I made an appointment to have my truck serviced. They were very professional at the desk when signing me in, but I had a few questions about ongoing issues Ive had with the truck and wanted to ask about them. Once I signed the paperwork, the guy typed something on the computer and walked away. It was clear he was done with me. When it was finished, he walked up, handed me the paperwork and said its done and walked away. Very cut and dry. I just felt they were not personable at all. The work seemed fine, but they might as well put in a machine to sign people up for work to be performed. Who knows, he may have been having a bad day ?

Our car was towed to Eby Ford on a Thursday when we were told that it would likely be a week until they could get to diagnosing the problem. But the next day they called to say the car was ready to be picked up. Apparently they were able to free up a tech to work on the car. He found a connection that had worked loose since we purchased the car. It was made secure and the problem was solved. We appreciate very much that they were able to get to it so quickly and find the problem and get it back to us!

Eby Ford is always professional and friendly when I arrive for my oil change appointment. They have a clean, well lit waiting area to watch TV or get some work done.

Angela from Eby Ford was selling some wheel and tire takeoffs from a new Ford Raptor listed online, i had been looking for a set for my f150 for a bit. I am located in PA and did not want to make the drive, so i hired a shipping company to pick them up and bring them to me. Everything went super smooth and i got them in a couple days.After i installed them, i realized that there were no TPMS sensors in them. So i gave them a call, and within a couple days i had 4 brand new sensors shipped to my door. Great customer service!

Eby is top-notch! Very Professional. Very Customer Oriented . My wifes Edges touch screen died and I decided to replace it before her roadtrip. Unfortunately, when the power is removed from the device, it needs to be reprogrammed. Cut to me calling EVERY Ford dealer in a 30-mile radius a week before the trip and my wife having an anxiety attack. Eby sympathized with my situation and was THE ONLY dealership willing to look at it even though they are swamped with work. NOT ONLY did they reprogram it, they found an upgrade that added extra options, annnnnd the tech repaired a trace on the climate control board...saving us $600. Thank you Eby Ford!

Had Low air pressure showing up on the info screen for the rear left tire. I drove right over to EBY Ford and they filled it up with air to observe it over the lunch hour. They found a nail in the tire and had it fixed within a brief time! Very courteous, efficient and friendly at EBY Ford.

WoW. Immediately upon calling I was greeted with an attentive, empathetic and can do attitude. My truck broke down for the count on my way out West on a Fri morning and they (even though last minute on my part) welcomed me with open arms. Walking into the waiting room I was greeted with the awakening smell of fresh brewed to order Starbucks coffee and an abundant and spacious seating area. I called and made appt, service was friendly. Then I got a confirmation email and it had the wrong vehicle. Called back and got the unfriendly other service magr, told him wrong vehicle, acted like whatever. Sure enough, I get there they still have the wrong vehicle, same unfriendly service guy. Corrected them again about vehicle. They did change the oil quickly, but even when I paid the guy. He acted like I was a pain to him. No thank you, have a nice day, etc.Edit, Service manager called and apologized and I will try them again for the next Service.Also, I just had some body work done at Eby Ford Collison and Travis Carpenter did an amazing job, great service there and I would definitely recommend them for any Collison damage repairs. 5 stars for them.
