Starbucks is very consistent whether you are in Bend Oregon or Grand Forks. The team at Grand Forks 32nd St is always awesome. Its always nice to have a visit to the Pike Place store here in Forks.

I ordered in the drive thru this morning and forgot my wallet. I called and let them know I’d come back to pick it up, but when I came back they had dumped it (probably because I took too long lol). They were SO kind about it and made me a free drink. It made my day. Thanks girls!❤️

Always going for a starbucks drink or at the starbucks by colombia st. Service is sometimes good sometimes not. I understand when its rush hour mistakes are bound to happen, but what matters is that they find a solution for the mistake.

Always friendly service. And the consistent flavors inherent of large chain restaurants. The food is surprisingly good.

They were out of caramel drizzle which was a bummer but otherwise its exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. Good service, good drinks.

Will not go back !!!! 7 ladies working and 1 gentleman. 1 of the ladies was running the cash register, the one guy and 1 other lady were making drinks the other 4 stood near the window talkin as there was 4 of us in line to be waited one.. stood there for about 6-7 minutes, still yet tk be waited on..then randomly one of the ladies that stood by the window walked over in between the 2 cash registers and started to do some childish dance, laughed then walked back to the group of ladies by the drive up window .... do your job ! Serve your customers !

Been to this location twice while traveling thru in past couple months. Both times during business hours (weekday afternoons) Both times doors were locked and drive thru closed with employees inside. There are help wanted signs in windows, so I’m guessing that they don’t have enough help. Probably need to up the wages, which will be tough when they aren’t selling any coffee.

I love this Starbucks, and I’m not usually one to complain- but I got a refresher, today, and so much ice was added that I struggled to get my straw in! I’m a little upset that three sips into my drink, it’s half way gone. I feel like when I fork out money for something, I should get what’s expected. I really needed the pick me up today. It’s my favorite drink =(I’m hoping next time will be better, and that I will actually get what I payed for.

Recently went through the drive throughMy item were not properly packaged in my bag and I’m not from town.Disappointed in how this was handled and no remedy was offered for them forgetting to pack my item.

Every time I go here the staff is extremely friendly, and they are super quick with my order. I have never had a problem with any of my drinks here. I will drive across town just to go this Starbucks because I know I will have a good experience.

I love Starbucks in general. I was visiting my daughter at UND and had to stop and get my fix. It was a treat to receive such great service. I dont know if it is the small town or college town that makes people so friendly. I believe the young ladys name was Hannah, she was so delightful and friendly.

Best Starbucks in town. Food is always yummy and the drinks are always great too. The staff also are friendly and hardworking. I go out of my way to go here if I want Starbucks even though the other ones are closer

I like this location. They get my order correct about 98.2% of the time, but everyone is friendly.

Every single time I order using ubereats the order is incorrect, poorly made or missing items. Starbucks loves to “forget” to include straws and other order addons like sriracha, despite specifically having an area in The order to request said items.Do not order from this location. It’s a waste of your money.

Starbucks has awful coffee. Once was enough. Gas station coffee is heads above SBs overpriced slop in a cup.

The drinks are good. But the drive thru is the slowest Ive ever seen for a Starbucks. Also, they consistently run out of cold brew, whoever is responsible for ordering product needs to step up their game or be replaced with a competent person.

It’s a hit and miss, when certain shift Is working my coffee is amazing and so is the service, when the other shift is on then I had my coffee remade 3 times before it was right. The young baristas was making fun of people and acting like complete snobs and having the worst attitude in the world like they doing me a favor even tho I AM PAYING for my coffee. Dear Starbucks please remind your staff your promise to costumers about coffee being made right so they can drop horrible attitudes about remaking something they messed up to begin with.

Honestly, dont like the place. Staff seems pushy to get me to order. Caribou definitely makes a better mocha. Its a good place to go if you want to get fat but feel like youre just ordering coffee therefore less guilt. Overall, if you could rid it of humans who work there itd be something Id not wince at the thought of stopping by randomly.

Smaller Starbucks; its less busy indoors than Columbia. Great staff. Corporate should replace their espresso machines ASAP. Please inundate corporate customer support with requests for these changes, unless you never drink lattes, Americanos, macchiatos, cappuccinos or any Starbucks espresso beverages.

The place is small little bit but the staff were amazing very good customer service we asked for couple menu items and they did not have it available so.they gave us 2 Starbucks gift cards worth $4 each.Then I got medium roast black coffee and it taste so good. Definitely recommend it

This Starbucks is awesome. I am not into chain coffee but this cute girl that works there keeps bringing me back. Anyway the service is phenomenal and the drinks are great. There ARE a lot of flies in the summer as one reviewer mentioned. But really its the best one in town as the drive thru is not the nightmare the other one is...

The Starbucks in GF are amazing. This one in particular. The staff is always smiling and says hi to me by name every time i come in. They know my drink and its usually ready and on the bar getting ready before I pay. This is service.

Probably the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. 20 minutes in the drive through just to get to the order window. Quite ridiculous at 3:30 pm.

Disappointing. Cold Brew Salted Honey Coffee was not good at all.

I am a Starbucks partner and I came to Grand Forks to visit family, when I received my iced Carmel macchiato there was espresso everywhere on the lid. I sipped it off and then set it down when then I realized that there was espresso all around the cup. It was very messy. I also had bought a Starbucks double shot on ice. My sister tasted it and said it tasted kind of burnt. I tasted to find out that the shots were dead, no amount of syrup can cover up the taste of dead shots. I only gave them two stars instead of one because they did get busy shortly after me ordering.

Absolute rude employee, doesnt know how to respectfully answer questions. I just moved here and I wanted to see how good the Starbucks was, but the employee I spoke to was rude. So I better start loving caribou!

Rude employee!! 3 times I have gone through the drive threw and asked for NO ice in my drink when I go to the window she hands my drink with ICE in it, I tell her I said no ice and she insists I’m lying and said lite ice and then precedes to turn around and say that I changed my mind and now want no ice and kept saying it, hands it back to me with it dripping down the side of cup!! Will not be going to this Starbucks anymore!!

I ordered a horchata this morning and realized it was a chocolate mocha once I left. I called back to see if I could come back and have it replaced, was hung up on. However...once I got ahold of them they were wonderfully accommodating and apologetic. They replaced my drink AND gave me a gift Card. Very positive attitude from employees that are working so fast to fill so many orders, a slip up once in a while is totally understandable. Nice job Starbucks employees!👍☕

I have a slight addiction to this place! Always come here to chill with friends. Always get the hippeas chickpea puffs and usually a soy caramel frapp with no whip or caramel sauce. Recommend to everyone!

The 2 grande lattes and 1 vente latte had no espresso flavor. This happens all the time now at Starbucks. Very poor quality. My advice- dont go there if you enjoy lattes.

It just took way to long to get my order at the drive thru. I understand they are brewing coffee and working hard, but there is no convenience here.

The past 3 times Ive gone to this establishment, theyve gotten my order wrong. Workers are to busy joking around and not paying attention to details. Probably wont go back.

Very disappointing! Went through the drive thru today and ordered a venti iced Carmel machiatto breve. The girl taking the order could not stop laughing long enough to take my order! Got to the window she handed me my drink after scanning my card on my phone and it was the wrong drink! It was hot! I told her I wanted it iced not hot! She went on to say to me, Ive already charged you for the hot one, there is nothing I can do about it now. Really? Remake the drink so its correct and charge me the difference. She would not do it! Not happy at all!
