She was very conscientious, making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Dori returned our phone calls to answer questions. She carefully covered the new electronics on our car, making sure we understood how to use the many new features on our new vehicle. Pleasant, personable, professional, and friendly. My wife and I just moved to Colorado and were in dire need of a vehicle. We had been searching around online and found a few that looked nice, but when we went to a few of the local dealers we were met with terrible to no customer support. The first three dealers we went to we received no greetings and were told “good luck finding a vehicle in your price range”.Then we went to Planet Honda. Within minutes of arriving, we were greeted by Ashley. She provided amazing customer service, listening closely to all of our requirements for vehicles and even made recommendations for other features to look for to help with driving in Colorado. The team at Planet Honda was excellent! Brad was extremely responsive and able to send me a video about the car on the lot and helped me set up a test drive within hours. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions regarding the vehicle. John helped immensely with financing and was able to get me a considerably lower finance rate than my pre-approved rate. I had selected a used Pilot on line before I entered the dealership. Brad greeted me when I entered and made me comfortable. I handed him the printed info on the Pilot I was interested in and he quickly brought the vehicle to the front for a test drive. I was really impressed with the no haggle type pricing and the lack of pressure to purchase something else.The one dealer fee was also different from my past experiences at auto dealerships. Great experience buying our CRV here. From the first visit Ed our salesman was knowledgeable professional and friendly. He kept us updated on the delivery of our vehicle regularly and on purchase day he was ready and waiting at the front door to get started. Ed knows Honda! He explained Everything about the car and gave us a tour himself. The business manager took the time to explain our lease in detail and was very polite and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for our next Honda. Highly recommend and ask for Ed!!!!!!

My experience at Planet Honda was the best!! My last car purchase was at Subaru and the experience was not good at all. I called Josh as our business sometimes works with Honda and Hyundai. He recommended Neil. Neil spent a lot of time assisting me to find the right car. He was very patient and always answered my questions. I was buying a used car due to mine being totaled. They were waiting for a part and it took about 4 weeks. Neil called me at least twice a week to keep me updated and was always there when I came by to look at it again. Everyone I came in contact with was always instantly asking if I needed help, checking on me while I waited and was always pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to Planet Honda or Hyundai. I ran into Josh at my place of business and he asked me all about my experience with genuine interest. You deserve 10 stars, but they werent available.

I was very impressed! Derek was very professional, on task, and a pleasure to meet.He showed me around pointing out and sharing information about what was available. My time was limited and I said I would come back the next morning.Derek was not going to be there the next morning so he gave me Dori’s name and number for me to contact.Dori met my husband and I the next morning, We couldn’t have been taken care of any better. Easy experience. Financing is still a little clunky, but there was no haggling. They are straight forward on the pricing and I knew what I was going to be paying pretty much immediately. Short staffing made finance take a while, but while I was waiting to meet with finance, I already knew what my payments were going to be!! Great team who seems to really care.

Over all it went smoothly. Worked with several friendly folks from sales to service and records. Jeff, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable but missed the trade in money on the first document. Small oops. All the other employees were new to their positions and made similar small mistakes.Staffing is very difficult today. So having kind employees can make up for small mistakes. Everyone I talked with was kind and personable. And the product they sold me was a as advertised and a fair price. Thanks Planet Honda for a great car and a super cup of coffee.

Normally, I would give a five star review. The seal around the oil filter didnt work right. The car ran out of oil. I towed the car in from the mountains and Honda fixed the problem better than I expected at no charge.But, when I called and try to talk to the back-up service rep on the telephone on the day of the appointment (Tuesday), there was no answer. I tried three times over fifteen minutes. He finally picked up the phone without talking and immediately hung up on me. I dont hold this against Honda, but the management should know what sometimes happens when customers call into the service department. The phone operator who takes the initial call was very professional.The question I have is this. Is it optional that the customer on the telephone gets next to no service? Is this excellent customer service? I was surprised because ever since I bought my Honda Fit, I have received excellent customer service.I called the next day and received a response from Christopher on the first try. When I picked up my car, the regular customer service representative gave excellent service (Christopher). Thank you, Christopher.

Fun?!? Since when is car buying fun?Car buying is intimidating, stressful, confusing. You feel pressured. Unsure. Unprepared. Possibly even unhappy …I can honestly say, from the moment I arrived at Planet Honda, I didn’t experience any of this things; or any other negatives for that matter of fact.I was able to walk around the lot without being accosted by pushy sales people. I was warmly welcomed by everyone around. The show room was gorgeous. I immediately wanted every beautiful vehicle.I was lucky to end up with Derek as my guide. I told him my budget, the things that were most important to me and my “wish list”.Derek made an effort to get to know me, and together we decided on a car that best suits me and my lifestyle.We came in far below my budget. Services department seems understaffed and unorganized. They should have someone dedicated to checking people in. When you pull up, you’re not sure where to go and it seems like there’s no one available to help check you in…. This was my 2nd consecutive day/ visit here and both days were the same experience. I usually go to the mile high location for service which is dramatically better. Assumed, I’d have the same experience I’ve had at mile high, but nope. Management needs to step up their game at planet Honda!

