I was in desperate need of getting my motor home diagnosed with a over heating problem.Aaron was ready to tackle the job.I was thinking it was the cooling fan but turned out to be the air filter.Saved me tons of $$ and was spot on.No over heating at all on the way back to California with 104 degrees with AC running .Definitely 5 Star service 👍

Wow! I was towing my trailer across Colorado with my kids, when my trailer tire blew the bearings. A google search led me to Helsinki. They held my hand as to what to do, we’re so kind and even gave me tips on how to safely move forward. When we arrived they greeted us with a guided us through next steps. The price was very fair and they worked quickly to get us back in the road. I highly recommend them for your needs while in Grand Junction. I have quite a bit of experience working with tow companies as I own a small transport/freight company. Tonight I had a truck go down on me in the middle of no where I-70, I contacted Tyler at Helsinki who was the consummate professional, had my truck and trailer hooked up and we were headed towards the Ram dealer in short order. If you are looking for a tow company, this is the right choice. Quite honestly I want to offer a guarantee that if you’re not happy with their service, I’ll pay your bill!!

By far the best repair shop on the Western Slope! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our vehicles problems quickly and accurately when other shops couldnt. Frank and Tyler were honest and straight forward about the repairs that needed to be done and the costs. They got our vehicle repaired quickly and we have not had an issue since! The staff at Helsinki was always friendly and helpful in whatever questions or concerns we had. Great customer service! Great work! I would recommend them to anyone needed repairs on their vehicles!

Our 20 year old RV made it through a mountain pass and the million dollar highway, then the transmission quit on us going up 139. They had the local knowledge to know where we were located for the tow. They secured my husband and I, as well as our three pets (which included a large, grouchy, exotic animal), made suggestions for hotel reservations, and got us going as quickly as possible despite the crunch from a busy holiday. Helsinki Customs is realistic in their commumication, professional in their courtesy and demeanor, and really the best service for your dollar. We were extemely lucky to have broken down where they could be our mechanics.

Frank was awesome! We were stranded in Moab with a Class A RV and he came out that afternoon, replaced a seized A/C compressor and serpentine belt. Were back up and running and he saved the family vacation. Professional, prompt and one heck of a mechanic. You will not find a more honest, dedicated and switched on mechanic anywhere.Tyler went above and beyond to help us. He quoted less than half of what others in town did for a tow. He worked quick and effectively to try and fix us on the side of the road so we wouldnt need a tow. The staff worked till almost midnight to get us back on the road as we were time poor.You will honestly be in the best of hands with Helsinki Customs and Repairs.

Frank and the team at Helsinki Customs are amazing. We were driving through town when we had issues with our breaks. Every other shop in town was closed. I called Frank asking if he would work on my car, and they went out of their way to get me back on the road really quickly. Frank was also great dealing with our dog and our screaming baby. The work was done well, quickly, and affordably.

Had a brake light issue with a newer 389 peterbilt. Took to a local big name shop (rhymes with wentworth) and they had my truck 2 days and $1700. Never found the problem. Called Mr Frank with Helsinki Customs and he found the problem in 30 minutes. Since then he has saved me several thousand dollars on repairs thanks to him and his knowledgeable staff. As a bonus my trucks leave his shop as clean as they arrived if not cleaner and the whole staff is very friendly. ( especially Tyler) what an amazing young man. They offer a tow service which I have had the privilege on assisting with these jobs now and this young man has the speed and knowledge of a well seasoned tow veteran. I was to say the least amazed, and when i saw the time in which he did the job I realized he actually saved the customer time and money. I always take bids on jobs on our trucks and Helsinki always comes in very competitive. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Helsinki Customs to my feller truck owners. This place has the most talented mechanics! I brought my RV to them because of the brakes that were making a clicking sound. I had done a month before at $400. And then 4 months before for $400.00. Finally these guys knew what they were doing. Avoid Big O Tires when it comes to brakes. These guys are the best!
