The doctor and his staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.. Gwen is a very helpful person when explaining everything you need to know about your glasses... She goes over and beyond about prices giving you the best options when it comes to purchasing.

I have such a hard time picking out frames, but Ive never had anyone work as hard as Gwen did to help me find just the right ones. She was so nice and sincere. She didnt make me feel like I was putting her out at all. The optometrist was friendly and personable and went out of his way to help me find just the right contacts. The entire staff made me feel like I was at home.

Staff was courteous and friendly. The process was easy. Dr. Joel was hands down was the best. Educated me while doing my eye exam. Would gladly recommend.

Helpful staff and a very low wait time Facilities are nice and sanitary with all frames you try on sanitized between each customer. They are willing to help you and explain to you all the features your glasses come with, so to speak. I think I have been coming here since probably at least 2011-2012, but probably before that. Havent gone anywhere else for my glasses!

This is my go to Eye Center! I always am greeted by the staff and the Dr. that checks my eyes is awesome. I picked out a pair of frames and they were a little bet out of my prices range, so I picked another and told the young lady I would come in today to pay so she could order my glasses. I really want the first frames I picked out, so I told her and she spoke to someone in the back office and came up with a price I could do. So so happy now, but thats not all, they have got my glasses spot on everytime. I have been coming here for many years now and never been disappointed! Highly recommend 20/20 Vision! Shavonne could not have been more patient or helpful. I went in on Friday evening without my insurance info. She took all my measurements. I called on Saturday and she assisted with my insurance and advised she would have everything set up on Monday and would call to confirm. Super easy process. Thank you Shavonne and 2020!! This is my 3 pair of glasses since 2017 with 2020 and it has always been easy.

This was my first visit to the center and I was completely satisfied with the service. The Dr. and Shavonne were both so helpful. I highly recommend this center for anyone needing glasses and will certainly be going back for all my eye care.

Ive been coming here for years now. Very friendly staff. Decent prices. I appreciate that theyre taking the covid 19 seriously. They only allow a few customers at a time. I saw them sanitize pens and have a container for glasses that have been tried on. All the employees wore masks. The eye doctor seems to be very knowledgeable and nice, but has a serious personality at work. He wasnt rude at all, but sensitive people could take it the wrong way. He just seems straightforward, no beating around the bush type person.

The optometrist has very poor bed side manner and did not even introduce himself. My daughter was very uncomfortable and he had no personality or patience calling her over dramatic. He didnt give specific directions and this was her first eye exam. He never even explained where her deficits were. It was a terrible experience. Everyone else in the office was very helpful and kind. He truly needs customer service training and then maybe he would be busier! I was able to get right in same day. Now I know why

Mrs. Vickie demonstrates excellent customer service skills over the phone. She made a reordering contacts a very smooth process and even worked out some details for us! In store the ladies are so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable of their frames and are able to guide you through multiple options prior to your selection for frames! We will continue to patron this business for our vision care needs.

This place is a joke. They didn’t even order my contacts even though I contacted them twice & stressed that my coverage would be ending on a certain date. Total waste of an eye appointment. This place is very unorganized. Stay far away. Optical Impressions was so much better.

Absolutely without out a doubt the worst experience getting eye glasses. One solid month waiting on frames to check fitment. Still not there. I can get a giraffe from Amazon in 3 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever owns this company needs to either hire more people or hire more COMPITENT people.

I just purchased two absolutely adorable pairs of prescription Vera Bradley glasses, one to use as regular glasses and the other to be used as sunglasses. They just came in and I picked them up today and I love them! I got my exam there in October of 2014 and saw Dr. Megan Sexton. She is great. It was my very first eye exam, and I was a little nervous, but she was extremely friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions, and I know I will continue to see her. The ladies up front are all very helpful and go out of their way to help you. They help you pick out just the right pair for you. I think their service is wonderful, and I know that I will be purchasing all my glasses there from now on. Their prices are competitive and they have a great selection of affordable frames. I definitely recommend 20/20 Vision Center in Goose Creek, SC!

Fast, friendly and efficient!

I have been there twice this year. First in February to purchase my glasses and earlier today to bring them in for a small fixable issue. In February I went and had an eye exam at goose creek medical center down the street; but their eyewear facility only accepted Medicaid. So I had to bring my prescription elsewhere. Since they were close by I called and confirmed they accepted my insurance and headed over there. Vicky was very sweet, on Wednesdays they have their vendors come in with new glasses so they let me try on anything I wanted. She gave me a great deal for buying two pairs and she picked out better looking frames than I did. I returned today because one of the lenses was starting to bow out. The technician fixed it within minutes and it cost me nothing. Every one there was nice and courteous, I didnt utilize their in office optician so thats why I feel I cant give them a full 5 stars.

The optometrist was very cold, refused to answer my questions, did not explain anything he was doing, at end of exam told me go up front to check out. Went up front and the lady upfront took me to table to get measure for frames. She said he ordered no line bifocals for me but never said anything to me. I had to ask to have coatings added to my lenses, was not told any options I had for my lenses. Overall bad experience. Will not go there again .

The staffs very helpful, friendly and explains the billing and other things to where you understand what is being done. They have a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend going here.

My daughter (16 years old) had an eye exam during the summer and found a pair of glasses that were just perfect for her with the help of 20/20s staff. She scratched her lenses recently and thankfully they were covered under a warranty. So happy, I bought an inexpensive pair as a back up!

I loved the optomitrist here a few years ago, Dr. Karen King. The owner, Vicky, however, always seemed to be ill tempered and rude. When Dr. Karen King moved across the street to Optical Impressions, I moved with her. When I went to make my annual appointment today (7/10/12), I searched for the number for Dr. Karen King. When I called, I got 20/20 Vision. Someone had switched the phone number so that when you tried to call Optical Impressions, you got 20/20 Vision---suspicious indeed. This seeming corporate sabatoge is the last straw for me and kicked off this review. I will not come back here.

I would NOT recommend this office for eye care - they have poor customer service and NEVER return calls. Repeatedly I called for inquiry on my ordered frames and prescription. What was supposed to be up to two weeks is now 6 months. After so many calls unreturned, I have resulted to filing complaints to avoid others facing this lack of service in eye care.
