My service was not bad however, time was a big factor today. My appointment was for 11am and my car was ready a few minutes before 2pm. This was for oil change and tire rotation w/1 tire plug. I have never experienced this before. It would have been beneficial to be told that theres was a delay in servicing my car. Communication is key with customer service!

Parts department provided excellent help in obtaining a key for a 2007 vehicle.

So far service department is doing a excellent job, first time here.

Had an appointment at 9am for oil change and I diagnostic testing. Oil wasnt done till 4 pm and they were impossibly slow with answering my questions

My daughter had gone to this place and I was with her. But they did a good job on her car.

I had a 7am appointment today for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready at 9:40am. This made me VERY VERY UPSET. But if it wasnt for Belle I would have NEVER EVER came back to this place for service again.

Yearly inspection.now they want buy my truck back an give me an upgrade.
