Camille did a fantastic job on my hair! She asked me how short I wanted it, it look awful when I came in even though it was very long, every few minutes or so she would stop and ask if I wanted anything else done. PLUS she even recommended a fantastic brush, and treatment for my hair! Would definitely recommend her!

I had a really poor experience with Donann, I believe that was her name. She was an older heavy set lady mid to late 60s. She was extremely rude and told me one thing then completely told me something else seconds later. It was regarding an exchange I was trying to get what I paid and she told me I would get nothing for it even though I had proof of purchase. I was very calm and she berated me and laughed at me. A job is customer service is the last thing Donann should be doing.

I placed an online order with Ulta, because my store didn’t have both my shampoo and conditioner or else I would’ve gone in there and this whole thing wouldn’t be an issue.My mobile app has my CORRECT address showing when I place an order, once I received the confirmation email it shows an INCORRECT address (one from many years ago that I removed from the app). When I called in to customer service they said that there was NOTHING that could be done to change the address, mind you this was the next morning as I placed the order late at night. So they offered to cancel the order which I said to do because they would not even get me to a supervisor on the phone.The next day I get an email saying my order shipped, to the WRONG address even though the lady on the phone said she would cancel it.Now they are saying they cannot do a thing until the order is returned, even though their system caused the problem in the first place.I am done. This is not the first time I’ve had an online problem and clearly Ulta could care less about customer service because everything was “We can’t, we can’t, we can’t.” Amazon and Walmart have better service then Ulta.

My daughter and I both got our hair cut by Calli and I had to come here to tell everyone how great she was! Both of us are so happy with our new hair cut and for sure will be going back! 10/10 absolutely recommend her. She even hung around late to get us in on a weekend when they were full. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I don’t know anyone there personally and I’m not getting paid to say this just a genuinely happy costumer :))

I was not greeted at door this was a day I didnt wear much make up and once I was on the store I was followed I was so upset I left then the next day I went dressed up and was greeted with a smile can I help u ect I think they have snobby people and you youngster shouldnt judge a person by there look I mena thats why u work there right to make people feel good about them self

So personable... the store was clean which was so refreshing to see especially with it being so close to Christmas... the prices were too high for my taste and the aura was too uppity. Id return for another facial and hair treatment because Michelle made me feel so comfortable

Walked in to the store and was approached by a clerk (an older woman). She asked if she could help me; I said I was just looking. At this point she informed me that my clothing made her feel cold (blue and white winter scene blouse with a white vest). She then said all my blue and white winter stuff made her cold. Two more time she commented on this same issue. No smile. No joke. Just seriously rude. I cannot tell you what products were there, whether the store was nice or not nor if their products were quality. I was so embarrassed, I turned and left the store. I will never shop in this store again. Rude doesn’t work for me.

I have been using the salon services for about 6 months. Lexy has been my stylist since I started and she is awesome! She is easy to work with and always takes care to see if I need special treatment in anything.

Nicest Ulta I have found. Most are snooty and its hard to find any help, but at this location, they go above and beyond. Their salon is awesome. Got the haircut I wanted without paying too much. Alex knows her stuff and shes very friendly. She even took the time to show me how to style my new cut. Plus the store is kept up very well and their team is on top of customer service. Always smiling and they actually make sure you find what youre looking for. Absolutely top notch!

I was trying to order something in store and their computers were down; So after 3 tries it worked to get my products and the person helping me was so nice and sweet. When I received my order, I even got a free Born This Way foundation :)))

Has a lot of great product in one spot! As well as a salon. Pretty cool place. I like that you can buy products that you would find in a super market as well as professional products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rewards program is nice as well. Although in my opinion you have to spend quite a lot of time and money there for the rewards to really add up in the customers favor.

Great selections! Amazing staff! Had a microdermabrasion and the staff member who did the treatment was so great! She explained everything and discussed what she thought is the best regimen for my skin!

