounted rate to get it repaired. What a joke. Buyers beware!!!

I have worked with Auto Nation Jeep West for years and they have literally never let me down. Had another amazing experience the other day when my 21-year-old niece and her (2) 20 year old girl friends we’re taking their first cross-country road trip from New York to Colorado to visit. When they’re 2011 Jeep Liberty began to act up. Several other dealerships and mechanics either tried to blow off the ladies or take advantage of them with silly alleged mechanical issues and outrageous repair bills.Matt Click and his service team was able to work them in within hours of the ladies reaching out for help.The service team at Auto Nation jeep west was able to fully diagnose the young ladies car and for $85 had them back on the road.They made it safely back to New York (The Jeep is running perfectly as well)The Auto Nation jeep team really went above and beyond to take care of their customers.At the end of the day I’m sure my niece and her friends will remember what a great trip they had seeing the mountains, the laughter the fun of their first road trip… and probably forget about the car issues.However I assure you I won’t forget how Matt Click and the entire Auto Nation Jeep West team took care of my family and friends.

This place was fantastic! We initially came and Rosendo showed us around at a few vehicles. We decided to wait for a couple days and shop around, then Rosendo contacted us again with a great deal. He knew everything we could ask about in the vehicle and truly sold the product in a slick manner. He made our process of buying the car more enjoyable then it should’ve been and truly helped me feel knowledged about my choice! Marco was who helped us with finances and did an amazing job. He helped us a lot with our pricing and was able to make sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. The service at this dealership is absolutely terrible. I leased my Jeep from them in December of 2020 and there has been technological issues with the cars computer system ever since. I took my car in three times within 3 weeks of leasing it as a result of this, only to finally find out there is apparently a software issue that none of the mechanics could determine until the third visit. That was 10 months ago, and the issue has still not been fixed, nor have I received an update on the software issue. The technical problems are still persisting, and I called two days ago to find out an update, and was told I would receive a call back that day. I did not receive a call back, did not receive a call back the next day, and I have been transferred to different dealerships in an attempt to reach a service supervisor, and nothing has been solved. No one seemed to know anything about my issue, even after reading the previous service notes. Now come to find out after I called them again and was finally able to speak to someone, the software needed to fix my vehicle was released the second week of September 2021, and no one called me to schedule the service when they had previously stated they would do so. Do not waste your time here, you are the most important person when you are buying or leasing a vehicle, but there is no customer service after that point. The staff are unprofessional, they speak over you, and they seem to be clueless. I will not be returning here for any other business other than to finish my lease, maybe at that point they will care enough about the car to fix it once it is in their possession again.

An hour and 50 minutes for an oil change that I scheduled weeks ago, aka not just a show up and hope they aren’t busy. Magically, the car was ready the moment I walked back to see what was taking so long. Not worth it; will be finding a different dealer to purchase my Jeep’s from and have the subsequent services performed at. The only reason for 2 stars is they weren’t downright rude, but highly recommend going elsewhere.

I honestly was in a really tough position, my Truck had literally caught fire while driving down the highway. That moment changed me when I watched my Ford truck torch into flames. I picked up my phone immediately to call Roberto at Chrysler jeep west. I told him what had happened, my price range and everything for a vehicle. He listened carefully and truly took my situation in his hands as if I were family to him. He had me come down to look at some vehicles the next day with multiple cars to chose from and had them ready to go for test drives as soon as I arrived. Upon arrival I was completely stunned on the amount of customers at the dealer especially it even with a busy place he handled everything efficiently and professionally, which by the way was a huge relief after all that had happened recently. He was very patient with me as it was hard to get behind the wheel right away. We finally found the right vehicle, something that is great all around with a great safety rating and something reliable. I also have a beautiful 2 year old who means more than world to me and I wouldn’t get just any vehicle, I wanted something safe for him and Roberto took that to heart as well. After assuming that I wouldnt never elect to return to Autonation due to a negative experience at a different location in the Denver metro area, I had a battery still under warranty go bad and I am so glad that I chose this location for servicing. Mike Doht originally checked me in and I knew from the start that I was in good hands. Mr. Doht is a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous gentleman. Then there was Micha and another gentleman in the parts department (sorry, I lost the card with your names I wrote upon it, so going by memory) who were knowledgeable and kind as well. Then, as another gentleman walked by the picnic table that I was seated at enjoying the last of the coatless weather, we began to converse and turns out we are both Regis University alums, and I thought to myself now this is how Autonation should be represented. This person turned out to be the GM, Steve Kern. Upon check out, Mike Doht and the mechanic who replaced the battery briefly met with me as when the original defective battery was put in, a wrong clip was used to secure it. The mechanic, sorry cannot remember his name, was equally professional and informative. Mr. Kern sets a wonderful leadership example at this very well ran location and he and his equally hard working team reflects this in their great attitude and ethical professionalism. There were others that I interfaced with as well today and each and every one of these hard workers presented a five star experience.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience today at AutoNation West! We worked with Aaron Mitchell. We were looking for a new Wrangler 4xe, which like many other cars today is not available on the lot. Aaron was able to find a used 2021 4xe for us to test drive and helped us with a side-by-side comparison of options and pricing so we could decide between the used Jeep and ordering a new one. We ultimately decided on the new one (check out the rebates!). The ordering process was quick and easy.Aaron was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and, as a woman I found that this was one of the few car buying experiences in which the salesperson talked equally with both my husband and I. Also unusual was the lack of direct involvement or pressure by a Sales Manager until we had completed the transaction, when he came by to thank us.I highly recommend AutoNation West and Aaron Mitchell if you are in the market for a Chrysler or Jeep vehicle!

