Really dont know how people can rate this location any less than 5 stars. This is by far the best location around here in my opinion. This morning the line was crazy, I waited less than 10 minutes in line and to get my order, mind you when I got to the window my order still had to be prepared and the sandwich I originally ordered via the app was sold out by the time I got there. Drew was absolutely awesome in remedying the situation and getting my order rolling and to me in minimal time. Also, the conversation/small talk from such a friendly person started my day off with a smile. Drew is always polite when working the window when I come through and never disappoints! Absolutely would recommend! 😊

SLOW is an understatement here. I have snails in my Garten that move faster.

This is the 3rd time I have made a order on the app. Waited until the order pick up time and my order hasnt been ready. I waited 30 minutes for a order I placed ahead of time. Which I see other reviews that have said the same thing. All the while the drive through will have 15 cars and have all 15 cars gone. The girl stated drive through is a priority. Why not state that that on the app that even if the order is placed we have to wait until they serve everyone. It seemed as if the girl handling app offers was not placing them in the cue to be made until people showed up. I watched her do it for 4 people. Once they showed up she went and told the guy to make it. THAT MAKES NO SENSE!! I would not have made this review if it were one time. This is the 3rd time. Also ny coffee was missing something but thats another issue.

I ordered online because I was in a hurry, went to pick it up, the place was a total cluster and my drink was incorrect. Not to mention that I had to explain to the baristas what the preset instruction I chose from the app meant. They still managed to screw it up. Terribly! So after paying $6+ for coffee I can’t drink, I can’t get a refund because while I didn’t have to be there to pay for it, I can’t get a refund because I’m not able to go back. Time to start going to the local coffee shop in town!

This was the first time I have been to this location. I have to say that even though they had a really long line in the drive thru it went pretty quickly. For the first time I actually got what I asked for. I always get a caramel frappe with lots of caramel drizzle. I had caramel in almost ever swallow. It was awesome!!! Thank you for making my Saturday!!! ❤

Pastries, coffee, and other drinks are all amazing. Being on a busy road, It can run out of menu items but theres plenty to choose from and all of it taste great (Id suggest the spinach feta). Also staff is super nice

I went through drive thru to get my coffee. I gave it 5 stars from this visit. However, last visit I would zero as I waited over 15 min for my cold brew coffee. They had to change out the keg and didnt notify me and then made my drink wrong. I had already waited so I just took it and told myself not to go back. But this time they did it right and I will return when in town if I get starbucks.

Love Starbucks! I usually get only 2 kinds of the Frappuccino. I absolutely love the banana nut bread. But whenever I go here.... its always a great experience!

No company is perfect, but this particular Starbucks has reliably amazing staff. While my order from the drive thru was incorrect, when I called they were super friendly and very helpful when they asked me to come back in for the correct order.

A very busy location. Staff are almost always nice and they always get my drinks right so that os the important part. Theyre trying, dont give them a hard time. With how busy they are, no one can be perfect 100% of the time.

Its good, but always busy. I wish there were more stores. The store on St James Avenue always has a line of cars. Plan to wait awhile before you get your order.

This is my first stop almost every morning @5am, they know every regular customer by name and the drinks are done right and on par with any of the Seattle locations I’ve had. You guys are awesome, thanks for keeping me awake every morning😁☕️

I’ve been ordering a venti ice water with strawberry inclusions for about a month now. Usually I get it free of charge. I have seen on the internet that most locations charge .55 for this (no big deal). Today I was charged .55 but then also told next time I will be charge $3.00 for a tea latte? There is neither tea or milk in this drink? Also how are you going to charge one price at one part of the day 10:30 am for example, but if I came back at 2 pm for the same drink you would charge me $3.00 for the same drink? Lol. I called Starbucks corporate and made a complaint they issued me a gift card and told me that information is false. Either way this location is constantly making mistakes and giving incorrect information. It’s a shame because this is my closest location and I really enjoy most of the staff. They are very friendly and most of them remember me and my kids, but I don’t know who the MOD was today because that’s crazy.

Everytime i order a double chocolate chip frap they give me a cookie crumble instead and constantly get it redone.

They didnt have any bday themed gift cards, so I settled on a different design, but they were also out of all the envelopes for all cards too. Service was still good and she apologized.

Locations drive-thru is terribly designed. I would rather drive to another Starbucks because of it.Also the powder in my matcha wasnt stirred in. All the clumps settled at the bottom and was gross to drink through a straw.

This has been the fastest one ive really been to. Drew and Juliana are AWESOME! im still learning the others still yet. They are very sweet and always smiling. I love going by there, getting wonderful smiles and getting my day started.

Brand New Stand Alone Starbucks with drivethrough . It is has a very sterile feeling inside. Very plain. Baristas were nice. They seemed to be short staffed as our wait was very long! My Chai Latte was ok

This location is a hit or miss. They often mess up my drink or do not have the ingredients to make certain drinks quite often. Some workers are nice, some arent.

This is my go to for coffee now. The location is awesome, the staff is awesome, they just need a bigger parking lot to allow more traffic flow. The line may look long but moves quickly! They also are the only location that serves a latte without the taste of burnt espresso!

