I was recommended to them by another shop, when I called they were super helpful and nice. When bringing up the issues with my car they wanted to make sure that everything they did was okay by me, even called me to come check to see what they see. I will definitely be recommending them no anyone in need of getting their vehicles fixed.

I needed work done on my A/C, I dropped my car off, and they had everything fixed in a few hours. The staff were professional and friendly, the cost for the repair was reasonable, and I plan on coming to A-1 for any future car repairs I might need.

This is the Best place to get breaks in Grand Junction!! Berk was Wonderful and he did everything perfect!! Before he replaced my breaks, he had me come into the shop area and see exactly what was wrong so I knew everything that needed replaced and that was exactly the kind of service I love!! Very kind and honest guys! Coming from north Idaho with major problems with back firing and so many more issues they made a huge improvement when replacing the muffler and cat. Took us back to show us the problem and just did a great job. 10/10 recommend thanks guys!

Finally got my cars windows fixed after more than 10 yrs of them not working, both motors and regulators needed to be replaced in both the driver and passenger doors. They ordered brand new parts from Salt Lake City, Utah and they came the next day and the work was done that day and the car returned to me. I checked with at least 4 other places to have the motors replaced and all of them wanted more money to do the job just for the motor replacement and didnt even include the regulators. I have had other work done here and Im very pleased with the work, professionalism, and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best place in town bill is great

Well I called down here 2 times to see if they could fix a drop exzost but put on hold then to the only guy that does that is too busy. Told to leave name and # and he call back but 3 days later nothing!!! They may do good work but can not even pick up phone and call you back. I got cancer so I do not have time and energy to run around town shop to shop so they need to get with it to help people who call not just pull up.

These guys are great! I was having issues with a leaking exhaust and they took care of it. They showed me what was wrong and charged a fair price. 10/10 would recommend them.

Needed some exhaust work done before trip on my 1987 bmw 325is!! They were slammed still fit me in!! And still very good quality and still looked oem witch was exactly what i was looking for very happy with the service 10/10!!

Told Jim how I wanted my truck to sound and in about 4 hours the Flowmaster he put on my new Z71 sounded just right. Fast, professional, fairly priced, honest. My next truck will no doubt be on a lift at A1 at some point. Much obliged Jim...Much obliged.

Took our truck in to get fixed. When we went to pick it up, it was still having the same problem. He kept it for another few days never called that it was done and when we picked it up, it made it home and didnt start after that. Overall we spent $400 on parts that it didnt need and didnt help. The owner was rude and condescending. I would not use them again.

I just recently had A-1 do a muffler delete on my BMW. It sounds perfect, would recommend!

Will give my experience from this facility once the work is done so far I give him five star that is like a first impression drop my vehicle off said they would work it in and try to have it by noon fantastic. So I got my car back before noon and Im real happy sounds good cant wait for them to install my new exhaust system when I get ready thanks Jim I really appreciate it

Jim and the guys are great! Had a rattle in a muffler and they discovered it was a few joints that the clamps had come loose...they did a fantastic job! The welds look like they were done by as much experience as they do! Not some 1st year welding hack ..they were beautiful! Highly recommend them ;)

I drove 1 hour away to get the job done and they told me 45 to 1 hour to get the job done and then they don’t even show me the work they done to the car they just gave me the keys and said have a good day and that’s was all they didn’t say anything or show me and they took way to long with getting the job done
