I love Bigby. Their service is always good and their beverages and food is always phenomenal. Today I got the new Caramel Apple Cider drink and the pumpkin muffin.

I was just in the area and happened on the place. Wasn’t expecting anything crazy. Ordered the sausage egg and cheese bagel and it was VERY good. Highly recommend this place. Prices are good too. I got coffee, a breakfast sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese for later, and a muffin for under $13.

I had the bear cub latte and a cold brew. Its very good. The coffe is strong an i really like that. The staff was very friendly an helpful.

We enjoyed the coffee and the frappe we ordered -- good choices and had non-dairy choices. Staff was generous and friendly with us as well. Id go to them instead of Starbucks any day. Thanks Biggby!

Coming 4 days after Goose Creek repealed the mandate for wearing masks, I walked into bigby without a mask. I was then asked to either put one on or show my vaccination card. Discrimination at its finest. FYI for all of you like me, Ive decided I will not be going back to Bigby after this. Also their coffee is horrible.

I finally got a chance to go into Biggby Coffee!!! My last name is Bigby so I desperately wanted to visit!! I talked to the manager here and showed him my drivers license...he was like WOW and took a picture of us stating Ms. Bigby visiting Biggby Coffee!!!😄😄 But I did get the Golden Turmeric Latte & the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Latte....it was definitely on point👍🏼💯😋!! Thank you Biggby Coffee because I feel like my last name is not so weird after all 😆!!!

Polite, helpful, and great service. Would definitely visit this place many more times. If youve never been highly recommended trying this place.

Clean inside, good drink and good service!

I went there 3 times on a sunday morning and each time my order was wrong first my eggs were cold the next time i asked for a coffee with vanilla and sugar and they served it to me black i was disappointed the last time i went i asked for a chesse bagel with vegetable cream cheese they were out so i settled for an everything bagel they served me my bagel without cream chesse and then gave me a little thing of cream chesse on the side with a knife to put on myself i definitely dont have luck at biggby

Love their kickin’ raspberry mocktail which I almost get on the daily. I drink it more than coffee. Haven’t really tried many of their frozen drinks but the ones that I have tried have tasted really good. Dare I say better than Starbucks. And prices are way better than Starbucks.

Went to the grand opening and young lady at the register was incredibly charming! The white chocolate marshmallow cream coffee was amazing! Would recommend to friends!

I love their coffee and always used to come her on my days off, however i wont be coming here anymore due to the baristas attitude. My husband bought my coffee and i was going to buy a muffin but there was someone standing behind me and they looked like they were in a rush so i replied with, not right now and i moved out of the way. Chris, the barista shouted, THANK GOD! I wasnt even standing there for more than a minute. I wanted to go back and get the muffin after the other lady was done ordering but if it was that much of a big deal for her to ring up a muffin than i dont want it.

Love their coffee but the drink that has become my go to now is any of the mocktails.

Service was a little slow because they were busy and only one young lady was taking care of everyone. The young lady was doing her best and she did it with a smile and good attitude. I got the hot snow berry and it was awesome. This was my second trip to this location and this visit was a lot better then the first one. Things have improved greatly. Keep up the good work and I look forward to returning again soon.

Friendly engaging staff. Most of all my coffee was made in a timely manner at a busy time on a Saturday morning and it was GREAT! I’m not big on coffee house muffins but the muffin was wow! Fresh and tasty. Will make this my regular stop when I’m back in the area.

Friendly employees and brief wait for our drinks. I ordered the special Cake Batter frozen latte, but didnt care for the flavor. My husband ordered a mocha caramel frozen latte and his was delicious. I will definitely return and try something different.

Pretty much everything Ive ever had here is very, very sweet, so if thats not something youre into, I wouldnt suggest going here. But the flavors are really good and as of right now, they also house the Nitrogen Brewery, which offers nitrogen-frozen ice cream. Its very good but very expensive. All in all, a nice place. Prices could be lower.

The employees here only care about the drama in their lives. Ive walked in several times and had to sit and listen to their drama while waiting for my coffee. Theyre not private at all. Theyre loud about it. On one occasion I guess some friends on a male employee walked in and they immediately began to argue. I just want coffee. I dont care to hear whats going on in their personal lives. The least they could do is talk quietly and more privately about it. Or better yet keep it outside of work.I would never come here to sit down. Ive given up on this place.

