A bit of advice. If the male manager is not there be cautious paying Any type of bill. He seems to be the the only one capable to credit any account. He is very nice and knows his job well. The girls seem to mess up. My husband unaware of this paid Duke Energy. Second time they have done this. My phone done the same twice. Pain trying to fix this mess
