I am a frequent flyer of this location, you would think he would at least give me a free item or discount for the amount of money I spend here but either way the owner is really nice and helpful and the staff there is just as sweet. There prices are affordable and have a lot of items to choose from. I will most likely be back for the latest items. I actually love this place. 🥰

First time here, lots of hair care products and tons of wigs. I dont know their quality since some of the brands were unknown to me. I purchased 2 wigs to try them out. The store clerk offered me a deal at the register buy 2 get, $10 off. He was very kind, I will definitely return.

My favorite beauty supply store since moving from Columbia, SC 6 years ago. Owners and employees friendly and welcoming. Great pricing.

The employee was very helpful in getting me the correct hair for my wife.

In my opinion, they are over priced and they never provide even the slightest discount to customers that have patronized them for years. The owners are ALWAYS on the phone and really do not spend the time to assist. It seems as though you are an inconvenience until you get to the register..... I have made a decision to not return. Also, I always notice that black women can work here, but I have NEVER seen them operate the register. Wake up everybody.

Nice Things

Well stocked and a great inventory, actually too much inventory when you have boxes and inventory in the aisles that customers have to walk around. Nevertheless, more than likely you will find what you need.

Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The young lady that works there is very knowledgeable and sweet. This is the best hair store!

This beauty supply is well stocked with SO many different hair products. From weave to hair products to styling tools, with competitive prices. An employee directed me to help me find what I needed, and I was even greeted by I think the owner from the cash wrap. It is in a bit of a desolate shopping mall, but I found what I came for and then some. I come back for sure.

There is an array of products here. I am usually in search of natural hair care products. There are many options to choose from and there has really been a time I couldnt find something here that I was looking for. I was also able to ask for help looking for products to protect your hair when using heat to style and they were able to help me. Everyone here has been friendly and helpful.

I like coming to the store to get products. However, the customer service is poor. For example, theres hardly anyone on the floor to help you find something. Some employees would talk on their personal cell phones while a customer is in the store or checking out. Some employees would be bothered if you asked them a question and be short with you. Also, some employees find it funny to overcharge you if youre not careful. This doesnt create a come back experience. I suggest a heartfelt greeting when customers enter the store. Be present on the floor at all times in case a customer needs help. If you see a customer struggling, ask if you can help them find something. Dont talk on your personal cell phone when customers are in the store or checking out. Dont overcharge customers and laugh about it. And be genuinely kind and act like you care. Throw in a smile and actually have a conversation. As a customer, I love spending my money in a place that is welcoming. This store has potential, but it needs to greatly improve customer service.

Their employees are very kind and helpful . For about 4 years now Ive been doing my own hair and the people here understands me and how Im trying to style my hair. And they are just wonderful people all around and i love this store in general.

This store is everything you need and more for your cosmetic needs! Love it here.

I will never come back here again! I bought 14 inch frontal when I took it out the pack it wasn’t a 14 inch it was a 10 inch. I called the store to see if I can exchange it, the guy said no and he hung up on me!! I will never go back to that store
