The glass professionals came out the same day I contacted them to repair a sliding glass door. It took a unique tool. They quickly went back to the shop and got one and returned immediately. The glass door was fixed and the price was very reasonable. Very nice fellows, too. I recommend them highly.

Cory replaced a windshield for us that was cracked pretty significantly, plus he also resolved a rock chip in another vehicle of ours, both on the same visit. They were quick to get us an appointment and did great work. Their prices are quite a bit less than Safelite in our experience. Cory was wonderful and provided excellent service.

Needed two widows replaced. Canceled my appointment for estimate last minute and waited 10 days for another. Received an estimate, prepaid in full, set installation date, did not show up that day.Called told me service was already completed, reset another appointment a week out. While installing the glass broke the 64” pane and tell me they now have to get another pane. Now I am sitting waiting another day with no appointment time and no one calling me back on this job. More than a month to replace a glass. With no concerns about the days I have been put on hold as though my days off are of no importance. I could not be more angry at being put off. Especially when the service was prepaid. Once they have your money they could care less.

We worked with Glass Doctor to get a door glass repaired, for one of our customers. They went to the location in a timely manner, gave us and estimate, and moved forward with the installation as soon as we requested they move forward. There was an issue during the installation and the original glass was cracked. It was a special order glass, and they stepped up and took care of the replacement, as fast as they could; considering they had to wait for the replacement glass to be shipped to them. Highly recommend Glass Doctor!

I’ve had 11 glass tops made for furniture tops, windshield replaced & bathroom window replaced with frosted glass all with great service. Had glass top made for dining room table and on one side it was a little sharp so they came out to smooth it out. Lastly, glass cleaner they have is AWSOME.

Fast, friendly service at a fair price

Had a 2000 Land Cruiser windshield replaced. Biggest mistake Ive made with my car. Screws were used on one side to secure the weatherstripping. Not the other, but was told this was OEM? Makes no sense, why only one side if thats the case? Also broke my dash. When I spoke to the manager Dominic, was told I was full of it and that he wasnt taking responsibility. This company does terrible work and doesnt stand behind it at all. The manager Dominic was rude and unprofessional. 0 stars if I could, stay away

I was struggling to find a balance of keeping my shower warm, while showering and making sure it would dry out in between showers. After almost settling for 3/4 tall glass walls, Krishona was brilliant and said lets do a transom. I am Crazy about it. looks like a spa. Works beyond belief. Thank you Krishona

The folks at Glass Doctor did a great job for me. They installed my window and coincidentally I had another problem with a window next to it. The regulator went out so my window wont roll up and down. I found my own parts and they installed it for free.

Went there for a 15 minute rock chip repair and sat there for an hour there was only one person ahead of me getting a rock chip done. Rock chip fixed but very slow.

My interactions with Glass Doctor has to be one of the most professional and memorable experiences with a business. Ive been strapped for money, shopping prices all over town and Glass Doctor had the best. They were great at explaining everything for me and I got an appointment the next day. While waiting, everyone was so friendly and I had great conversations. They are very tidy and extremely fast. My wait was way less than what I was told. They were able to cut and install 2 beautiful mirrors over my vanity. (The mirror they cut from and I used should not have been used, the quality of mirror was bad, but the work they did installing was great.) Now to have them provide a good, great mirror quality to replace these two. 🙄 I will use them again, in fact I Have used them several times in the past.

We had our windshield replace here and the service was fast and friendly. What really stood out the most though was Gary. He took the time out of his day to use a scratch touch up pen to get out a large scratch we had down the side of our car. When we got there to pick it up, he was working on the scratch And showed us the pen he used and where to get one for 5 bucks. It saved us hundreds of dollars and was something he didnt even have to do but chose to. Thanks Gary! Your the best!

I contacted this business through their website (via a web form) asking if they could help us with a glass shower door that had gotten off the track. They never responded, hence the one star, for their lack of response, and the owners reply that I had never been a customer of theirs. We couldnt wait any longer and found help elsewhere. My suggestion would be to avoid using their web form and just call them. They dont appear to monitor the website very closely.

I have used this company for replacing a windshield and for help with a patio door. They were excellent and very reasonable. Richard D. came to my house to help with the patio door. He was patient, professional and prompt. He did his best to make the repair reasonable in price. Another company had quoted me $1,200 and he made it happen for less than $200. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Great service! They worked with my insurance (Allstate) to get a new windshield in our 2005 Honda Pilot. I called on Wednesday and they got us in on Thursday. It only took about an hour and a half. Thank you!

The people at Glass Doctor are amazing. I needed a whole new windshield and sent in a claim through my insurance and they had several glass repair shops in the area to choose from. I googled a few of them and Glass Doctor had the best reviews so I gave them a call. I talked with Dom on the phone and he was super nice and very helpful. They were able to come out to my work in the next 30 minutes to replace me windshield. Sean was the guy who came out to install my new windshield and he was extremely nice and very informative. Im definitely glad that I chose Glass Doctors of Grand Junction!

Well, A BIG FAIL on Glass Doctors part! Called yesterday and wanted to schedule a windshield replacement for today if possible, as were going on Vacation in 2 days. They assured me that someone would call to let me know if I could get on the schedule. No call!! I, fortunately, was able to get my windshield replaced by someone else today (great job, Novus!!), and have yet to hear from Glass Doctor. (I had to give them a star to get the review posted.)

GREAT! Stopped in and asked about a chip in my cars window. They quoted me a price far less than the price I would pay at my regular place and they told me theyd have it fixed in 20 minutes. I handed them my keys and they handed them back to me in less than 20 minutes. Also - the front desk was very courteous. They are now my new go-to place when it comes to car windshields.

I had a door get jammed when a card table fell as the door to the bedroom was being closed wedging the door shut. The only access to that room was through a window. I contacted the Glass Doctor and explained my problem. They sent someone out that afternoon and they were able to break the window and get the bedroom door open. I give kudos to the employee who did try to open the door to try and save me some money but to no avail. Thanks Glass Doctor for the fast response and replacing the window!!! Made an appointment for 2:30 rock chip repair. We established location. They didn’t ask for vehicle information. I offered my license plate and vehicle make/model/color to help them find the vehicle. I also asked if it should be parked in the shade since it was a hot sunny day?Seemed like good ideas to me..Needless to say no one showed up for my rock chip appointment.. unresolved windshield chip is getting worse..

Never called back. When we finally called them, they said 8 to 10 days to get it here, when first they said it was in stock.