I loved the entire process! The online shopping was easy to navigate and gave an accurate look into what you’d see on the lot. Once I found the car I was interested in, Ricky reached out with lots of details on that car and easily made an appointment for me. When we made it in the next day, Cameron met with us and got us going for a test drive almost immediately. We loved the car and proceeded with the purchase! Cameron was wonderful, he talked with us and played around with our toddler during the wait for financing. They spent extra time to find a lower interest rate and made sure we were satisfied with every detail. I like their no games approach and love the features that are now standard on the Honda Pilot. Ive done two leases with them and have found them to be fair, helpful, and polite. Their service center is great, the mechanics are helpful, quick, the center is clean, and theres complimentary coffee, water, and snacks! Only gets four out of five stars because it takes forever to complete any business, I know thats standard for a car dealership, but 5 hours to do one test drive, turn in our current car, and get a new lease seems like a little too much. Other than that, Ive had a great experience working with them and will probably be buying my next car from them as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience I had purchasing a new vehicle from Planet Honda. Not having purchased a vehicle in more than 10 years, I was not excited about starting the buying process. I stopped by a few dealerships before making my way to Planet Honda and actually started the process online. I worked with Cam and Sam, as Planet Honda operates off of transparent pricing and are not compensated on commission. They work as a team, which was was evident during the entire process. I had a lot of questions which were promptly answered over email at first, including an initial quote. When I got to the dealership they were willing to answer my many questions, let me see multiple vehicles and all without me feeling any pressure to buy. I knew the pricing up front, which was helpful in determining my down payment and financing options. On the day of the purchase, everyone was extremely helpful and explained things in detail. They were short of service advisors so there was a 10 to 15 minute wait to get checked in and out. I asked another person behind a desk to help but was told they were not a service advisor. They had some people call in sick so some cross training could be done. The service was completed in the estimated time & they washed the car. Overall good experience but they could use more service advisors.

Had a pretty bad experience there today. I was there at 7:40am to have TPMS light on issue checked out and was told they will check it. Then they came back with saying one sensor is bad and recommended break and transmission fluid as well and told me it will be done before 11:30. They moved the car out of the garage around 11:30 and did not talk to me for next hour. When I went to ask them, they told they got everything else done but cannot do the TPMS sensor because they dont have the part. Here are my issues1. They did not come back to tell me they dont have the part2. After one hour of moving the car out, they did not come to tell me that they are done with my car that I have to come back for the sensor3. They order the sensor without telling me anything about it and told me that I have to come back to get it installed4. Then the service person asked me, what do you expect? My expectation is You should tell me what is going on and let me know that my car is done for today without letting me sitting there for another 1 hour waiting

Just got an amazing deal on a used car from Brad Nudell at Planet Honda. Serious, this is the best car I have ever owned, but not the most expensive by a long shot. It comes with a 6 month warranty on the drive train… and it’s not even a Honda!! And I get ongoing access to Carfax for my car, free of charge, for as long as I own it. Add to the deal the great service from Brad and everyone else at Planet Honda, and I am never buying a car anywhere else. Took my car into the shop to get my A/C repaired. It doesnt cool when stopped in drive or in park, which is a problem in this heat.First time I went in, saw Brian Kotlarek. Got charged a ~$200 diagnostic fee and ~$400 labor and parts to fix the issue. Seemed reasonable. However it was obvious when I got it back, stopped at a light in 90 degree weather, that it wasnt working, despite being assured that the problem was fixed.Called the department, worked with Brian again. Took it back in a second time. Diagnostic fee was waived because it was the same issue, but got charged another ~$400 in labor and parts to fix the issue again. When asking Brian if the fix was real this time, was assured that the techs checked it out and they told me its good. However again over the weekend, not only did the A/C continue to fail to work as before, but now a small new problem has arisen with my car where steering wheel controls wont work on my console anymore.Its blatantly obvious that they didnt at all test the actual problem in any real conditions, as it took me all of five minutes driving on the road to figure out it was still a problem.tldr - $1000 and 2 weeks~ without a car led to no problems getting fixed, just more introduced into my car.

