I wanted to say that the repair worker for the laundry machines today was wonderful. He stopped by the office before and after the repair call. It has taken us some time but, we are working well together now. Jenn is my Rep and she has handled every request for service promptly and is very nice to work with. I see a very good relationship going forward.

This is an amazing company with daily owner involvement and helpful staff that are responsive and knowledgeable. If you are looking for new commercial laundry machines for your apartment laundry, these guys are your go-to. They have really nice equipment options and a lot of pay system options. Plus they can design and install the most amazing laundry ever for no start-up costs, pretty awesome.

Nothing works in my apartment. If you call for a refund you’ll never receive it. Clothes either don’t wash, won’t ring out on the spin cycle or won’t dry. Over this company. I’ll have to start loading up all of my clothes and taking them to a Landrumat . It’s a huge inconvenience but I refuse to allow them to steal my money anymore. You shouldn’t have to pay 3-4 times per each load of laundry

New washer and dryer on my apartment building work great whenever they work. If you guys havent figured out the settings for the machines please replace them with coin ones...Problems every week..
