This location needs to back their products. We bought a phone, a screen protector, and a phone case 5 days ago. Dropped the phone and the screen protector popped off, and will not go back on there. There is NO stickiness left on the protector at all. Even though it was only 5 days ago, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. So the $20 screen protector is useless! The clerk wouldnt even look at the product to see if it was defective. Absolutely will not step back into this store again!

The worst customer service ever. Rude and not helpful could give a care less if you was in the store or not. The worker spoke to her manager on the phone with speaker on could her her using foul language. Love Cricket wireless the store in Graham awful!!!!!!