Ive been in multiple and everyone has been super nice. This morning I ordered when I left my house and was able to drive through to pick it up and head on my way to work. It was quick and the young woman on the speaker was cheerful and polite as was the young woman at the window when I picked up.This morning I got their nitro cold brew with a little soy milk and toffee syrup. Tastes like heaven!

I got a vanilla bean creme frappe blended with strawberry inclusions, strawberry puree on the bottom and top of the cup, and strawberry inclusions on top of the whipped cream. It tasted like the best strawberry milkshake ever lol. I usually get the caramel ribbon crunch frappe but i tried something different to mix it up this time.

I got a cappuccino and it felt light. I get that it is foamy milk and is expected to feel lighter than a latte. But I let the foam dissipate and cool down, like I always do, it was less than half full. Every other starbucks Ive been to it has never been like that. Then, I tasted it and it tasted burnt and almost like a smoky taste. Just awful and couldnt finish it. Just thinking about how it taste makes me want to gag. I thought I would give them another chance because Ive never liked this starbucks due to the slow service. Could be 3rd in line and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get your drink. Will be going to the Newton or University Blvd. Starbucks from now on.

Every time I come here, there’s a line wrapping around into the Publix parking lot, but it always moves smoothly and quickly; even at its most congested, I’ve only ever waited about ten minutes in line. My drink is always right and the baristas are always friendly!

If Im in a hurry, this is my preferred location since its not as busy as the two nearest Starbucks.Decor is nice and it has a lot of seating variety for singles, couples, and large groups.-1 star because its always freezing cold inside. Its not a comfortable place to relax and hang out. If I plan to hang out, Im going to the University location or Ra Coffee which are both nearby.-1 because the morning staff isnt super warm and friendly. They do their job with excellence, but Im normally the one to greet them first and smile. Probably because theyre frozen solid from the AC! Haha

It’s 11 Am. I’m looking at a dead fly on the floor next to my chair with other small bits of detritus all around. I use the app to order well ahead. They have yet to have even started my order before I arrive. I will say on the positive side that the staff is very courteous. The Nexton and Cane Bay stores are not nearly as convenient, but they are both efficiently operated and very clean. Get with it, St James!

Wife wanted a Chia Tea. Had to fight the traffic to get there due to the Goose Creek Christmas Parade. The lady handed us the tea in a big coffee mug. So cute

I have to say this Starbucks has the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks franchise Izzy took my order and I’m pretty sure she was the one that also handed me my order I’m not really a Starbucks drinker and she explained the different types of lids and everything she was very nice and had the best energy and seemed to love her job thanks Izzy ❤️

This location used to be great but just recently they have gone downhill. I understand COVID and adjusted hours this one has been closing at 2pm! Some days they are open and some days they closed all day. Lines wrapped around the building and when closing time comes even if your in the line well 15 plus minutes they close and don’t take orders. I just drive to the University location. The line moves quickly and workers are friendly. Hopefully they will get it back together. When that happens I’ll change my review.

I enjoy a frozen drink from here, but it does seem like they constantly raise the prices. I dont go as much as I use to. My frivolous budget doesnt increase with their prices. It a treat not a necesity.

Very friendly staff that are also very efficient. The inside is very clean despite the contant flow of people in and out. They take all precautions to make sure employees and customers are safe regarding COVID precautions.

Like all businesses they struggled with the change during covid. Especially seeing they couldnt have a bunch of employees in there at one time. I have to say after they got the hang of it they came back full force. The employees are always on point with my drinks. They remember you by name. Always very friendly and moving at a fast pace. Theyre a very busy location and only a couple of times I had to wait a little longer for my order. The young man named Drew always remembers me and my order. This location has really improved.

Barista was rude and the app wasnt/hasnt been update-it showed I could walk in, but the doors were locked, so I had to get into a loooong line. We I asked why the doors were locked, u was told to cut down on people coming in. I ordered ahead, I was 10 minutes late, and still had to wait another 5-10 minutes before my order was ready

I love going to this Starbucks. I love the interesting and cool people who work here. I love the random and cool conversations this place has inspired. I love the atmosphere. I love bringing my family here and putting my feet up on the cool footstools with my kids. Im thrilled that Goose Creek got such a cool place to get coffee and hang out. Also, they have Nitro Cold Brew in case You feel like drinking creamy deliciousness and running laps 😀.

Fast service, accurate orders and decently friendly staff. Love the gender neutral bathrooms that both are roomy and have changing stations, catering to all customers needs. Parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver because of parking spaces butt up against the drive-thru lane meaning wait time to back out of spaces.

Coffee! Some would say an essential item to start your day. From Lattes and Cappuccinos, to just plain Coffee, Starbucks has you covered. I would say it is some of the finest coffee I have ever tasted. As for the employees, at this particular location they are all nice. I rarely go to a Starbucks that has bad service anyways.

This Starbucks is clean and fairly quick in service. They get my order right and always have open seats. The parking lot is a little tight. It seems that they are not open quite as long as the other local Starbucks. Also, the staff was very quick to ask us to leave the second the clock struck 9. Ive never had that experience at any other Starbucks.
