I cannot say enough about the person who helped me today in the Graham Verizon store. Her name is KAYLEIGH. She had personality plus. The patience of Job. Extremely informative. I have never got service before at any of your other Verizon stores like she gave. She eased my panic mode when I thought I had lost valuable data. She deserves a raise or management position.

Nice new building was very nice but oddly built. You have to drive in to it from the rear which I not a straight shot but strange. Then the parking is limited and you enter from the rear (?) which was also odd. One day I go in and there is an extremely clean cut, well dressed, helpfulness guy named Joe (?). He could not have been any nicer or helpful. The next day I go in and there was a sloppy dressed guy that was everything but helpful... actually made me mad that he didnt seem to want to help. I found out that Joe was in the Burlington NC store that day so I drove to Burlington to get better assistance. Seems that the bad experience always outweighs the good experience, even in a new store.
Had a great experience upgrading my phone! I worked with Kevin Smith and he crushed it! He knew what he was talking about and really worked with me to get the best bang for my buck without it being a hassle. He wasnt there when my phone came in, but really went the extra mile helping me get updates even on his days off. Shout out to Tamara too, she handled the final transaction and did a great job helping me through that process
My son wanted to upgrade his phone, we always went to the location at Boone station which is terrible so I thought I would try the Graham location. I made an appointment with Anastasia, she was FANTASTIC‼️ Very professional, quick service. Excellent service, I came in and got unlimited everything and they saved 40.00 every month on my bill. They truly do their best to make sure you have the bang for your buck. My bill went from 150.00 to 110.00. I am loyal customer and appreciate the time it took to save money.

They were not very helpful to my neighbor who was the one who had the problem with the service on his home phone with them. We spent 35 minutes in store and he still had the same problem when we left. Thats why I am sticking with T-MOBILE I have not had any problems with them for the past couple of years.

I met Brandon when i came into Mebane last week and was being assisted by another rep. The rep sat me down at a computer and didnt really help me fill my insurance claim out. Brandon was right there and assisted with my questions and even pulled up my acount and offered solutions as my note 20 ultra was on back order. He got me a temp phone that ill use now for my home phone till i got it. Today my phone came in and he was working in graham and said to come on over and hed help me out with my replacement. Thank you Brandon for helping me and putting your number in my phone.

These guys are great, I came in and I got unlimited data and auto pay and lowered my bill. They set this all up for me. They are very professional and offered me a ice cold bottled water. Only store I will ever go to. They do things timely.

Got a new IPhone this past weekend. I was in the market for a new phone. My prior carrier was AT&T. I had called them first at their local store in Alamance Crossing. Would have probably stayed there if I could have got a live person to answer my call. Then I said I’ll call Verizon in Graham and see what happens. Lucky for me agent Danny B answered the phone and set up an appointment with me the next morning. He is by far the best cellular sales rep I have ever dealt with. Helped me decide on a phone, plan, data transfer etc. in less than 2 hours. Thank you Danny for a wonderful experience in a world where much of customer service has died. Go Duke !!
Verizon is great! They have good service, good plan prices, and great over the phone service. This branch however did not live up to the name. I brought a Moto G Power (Unlocked and compatible) and they told me it wouldnt work with Verizon and that I had to buy a Verizon phone in store. I left the store and called the Verizon service number and within 30min had the phone connected and with service. I was an informed customer and knew that they were not being honest about compatibility, however there are many who dont know enough about phones to avoid this kind of dishonesty. I hope the branch manager or someone higher up will take action and straighten this out. I plan to stay with Verizon for a long time and hope to have a better experience in the future at this location.
Typical Verizon. You really cant find out what you will be paying. The person I talked to started out by arguing with me. She ask who I was with now. I said visible. She said she had never heard of it. I didnt fault her for that, but when I told her they were owned by Verizon she said they wouldnt exist if they were owned by Verizon. I told her she was wrong but she kept arguing for a while. So first, dont argue with a customer- especially when youre wrong.Anyway, $60 per line and$40 activation fee. I asked how much taxes and fees on that 60. Dont know. I ask if my wife would still get a employee discount. She thinks so. Not sure. How much? Dont know that either. Bottom line- visible is very good and you know its $40 a month! As long as you stay home. However, you cant go the the nw mountains of NC unless you dont want any service! And I mean nothing! No texts - nothing. So I will probably have to go back to Verizon anyway, but I will find a different sales person.
Was served by angelo, he was a very professional salesman. The overall experience was the best cellphone buying experience i can can remember. I was in and out in minimal amount of time. He was very knowledgeable of the products and the plans available and got me all of the discounts and incentives for making the switch. I would highly recommend seeing angelo in the Graham store. I will never go anywhere else