We were in search of a first car for our daughter and called Brandon on a car we had identified as an option. He was professional and took the time to go out on the lot to make sure the car was still there and give of his observations especially since he knew we would be driving from Colorado Springs. He gave us objective data about the car and his personal observations. After seeing 2 other cars we ended up at AutoNation. Brandon promptly greeted us and authorized us quickly for a test drive. The car was perfect for our needs and 1 hour later we left with the car since we decided to finance it so my daughter could establish credit. While we were waiting, we were greeted by the general manager Steve and felt appreciated for our business as a customer should. The finance manager Tyler was professional, efficient and expeditious in getting us on our way. We have purchased many cars over the last 40 years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The Icing on the cake is a percentage of our purchase goes to fight breast cancer and we of course took the opportunity to donate in addition which was terrific. From the very first online contact with our sales representative, to the final wrap up of the paperwork, we were given the red carpet treatment. The entire no haggle system is so refreshing and stress free that I would never buy another vehicle from anyone else. Mr. Nate Medina is so courteous and respectful that my wife and I truly consider him as a good friend. We had one minor issue after the purchase and Nate stepped up and took care of it immediately. We purchased a New Jeep Rubicon Diesel from Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep in Golden, Co late May 2021. We ordered our Jeep build from David Hantman. Dave was great to deal with. He kept us updated while the Jeep was being built. I would recommend Dave to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. He really knows how to hustle. This is a very, very busy dealership. They sell over 400 vehicles per month. However, Dave still took time on a busy Saturday to show us some important things about our Jeep. It was worth the 300 mile drive. I give them 5 Stars for Great Price, Great Communication, No Nonsense, Highly Responsive, Efficient and Friendly staff. The experience was so good, our next vehicle will also probably be from them ! in addition, we are happy with the Jeep Diesel itself. We are getting between 26 and 33 MPG. Great vehicle. Very happy customer !

If you choose to purchase a car from here don’t bother getting their service coverage plans. If you try to call to speak with someone or make an appointment plan at least 2 hours to keep getting rerouted in their phone system then ultimately get told by service they will check on something and get hung up on. It happens every single time. I’ve brought my car here to get a faulty radio fixed for my car purchased new. The first time I brought it for this issue was January 2021.. it is now October and they still haven’t gotten it fixed or ordered the part to fix it.

It was a very pleasant experience purchasing our 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West in Golden Colorado. After contact several Jeep dealerships in Colorado and several out of state dealers. We decided to purchase from Autonation CJW due to the sale associate Kelly Ryan and his manager Terry Andre. Every transaction was handle very professionally. Most of the process was done over the internet and telephone call. We only came to the dealership to signed papers and pick up our new Rubicon. Marco Valles CFR manager was very detailed oriented, professional, patient, possess good sense of humor and never pushing for the products. Oh man, where do I start. I would have to say that visit to a dealership was the best by a landslide, Sale Associate Roberto was an amazing and transparent person. While I had the pleasure of working with him, it was more than a sales person to customer relationship. He gave his honest opinion like any good friend would and he have the Manager (Meskienyar) intervened to assist on my behalf which was phenomenal, I felt like a VIP. Terrible customer communication. Dropped Jeep off at 8am on a Saturday for Basic Service. Received voice message in early afternoon that Brake Rotors were warped & needed to be resurfaced. Same rotors were resurfaced just a year ago. Never received a call that my Jeep was ready prior to closing. I left several messages that went unanswered. Finally got thru to Service Dept Monday morning. Apparently my Jeep was ready for pickup Saturday afternoon but no one bothered to call or return my repeated calls. Plenty of other service options out there.

