Bought Mega Millions and Lucky 4 Life tickets today and the cashier accidentally spills my fountain soda all over the tickets as she was ringing it up. Manager will not print new tickets for me because my tickets are still good but I am more than welcome to take it up with the Colorado Lottery Office. I called the State Lottery Office and the lady I talked to said the retailer can definitely print you new tickets but they would have to take a loss on the damaged tickets. So this retailer was more willing to send an unhappy customer with soaken wet lottery tickets out the door than provide new tickets and accept an $8.00 loss.
