I’m very impressed with my entire experience at Goshen Motors! I had to work around my work schedule and the staff was very accommodating to that. I worked with the General Manager and his wife (I apologize, I forgot their names). They were both professional and helpful. The day I went in to complete my purchase, I was in a hurry and they quickly got the paper work together. It took less than 40 minutes to complete everything. Can’t wait to work with them in the future! Thank you all again. I’m in love with my 2022 Hyundai Elantra!
The service person was very polite and nice. He explained all of the details of what they check when changing the oil, etc. They also (thankfully) found that my 2013 Sonata had a loose and worn out tie rod that needed replacing. I cant imagine how bad it could have been since I drive 45 min. to/from work on a busy highway!
One thing is for sure here, the employees run the show for incompetent management. The dealership manager wont respond to emails or return calls, and nor will the dealership owner. I had to contact Hyundai national customer care to get anything handled correctly and actually make contact. Complete lack of appreciation that would certainly make me hesitant to take my business here for a car buying experienceAs for employees in the service department, like Steven and the technicians, they do a great job and must certainly be swamped with duties that get passed onto them by the complete incompetence above them.
Goshen Hyundai was able to find exactly the vehicle that I wanted, the price was price, and I absolutely love my Sonata 1.6T with the Plus package.
After having a horrible experience down the road at another “dealer”, Tim made my car shopping experience so much better! He was such a great help and made things simple and stress free! In love with my new car! Definitely recommend! 😊

If youre looking to get your car serviced, dont bother. The service department takes 10+ minutes to answer only to tell you theyre two weeks out. Do it yourself or find another place.
This review is for the service department only. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my vehicle but still still charged me $139 diagnostic fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking the appointment. They also told me that I no longer had any warranty on my vehicle which turned out to be incorrect. I would not return here again.
I have got to be honest and say this was about the worst treatment I have received from a dealership. As a bit of background info on me as a potential lease or buyer, I have an 840 credit score and money/vehicle to trade or put towards a purchase. I called a few weeks ago because Hyundai is running a special on the Kona base model for $119/mo lease with a down payment and that would work great for my current needs. The sales rep, John, is who I spoke with both times. The first time I called him he said he didnt have a base but an SEL and it would be about $170/ monthly with taxes and fees but they would likely be having upcoming deals or sales, so Memorial Day is coming up and I decided to check back or see if they could do better than the $170 because that is rarely bottom dollar, so I call today and they still had the SEL but now he tells me that it will be about $190/ monthly and that they wont be having any sales and that his boss is not willing to have anything to do with the Hyundai deal even if they got a base model in. He then explained with man math why the price was higher on the same vehicle and when I expressed my unhappiness about his incorrect expectations and misinformation and the apparently very poor attitude from his boss regarding the unwillingness to honor the actual Hyundai listed deal or work with me at all, he was less than concerned or interested in making anything happen.I will never understand businesses that set false expectations and play games and treat people like they are trash, and Im someone with a great credit history etc so I would feel truly bad for anyone with a more difficult situation.If you have read all of this, do yourself a favor and pass on this dealer as they have no actual interest in standing by their brand and doing right by customers.Also as an edit, John said there were no base models available within 250 miles and there were 71... if Im able to share photos of the site and search to show this, I will.
Dan Tack is an incredibly knowledgeable guy and very transparent and will always get you the best possible deal, also Andrew Weddle is a great salesman with amazong people skills and really fun to work with, definitely recomend buying from here!

They let me take a loaner car and squeezed me in their busy schedule the next day, even having to wait for parts, and got me on the road the next day! Believe me, it was not an easy fix!! I never expected that I could get an appointment.....I took it in for service, an oil change and a check up....I was out in less than an hour and a half.... Waiting room and offices were bright and clean....Price was reasonable and I love it when I get my tons of questions answered! Im definitely a happy camper 😊
They really took care of me. I had car trouble and had to contact Hyundai manufacturer. Before I even got a call from Hyundai, Pat @ Goshen, called me to locate my vehicle so it could be towed for the repairs. Chris called me a week later telling me to come get my car it was finished.Thank you Goshen Hyundai for being the best around the Michiana area!
I had my tires rotated when I had my first oil change on 12/3/19.One week later lite came on that all 4 of my tires needed air & all were at a different weight.Why wasnt the tires checked for air at the time the tires were rotated.If they had been checked then I wouldnt had to take the time to do this myself.Dee Ferris

Ive been coming here for oil changes routinely however after this last visit I may not. I scheduled an oil change for 9am. I didnt leave til after 10:30. On top of that I was charged for a tire rotation I never requested. I had no need to rotate my tires since they were JUST installed. I even told the man I didnt ask for the tires to be rotated. He said they do it every other appointment yet theyve never rotated them in the year Ive been coming for oil changes.
IMO, this dealership rates above others in the area. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Goshen Hyundai.Jan is a FANTASTIC salesperson. Very down to earth and NO PRESSURE.Dealerships are in business to make money, and their service department is like others. They will recommend everything under the sun, but are honest on what NEEDS to be done and what is preventative maintenance.
Dont do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, dont do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely dont deal with Andrew.

My car was recently in a fender bender and I had took my car to the shop in this dealership and they agreed to do it but they were smartasses about any questions we had and they were not interested in communication about the car and what will be happening. I might be taking my service elsewhere next time. Thanks for fixing my car but the attitude was definitely not appreciated.