I have mixed feelings about my experience but since I was left with a bad taste in my mouth I cant give more than 2 stars. I was put in contact with Planet Honda from a 3rd party wholesaler so I didnt have the true sales experience Im used to. The deal was done via email/text and I first set foot in the showroom the day I was taking delivery. Everyone was friendly enough but despite showing up on time to sign the papers I was made to wait about a half hour before the finance team could get me squared away. We inspected the car for scratches/stains but never thought to pay attention if the doors closed properly.The dealership is in Golden and I live in Castle Rock. When I got home I noticed the front passenger door was sticking slightly. After sending a video to the salesman we determined the strike plate was a bit high causing a misalignment. I tried adjusting it myself, initially to no avail. I was told I would have to bring it in for service. That upset me because the brand new vehicle wasnt delivered in brand new condition and now I would have to drive 45 minutes each way to have it fixed. When I expressed my frustration and said that if nothing could be done to make it up to me I would be driving it back to return it, I was told by the salesman Ok do what you have to do.After I cooled down I emailed the GSM and he offered to send someone to pick up the car and leave a loaner until it was fixed. I appreciated the effort on his part (hence the 2 stars) but the bad taste in my mouth wouldnt go away. I understand dealerships hardly negotiate anymore and I wasnt expecting monetary compensation but I thought they could at least give me a voucher for some accessories to make up for the aggravation. Theyll never know how close I came to making a deal with Nissan and returning the Pilot before the 5-day return policy.

Planet Honda is one of the only dealers in Colorado right now willing to offer a discount. We were shopping for a pilot and live in Colorado Springs. With the current chip shortage it’s hard to get any dealer to negotiate. But Planet Honda has online pricing with a calculator that makes it simple to break everything down. (To be fair so does Schomp). Yet this is where you can see how great planet Honda’s pricing is. Currently $1250-$1750 discount off MSRP. Most dealers told me they couldn’t touch that pricing. They’re not taking advantage of the current situation and that’s great (& rare!). I called and spoke to Jim (a sales manager) just to confirm it was true. Yes he assured me. Also Frank did a video walk thru of the Pilot we were interested in. They even matched the price Carmax quoted me for my trade. My only disappointment is the color choices are limited (& some models are hard to get) but not their fault. Just the times we’re in. You won’t go wrong with Planet Honda.

We have been faithful customers for the last 15 yrs with no issues, until yesterday.I called to schedule an appointment to replace a headlamp and foglight on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The service phone person (Trinity) told me to just come on down, no appointment necessary. I live an hour away and I drove down to be told that actually I did need an appointment.I called today to make that appointment and Trinity answered again telling me that unless I could remember the name of the service writer that told me I needed an appointment, I would need to bring the car in for a diagnostic first, then I could make an appointment. No supervisor or manager was available and no amount of persuasion would sway Trinity from her appointed duty as a service roadblock. I was trying to imagine that if I called in for an oil change, would I need a diagnostic in person first?I called Auto Nation Honda in Westminister and got an appointment within 3 minutes.After 15 yrs, goodbye Planet Honda.

Ricky Banegas was an amazing contact for us! He was kind, considerate, and had a good sense of humor. He even came in on his day off to hand the 2012 Subaru Outback to us in person! Ask for him personally--I dont think youll regret it.I was not impressed with a lack of responsiveness by the sales manager, though, and Planet Honda seemed very understaffed in their finance department. We ended up going to the dealership three separate times, which seemed excessive.

Trying to contact the parts department is a joke!!!! No one answers the phone and if the do your immediately put on hold and forgot about. Or you get sent to a voicemail with no call back. At this point calling autozone is worth it cause youll actually get parts and service. i will never call or return to Honda ever again. Also how they treat other dealerships is beyond rude and disrespectful.

Jeff was amazing, he was very helpful and personable. Even though we were there longer than I think we should have been due to the financial dept. Dont know why we didnt finance the vehicle, we bought it outright and were there for 3 hours waiting. During that time Jeff did all he could to move things along and keep us comfortable.

He ensured that i was informed about all the details and logistics of owning a car. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me a specific car. I love that I didn’t feel rushed into the decision since they have a 5-day return policy after purchasing the vehicle, not to mention they also provide a customary 6 month warranty on all the vehicles, which is pretty sweet. We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot that has had multiple problems including the start button suddenly not working after less than 50k miles. I was out of town when this happened and my two children were being watched by their grandmother. Not only would the dealership not pay or handle the tow to bring the car in despite the fact that we have an extended warranty and this is a faulty manufacturing issue they are completely unwilling to accommodate us in any way. This problem is Honda’s fault and this dealership is worthless in their help. Honda and planet Honda should be ashamed of themselves.
