Very pleased so far with the work they did on my 2019 Kia. Not only were they kind when my husband spoke with them but they were efficient. Took care of the insurance paperwork and all.The card with the pen and the Phenomenal wax job was also a plus!!It’s bittersweet since I hope we don’t meet again but if I must have a repair this is my shop for sure!!Great job to everyone. I highly recommend IN Paint & Collision. They are honest, fair, and their work is expert quality. I cant tell where the repair is by sight or feel. My car was washed and it looks like new, having removed years of tar that I was unable to remove. This is one super quality team!

When I picked up my car after being repaired from an accident, there was a card and pen inside thanking me for my business. This is the attention to detail that Indiana Paint and Collision has. I really need to thank them for doing such a great job on my car. It had front end damage from an accident and you would never know. Rich stands behind his work! I had a car that had been painted, started to peel around the handle 3 years later. Took it back and he made it new again at no charge! I highly recommend this business.

I dropped my truck off to Rich and his team and couldnt believe how fast the repairs were and the condition I received my truck in. He did exactly what I wanted and more. I got the truck back looking better than when I bought it. Rich kept me informed If anything needed to be discussed and let me know ahead of time when my truck was going to be completed. If I had the option to leave no stars, that’s what I would choose! This business owner does not own up to mistakes he made on my car. Why does a business owner also allow so many kids to be running around inside where vehicles are being worked on during business hours? This company needs investigated for safety reasons and the owner needs to back his work he lacks in regards to lack of quality. My insurance company has no records of rich repairing my bumper, yet I have paperwork showing that he completed the poor quality of work that he did. I would encourage people to go anywhere but here!

Icp did an awesome job painting my harley tins and bags

I do not recommend to no one this place. First of all I went there for estimate in really small scratch on my back side of my car. The guy who give me the estimate the same day was some guy who was not train to do so. And the next day I receive a call from Rich who was telling me that i got wrong prize because the parson who did it was not knowing how to do it and ask me to stop by. I went the next day and Rich come out really rude was telling me that he need to use my insurance in order to match my color of the car and he need to give me a high prize. My bumper has small scratch too and he was telling me that he cannot do anything and start showing me by scratching same time with his nail my bumper that need to be replace because scratches can be fix....he made scratch on it with his nail.Also was telling me that he need to paint half of my back trunk in order to match my color ..I told him to not worry about my color and to clean the scratch he just made with his nail on my bumper...he says he did not do that ....I all most call police on him...never ever go back there ...soooo rude so disrespectful person I ever see. May be because I was a woman ..Do not go there folks ...you be surprise how you be treated.