We won’t be coming back here for anything. We purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep a year ago from them. They charged us $100 bucks for an oil change and didn’t even check the tire air pressure (we were there because of a tire pressure issue), top off any fluid or literally do anything that a standard oil change would come with at any other garage. Midas or Valvoline will do twice the work for less $$. The Subaru dealership I go to has 10-15 things they check over that’s included in the fee. Also, they tried charging $300 for a new tire I can get done down the street from our house for $250.We went to the dealership thinking we’d have great service seeing as we bought the car there a year ago. Never again will we step foot in this place. This wasn’t even the full story from the day too. Waste of time and money.

THE BEST! Ive had horrible experiences at most dealerships and ROBERTO and ANDRE hooked it up! Ask for them by name. Make the drive to GOLDEN and check out this dealership. No haggle and high emotional intelligence. We were able to call and ask for the car and it was clean and waiting for us when we pulled up. Took my Jeep in for service. Scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time and let them know that I had a Chrysler warranty for some of the repairs upon booking, including giving information WITH PICTURES that were provided to me from another service center diagnosing several of the issues (I elected to try AutoNation instead to utilize my Chrysler warranty). When I arrived to drop off the vehicle, they told me that it *might* have to stay overnight to be able to diagnose, gain approval from the warranty company and repair. They would not even take it in unless I agreed to this. They said they could help set me up with a rental for the time that it would be there but it would have to paid for out of pocket. I declined the rental and agreed to find other transportation for the 2 days that I now anticipate them having the vehicle. At 3pm on day 2, I called the service department to ask for an update (they had called the day before to inform that they would, in fact, be keeping it because they had not diagnosed anything) for them to tell me that they again had no diagnosis updates to provide. They wanted to keep if for another night, again offering to assist with a rental out of pocket, while they diagnose. On day 3, I had to call again to be told that they have not even finished diagnostics. They had diagnosed the issues that I had already provided to them but it seemed that they had not actually looked at my vehicle. They finally agreed to submit a partial claim for warranty, which I had been told 3 days earlier that they couldnt do without ALL issues diagnosed. I was told at this point, they would now need to keep my vehicle over the weekend to finish diagnosing, check with the warranty company and complete the repairs. Unfortunately, after being pushed off for so long and not feeling confident that anything would be resolved my Monday, I elected to pick up my vehicle with no repair work completed. When I arrived, they handed me a slip that seemed to indicated that all they did in 3 days was check my battery and tires, which I would assume happens upon intake of the vehicle. After I retrieved my vehicle, I placed a call to the Service Department Manager. I was directed to his voicemail, where I left a message that I felt the service was appalling. A week has past since I left that message with no return call. This dealership does not value its customers.

Brought jeep in for engine light but jeep was running fine. Now the etc abs and engine lights are on brakes dont work and it does not accelerate. Called to ask them to fix it and was told they couldnt do anything as they arent sure if they caused it. What?! I will never be bringing my Jeep in here ever again. Worst customer service and worst technicians on the planet. I cant believe they let a jeep off their lot that was dangerous to drive. This is an embarrassment of an establishment.

I was extremely disappointed by the unacceptable service. I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance asking for three things (one of which is a safety recall). I rushed to take my husband to work and child to day care so I could be on time to the appointment. When I got there they took the car and I confirmed it would be around 4-6 hours as I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. They told me that they would keep me informed and it might be longer because of needing to deal with insurance. I didn’t hear anything from the shop, so I called 6 hours after dropping the car off. I was informed that two of the parts were not in stock and so they would not be able to fix those, but would fix the safety recall and cal me when the other parts got in. At this point I was a little upset because I had called ahead with the specifics of what needed to be fixed, but I understood. I was told the car would be done soon. An hour and a half later I was called and told they didn’t even have the safety recall part in stock!!! So I left my car all day, spent 40$ in Uber fares for them to do NOTHING. I am absolutely irate, but there is nothing I can do but write this review and hope that the parts are in soon.