My first visit to the store was today and I am impressed. The selection is wonderful, the staff is well informed and willing to help. My only complaint, I tried a sample of Estee Lauder Beautiful from their display bottle, to find old perfume that didnt smell close to what the perfume is suppose to smell like, which made me hesitate to buy a new bottle. I did buy a bottle. It smells the way Beautiful is suppose to smell. At check out, I recommended to the sales clerk that they replace the display bottle.

Nice clean store with plenty of options. As a person that clearly doesn’t wear makeup, I was greeted and promptly ignored. My attempts to ask for help went unnoticed as everyone kept their head down and went straight to the back or straight up front. I ended up finding what I went in there for but I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

The employees are friendly and the store is clean and well lit. You can get just about anything to do with beauty here. The employees are getting the store ready for guests tomorrow. Three employees have asked if I needed any help. That is a mark of quality employees. My daughter has a birthday today . She has the points card and she will revive free gifts today. It is well worth getting into the points program. Come in and find out what kind of beauty is waiting for you.

Kristyn Odom did my brow service there last week and it was an AWESOME experience. She took time to listen to my concerns and really made my day! I felt like I actually had control of what the end result was going to look like which is awesome because most times when it comes to eye brow waxing I just cross my fingers and hope for the best. Awesome service, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to see her!

Walked in. Was greeted. Came in with a completely raw face completely cleaned. explained to lady who was helping me that I had never needed a face regimen until now at 45. I had NO idea anything about it. Told her I wanted a FACE REGIMEN FOR A AGEING FACE. I ASKED TO SEE A LICENCED PROFESSIONAL SHE INFORMED ME SHE WAS OUT HOWEVER TOLD ME SHE COULD HELP ME WITH PRODUCTS AND A REGIMEN. I ASKED TO SEE A LICENSED COSMETICS professional. I WAS SET UP WITH A APPOINTMENT. COME TO FIND OUT I SPENT 1,200.00 on products that was not anti ageing nor were the EMPLOYEES licensed!!!! the staff is unorganized, untrained, uneducated and most importantly NOT LICENSED DO NOT USE THIS STORE Obviously POORLY MANAGED!!

We were greeted with a great smile and friendly welcome! Jamie helped us find the products we need and was very helpful with colors. The sale items were fun to shop and good deals!

I usually like Ulta, but this store is a mess. Its saving grace is the wonderful customer service reps who are always helpful without being intrusive. However, this store is frequently out of stock of items, samples are missing, prices arent always listed or items are stocked under the wrong price. Ive lived all over the US, and this is definitely the worst Ulta store Ive been in. Thank goodness for the frontline staff. They just need management to step up and make sure that theyre ordering enough product and that samples are replenished.

These women are SO helpful. They always know what I need to fix whats going on with my complexion. And we have fun and a few laughs too.👌💕

Wife waited 4 weeks for a cut and perm. The lady look at she hair and ask how long has it been for you. My wife said, I have waited 3 months for an appointment. The lady said it will cost you $185.00 plus tip. My wife said I cant pay that much. She was told that I can get you in next week with somebody for $125.00. The lady was rude. Now my wife will buy her products else were.

All staff was helpful and friendly.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SALON!!! I recently got my hair cut at this salon and I could not be more disappointed. What I asked for and what I ended up getting were two completely different things and not in a good way at all. I walked in with hair down to my waist and walked out with it barely touching my shoulders, and this was not by my choice. The person who cut my hair had no clue in hell what she was doing...Please save yourself the money and the time and go somewhere else!

Ulta is one of only a few high end makeup stores in my town, and has drugstore options. They have regular deals which help save some money. The staff are always willing to help and give helpful tips, I wish they offered extra deals on drugstore to really get that budget, but Im never disspointed with the products bought or the employees

Ulta is always my first stop for cosmetics and hair care. The staff is always available, friendly, and helpful. They have a wide selection of fragrances, too. The best part is that I can stop in and quickly grab a few things, or I can take the time to browse and shop: I feel comfortable either way.

