I will not be going back here for prescriptions. Its fine as a convenience store, but the pharmacy seems quite overwhelmed and is the opposite of customer-friendly.I went to pick up a prescription after seeing a doctor in the same shopping center. The person at the pharmacy said it would be at least 20 minutes, so I went home. I asked them to text or call me when it was ready. No one ever did. I went back later that day, more than 6 hours later, and went inside. No one helped me for about ten minutes. I got back in the car and went to the drive through. The person at the drive through I spoke to told me that they could not give me the prescription because of an issue with the instructions and that they were trying to reach the provider who prescribed the medication. I asked them to call or text me when it was ready. No one ever did. I went to the medical provider in the morning and explained what was happening. I still had not heard from the pharmacy. The medical provider said they would call the pharmacy. The provider did so and then told me the pharmacy claimed there was no issue and the prescription had been ready. I went to the drive through and the prescription was finally ready. I explained that it had been very frustrating to try to get the prescription and that no one had ever called or texted me to let me know it was ready, which is why I had just been to the providers office. The man I spoke to did not really know what had happened with the prescription. A woman came to the window instead. She was very defensive, and never offered an apology. She just repeated over and over that they had the prescription ready the evening before, and that they rely on an automated system to contact customers. Even when I told her all I want is Im sorry she said well I am sorry but the automated system is in charge of calling you... and repeated all of her previous explanations. So, I wont be going back.
Wont stop spamming my number with calls about a prescription refill seemingly for Narcan for a person named Larry. Im not Larry and Ive never had treatment for an opioid addiction. Have had this number for over 5 years so I dont think its just a reissue problem. I called the CVS support line last week and they said after 48 hours Id stop receiving calls but I keep getting them from this location. I tried to call the pharmacy directly but they left me on wait for over 30 minutes. They call all hours of the morning often waking me up on weekends.
WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! This past Friday (June 25, 2021) I visited the drive through to pick up my pain medication. I had JUST been released from the hospital after having major abdominal surgery ( c-section and tubal ligation aka tubes tied) and was in extreme pain. They didnt have the quantity prescribed for me so they said they could give me the 5 they had on hand to get me through the night and the rest would be given to me the next day and that I would be called when it was ready for pick-up. I accepted & went home. The next day, it was already nearly 2pm so I called to check the status of my prescription & was told they had called the dr and were waiting for a response. I was later called back and told that by accepting the 5 pills the day before I had FORFEITED the rest of my prescription & the doctor wouldnt prescribe me any more pain medication! So now I am 7 days post-op in excruciating pain with nothing but MOTRIN to ease it! Had I been given ALL the information or even warned that by accepting the pills Id be forfeiting the remainder, I would have waited 1 night and picked up my WHOLE prescription the next day. In fact, that option was not even PRESENTED to me!! I am very disappointed & amazed at the incompetence of the pharmacy staff! What if this medicine had been for a life-saving treatment that I needed? This is completely unacceptable!
The worst customer service ever I was hung up on by the female manager. She kept talking over me when asking for guidance concerning a purchase I made in April. She stated they did not have a way to give me a new receipt for a purchase I made and I offer more information to her to see if she could assist me further and all I got was her talking over me! Why they need to be acting in this manner is beyond me.
Went in and no pharmacist, waited forever... horrible cvs - no one answers the phone either.
If you need to call them, dont bother and go in, I sat on hold for like 10 minutes before they just hung up on me
Doesnt take vaccine appts until 230pm. Website says it takes appts from 9am and crashes put when you get to the last page and you have to start over.
During these times of Covid it is fast in and out. I have found the pharmacy competent and you can get food there too and a multitude of items.
Friendly staff and a well put together
They went above and beyond to get my prescription sent over from another CVS and looking up my insurance and being out of state and taking an Uber was a hassle as it was. Thank you CVS!
COVID testing system is broken. I had to wait in line for an hour while they figured out their system. My brothers appointment for a test got lost completely and they told him to go somewhere else
The pharmacist at this CVS (Krystal) is super nice and caring. She’s learned my name and is great at prioritizing for people who are waiting. I’ve always been frustrated with CVS pharmacies, but she always makes it a great experience.
Alright guys, I have never felt more welcome at a CVS nor have I related so well to one of the cashiers. Jesse is the best register person my friends and I have ever encountered. I called in advance and asked got gloves.The person who answered the one said they had some and to come on down so I made the trip down their to find out they didnt have any.I made contact with the store manager who asked if I knew who I spoke to and I said yes. The store name walked up to the front of the store and I followed.When he got to the frontof the store he got behind a register and asked if the next person in line if he could help them.I stood there looking at him as to say - arent you going to at least talk to the guy who told me the in actuate info?Maybe even apologize to me forcoming all the the way over?Pretty bad customer service. Not good at all
I purchased a beard trimmer and when I got home I realized it was used and covered in someone elses body hair. What is wrong with these people

The manager, Sabrina, is very very racist and will kick you out if you are Mexican.....very rude and inappropriate. Hope she learns her lesson one day.
Very very understaffed Cvs, only one worker in a busy day and the line is always super long. Waited for 30mins and still nobody come to help….don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else…