I had to call 3 times to check the status because they went over the estimates and I was trying to plan a ride (more on that later). Every time I called they put me through a hold pattern for 45 minutes.On top of it, they dont offer a shuttle service anymore due to covid, even though nobody working there is wearing a mask. They wont pay for your Uber either by policy and they wont give you a courtesy car.I still trust them to work on my Jeep as they do a good job, but I think the customer service can use work.

I cannot believe how negligent these guys were with my car. I had requested an inspection since i was hearing some bad sounds.After getting the quote i decided to take it to another place to get a second opinion since it was an expensive fix. Whomever didnt the initial diagnosis never put back any of the bolts to my transmission or the power transfer unit. My car never should have been driven without these pieces put back in place.I have no idea what other damage has been done to my car due to this negligence - i also had to cover the costs for all the parts that were missing since the mechanics forgot to put them back.Absolutely careless.

Its a difficult time for the car business. Inventories are decimated by the chip shortage, used cars are similarly in short supply and veteran employees are finding themselves out of opportunity to make a living. In light of this I simply didnt expect to find the level of professionalism, patience and courtesy displayed throughout the organization at AutoNation Jeep in Golden. Hats off to my salesman Brandon as I battered him with questions, unreasonable demands and a sense of distrust as he responded only with the emotional IQ of a trusted Saint. This was the third new vehicle in my household in a year and by far the best buying experience imaginable.I sincerely recommend AutoNation Jeep in Golden from sales to finance, service and parts. Ordered a rear wiper blade for my Jeep Trailhawk and went to pick it up only to find out they didnt have it. Ordered it again and went back today to pick it up and they had ordered the whole arm without the blade. :( Thankfully they had the blade in stock which leads me to question what they were thinking 🤔🤔🤔. Made an appointment to test drive a Gladiator. Pulled on to the lot and the Jeep was in the front parking spot waiting for me. On the road with Jesus (sales person) in under 10 minutes. 5 minutes of chatting and questions! Super Friendly staff. They now what they are talking about when it comes to Jeeps! I do a TON of research (as does everyone else) but the very few questions I had were answered right there on the spot. Sales person didnt have to go find out. Dealer matched my Military APR, I got a new hat (expensive dang hat!), finance manager checked on us during the process, General Manager sat down at our table in the lobby and we chatted the entire time until it was out turn with the finance / paperwork / warranty person. If you thing customer service has gone to the way side, PLEASE go check this Auto Nation dealer out! Even the Parts / service folks were pleased, happy, and accommodating to me when I was picking out my hat! Give them shot. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Oh the price on my Gladiator was by FAR the lowest even of the other Auto Nation sites... Cant beat that!

My experience servicing my car with Auto Nation Jeep was excellent. I worked with Scott and Kevin through the entire service. They were fast to answer all my questions and suggested I add an additive to my oil due to my mileage and my V8 HEMI engine. Wow! What a huge difference that made. Paul helped me in a tight situation! My jeep was broken down and I use it for work. I had towed it to Larry H Miller where they were basically told me it was gonna be a week + before they could even look at it..... So when I called AutoNation Chysler I was in a bit of a panic. Paul was so helpful and completely understood how important it was I get my car fixed asap! I mean without my vehicle I cant work, so he got it in that day, and had it fixed 3 days days later! He kept me updated the whole time, and was very nice, and super understanding which made all the difference. My experience buying a used vehicle from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West was unsatisfactory, and consistent with that of several other reviewers on this page.AutoNations pre-sale inspection was not thorough, and they would not stand behind the used vehicle they sold me.I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD in July 2021 with 86k miles. Three weeks later, after minimal use, the swirl motor failed slowing the Jeeps acceleration to the point that it was unsafe to drive.I paid $1,000 for a tow to bring the Jeep back to Denver. AutoNation took a full week to diagnose the problem with this vehicle, so I paid $500 for a rental car to cover that week and will likely be out even more by the time this Jeep is fixed.To get the Jeep back on the road requires a $3,000 repair, which AutoNation refuses to pay for. So now, less than a month after purchase, I am out at least another $4,500 on top of the purchase price for the vehicle.AutoNation has been communicative throughout this process, but has not provided a satisfactory solution. I would not buy a vehicle from them again.