I take my beauty products very seriously, I mean my channel is called old man right. So when I want to go out on the town I have to really put on the product so I dont scare anyone😆 seriously though my wife really loves this place and the have a great selection of all the brands that she likes!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, neat, and organized and has an amazing selection, if it is out of stock the staff will be happy to place an order for you. There are testers for most products. Check out the Revlon and Almay reset in the next couple of months.

Went yesterday to inquire why the Grand Junction location was accepting stolen credit cards for huge purchases without requesting ID. I had TWO credit cards stolen, while I was there I met another lady whose stolen card was also used at the SAME LOCATION and at the SAME TIME by the SAME PEOPLE that used my card.Thankfully mine was declined, hers was charged for well over a thousand dollars.In talking with the manager the thieves actually gave a rewards number that linked to a womans name...then used two different credit cards...with two entirely different womens names. The thieves were two MEN.The manager actually SPOKE to the thieves when the first CC was declined...and NONE of this prompted ANYONE in the store to maybe ask for an ID.They bought dozens of bottles of mens cologne and stood there swiping cards until one was accepted. No red flags there.

I havent really worn makeup in over a year so last weekend I decided to go to Ulta to see what theyd recommend and to get some makeup. I didnt catch their names but I was helped by a young man and a girl that helped me test some Clinique produts. They were both extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Just wanted to tell them thank you for making this girl feel a little more beautiful and to get some self confidence back.

The GJ Ulta location where I shop is a wonderful store with helpful and friendly staff. My only comment is that they tend to have few if any of the promo collaborations from various beauty influencers.

Pretty annoying staff members, we shop at Sephora as much as possible. You can expect a higher standard of professionalism over there. Only speaking from my own opinion, formed by my several irritating experiences with employees at Ulta. Love the brand though and shopping online! So excited about the addition of Estee Lauder!

I used to like this location. Ive definitely spent into the 4 figure range since they opened. Today, I went in to shop around and most likely end up with a full shopping bag. However, when asked if I needed help (from the manager, I recognize her and shes been there for years) and I responded that I would like to look inside a clearanced travel makeup bag that was zip-tied shut (literally right inside the door next to the register), she responded No, because there are smaller bags inside that you might steal I was literally shocked. Laughable considering there are many MANY small items throughout the store of much greater value so that logic is simply idiotic not to mention condescending and rude. BYE Ulta, HELLO Sephora! (Or any other beauty retailer)

Love ULTA, discounts are confusing since so much of the product they carry does not apply. Read the fine print. I like the ULTA brand and the prices.

I purchased a gift card for my granddaughter in another state, and the card was lost in the mail. I returned to the store to discover that although the card had not been used, I could not get a refund for the gift card, there were no signs stating the policy, and it was not stated on the receipt.

Spend way too much at this store. Love all the products and staff!

Extremely disappointed with the salon service. I had a scheduled appointment and then I came in and told it was 15 minutes earlier which it wasnt. I remember very clearly and i wrote it down. I was supposed to get a conformation call and I didnt get that either. I was told if i waited 30 minutes they could get me in. So 50 minutes later im still waiting. This was the biggest waste of time ever. Apparently there is no extra discount for wasting a lot of your time that I wasnt even in the wrong for.

Its my favorite store ever! So many different brands and all price ranges.

I always come here for my makeup and perfume and never really thought much of getting my hair done at the salon. Well the place I usually went to was closed so I gave it a try and decided from now on this is my #1 go to hair salon!

This year (2016) I have been way more disappointed in the store, I dislike the new look of the inside and how small the walkway and aisles are. The last 6 times I have gone in looking for a specific kind of eyeshadow thats a Ulta brand and everytime its been empty. I barley shope here anymore because of this and because the new coupon for 3.50 off of 15$ isint as great of deal as 3.50 off of 10. Hopes this helps