I simply love biggby! They have amazing coffee! However, if you are not a coffee drinker they have other options such as smoothies and have delicious breakfast options

My daughter begged me to try this place out because they had these Frozen cereal things ...basically they use liquid nitrogen to freeze them. Im not sure what theyre called but theyre all right. Kind of expensive but I think the satisfaction is aimed towards the experience. I was greeted by the employees as soon as I walked in, they were nice and polite, and I had a nice speedy transaction. The area was clean and there were no spots anywhere. I would recommend.

This coffee is AMAZING. Make sure to ask about the secret menu (you can also pull it up online). I had an iced fluffly cloud latte and it left me wanting more. Really like this chain and I only hope that it keeps expanding!

What a great little place. Been meaning to go to Biggbys for some time. Got myself a Vermont maple coffee (it is as good as it sounds) and the family a bite to eat. Good stuff!

It was such a nice place to get some coffee. The coffee was great, not to weak but not too strong. The food there is so soft and tasty. It was also at such a good price. I went with a friend and we both got coffee and food, and it all costed $11. I dont know about you, but thats pretty good in my book. It has a nice atmosphere and its very clean and has nice decore.The only thing I would complain about is that the place doesnt have much space, it feels very cramped in there. If you plan to sit in there and enjoy your coffee, I wouldnt stay long because how cramped it feels may drive you a bit crazy. But overall, its a nice place to grab and quick coffee and snack. I would definitely recommend it to someone and I would come back.

We saw a coupon for Biggbys on Facebook and decided to give it a try. We loved it! We got specialty drinks made half sweet, which I recommend. The two employees working were pleasant and welcoming. They explained their menu and made us delicious cups of coffee. We will certainly return. The atmosphere falls somewhere in between Starbucks and Dunkin, with a comfy lean toward Starbucks. I wouldnt hesitate giving them a try or making it a coffee date location.

My favorite coffee shop. I crave their frozen mocha mocha on these hot days it just hits the spot. Plus their Bakery selection is really delicious as well.

Staff is incredibly friendly. I do not stop in very often, but theyre always very welcoming. My orders are right the first time and ready quickly, which is something that I cant always say about the other coffee place.

Wish it was bigger, but staff friendly. You need to know what you want before you get to the counter and what size and blah blah blah. Staff dont seem appreciative of people who are new and indecisive.They offer coffee from around the globe and you feel welcome enough to sit down for a chat over coffee, but after a while you notice how sterile the decor is. A bit of local art wouldnt hurt, and tone down the overly bright wall color (canary/lemon yellow is just a but much). Food is 3 out of 4 stars, its serviceable but not fantastic.Coffee isnt like leading competitor from Seattle; it doesnt have a burnt taste to the coffee, but could do with a stronger brew. Overall good place to stop for a coffee outside of Goose Creek city limits.

Go every Monday. The coffee is always good and the staff is always very nice, they always remember me and my daughter. Wouldnt go anywhere else or miss our Monday coffee and juice stop.

Get their Frozen Black Bear! It has caramel mocha and butterscotch with whip cream and caramel and butterscotch drizzle. You wont regret it.

Starbucks prices, without the Starbucks.If you are ok with paying Starbucks prices, but dont like Starbucks, then you can come here and get slightly less quality for the same price. Otherwise... Go to Starbucks.We hoping it would be a nice local feeling coffee shop, but it just feels like an upgraded Dunkin Donuts. Staff was nice. Didnt say much but its pretty early too.

I love Biggby! I particularly love this location that is full of fun, friendly nerds who will chat with you about all kinds of things without seeming overbearing. The coffee is delicious and my kiddo loves Magic Milk. Biggby Coffee is one of my favorite things about the south.

Their coffees are good but never get any of the tea lattes frozen. I had a handful of them and none of them were good. Mightve just been bad luck, but hopefully not 3 times in a row.

The tanline is one of my faves, also enjoy the frozen tea lattes when I dont want coffee.