New Verizon customer. Had to drive 45 min to this location to pick up my new ipad as durham had none in stock. The cust service associate was not helpful after 3 attempts to log on to my acct which corp had no issue by the way. She told me she was locked out for 24 hrs and couldnt do a thing. Never once did she call for cust support as corporate informed me if she would have called it could have been fixed in store. And I would have left with the item I clearly paid for. So my sunday was totally ruined by just lack og human decency and care for a new customer. This location sucks!

When I got to Verizon store, Danny met me immediately. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Danny helped resolve my issue with my SIM card and got my phone upgraded, a new charger and a new phone case for no money down! He even found a way to help save me money on my monthly bill! Ryan was great. I got my phone 90 days ago and Ryan said he would call and check on me. He did and asked if I had any problems. If I liked my phone. I do like it. I did have a problem, I had dropped my phone and thought I had ruined it. But Ryan said bring it in and see if he could fix it. It was my screen protector and it was fixed by buying one for 10 dollars. Thank you Ryan. Very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate Ryan for calling and checking on me.
Danny, is by far one of the best sales reps in which I have had the pleasure of working with in my phone buying experience. The personal care and attentive measures he gives to his customers is amazing. The suggestions for phone with Danny are always one point and tested by him personally. His knowledge is far reaching. I am a new customer to Verizon since about a week ago. I switched over from Sprint. Folks please listen, do not believe in the Sprint hype. I was with them for 10 years, and not once did I get the customer service treatment and great phone service that Verizon has provided me in just 1 week! In fact, Verizon is saving me $100 a month and I have the same plan basically as I did with Sprint. If you are going to switch to Verizon, please go to this store in Graham. I also very highly recommend Ryan. He was phenomenal to my wife and I with the whole process. He helped explain everything thoroughly and even helped us deal with Sprint during the switch. Ryan even called to check on us to see how the service and the new phones were less than a week in to our new service. Now that’s customer service at its finest. Sprint never did anything like that. If you’re looking to switch to Verizon, please make the move and go see Ryan. I promise you won’t regret it.

Danny was amazing. The device I received was above and beyond. He took a bad situation at anther Verizon store and made a positive situation out of it. He took his time and never made us feel rushed. Danny explained all the monetary and device questions with ease, as well as telling us about promotional offers. Ryan has patiently worked with me when I purchased my last two phones from Verizon. He helped me sync my phone to Bluetooth and helped my become comfortable with the amenities on each new phone. I have received follow-up calls from him to make sure things are going well. I like the idea that he will be a constant presence in my local Verizon store.

Appearance of the place was definitely a strong suit. They did have the office style where they had several Representatives at desks ready to assist you immediately. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted and taken in to take a look into replacing a phone.As far as the representative that assisted I can definitely understand that they are off of commission and will try to push products along with your phone. (My Bae Works In Warehouse so going without a case is a bad idea)The representative did a amazing job explaining everything and taking interest in any questions along with having some knowledge of the products that were being sold. Surprisingly the last store I visited apparently reset the pin number however the representative was able to get that resolved by phone verification.Though The selection was limited I would definitely recommend anyone that is not only looking for a replacement but also want to get the most information out of there provider to go to this place.
I have been dealing with Ryan here at the Graham store for a few years now. He is the only person I will go see when it is time to upgrade. He listens to what you want and gets to know you on more of a personal level than just someone buying a phone. If youre looking to upgrade, definitely give him a call.

I went into the Graham location yesterday the 31st because of problems with my phone. I found that Verizon was having a mass outage. Rather than just give me that information, Danny that I spoke with gave me information on trading our phones to upgrade to new ones. He showed all features of the new phone as well as a price breakdown. Although we decided not to do it at this time we will definitely go back and request Danny when we do make this decision. Danny is truly an asset to your location.

Called Verizon to add a line to my plan, I ended up going to the graham Verizon for the first time ever. Danny helped me out, he was extremely helpful. My fiancé was switching from sprint so things could’ve been unclean but Danny made everything simple and crystal clear. Such a great experience will definitely be returning to the store in graham from now on.
