RUDE staff, nasty bathroom and gas prices were higher than anywhere else around. Find another gas station, this one is pitiful.

I’ve come to expect the highest prices at Chevron. The store is no different. And the islands and driveways are pretty tight so beware if you’re towing a trailer of any length

This station stole $18.26 from my daughter. She paid with Apple Pay and the pump wouldn’t work. She went inside and told the attendant and he told her she didn’t pay. She was able to show him on her phone that she did indeed pay with Apple Pay and he refused to give her gas. When she went back out side the pump was working so she thought he figured things out. So she was pumping gas in her car and he come out and start screaming at HER. Even though he was making the mistake! He told her it wasn’t her gas and that he set it up on the wrong pump! And that now she owed him $6.50! He wouldn’t let her leave until she paid him. She had no money and already paid him &18.26!!! She had to call a friend to bring the money to him. I have called to try and speak to management and it is just a busy signal! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I used the convenience store, gas services, and the squeegee and was satisfied with all the above.

Terrible service. Went to pump my gas and before i even touched it the gas shot out and got everywhere!!! I told the workers and the guy with the beard acted like it didnt matter and there was nothing he could do and just kept saying i just got here. Like what kinda service is that???? Im so upset ESPECIALLY SINCE GAS IS 4 FREAKING 50. DO NOT COME HERE !!!

If I could give 0 stars for this gas station/mini mart I would. The heavyset younger man with overgrown facial hair (usually has headphones on, sweaty and dirty looking) is seriously THE rudest person and has zero people skills . So impolite, its off the charts. Acting as if he hates his life and wanta to share his negative energy with any unfortunate customer who walks in. The customer service is almost always terrible with the exception of 1 employee who has reddish/light hair. He is the ONLY employee that is nice and professional.There was also a female employee who was cursing at people when I stopped to get gas a couple of months ago. She seemed high on something....super frantic as if on some type of drug or ?Its no wonder people are being replaced more & more by technology. At least if things are automated we will no longer have to be subjected to these type of people.Only gas station in the Glen Annie/Hollister vacinity but as of today its worth my making the trip to one of the places on Fairview, etc.Hope this review & any other review from a similar witness will help the management take notice!

I moved to Goleta from Valencia about a year and a half ago and I have been going to Chevron since Ive moved out here to get gas and to buy cigarettes because their cigarettes are much cheaper than a lot of other gas stations. I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always treated me with respect and were always very nice to me when I used to be a customer there. However, I just started working here a couple weeks ago. As to the comments about the price of gas, it may be a little more expensive than other gas stations but we provide top quality gasoline. And we are definitely not the most expensive gas station in Goleta..if you head towards the 101 freeway there is a Mobil Gas Station there that is $4.79 a gallon! Or it may have gone up since the last time I checked. So personally I would say Mobil off of Storke Rd is the most expensive gas station in Goleta. Actually probably the most expensive gas station in Santa Barbara County..

RUBEN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I went in to ask to use the restroom and asked if there was a key while my husband was filling our empty gas tank. Ruben started yelling at me, calling me names and told me to leave. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I will never go to another chevron or extra mile again.

Gas is way overpriced compared to other parts in goleta! Usually $0.30+ more a gallon. Drive up about a mile and a half up hollister to get cheaper gas at 76.
