Whenever I’m sick to death of trying to sell something on the Internet, these guys pretty much always pull through. I think they’ve only refused to buy one thing from me so far. They also have a really good selections of games and movies. Everything they’ve sold me has been in good condition.

This place is really amazing! It has a little bit of everything and a clean, pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. Mike P helped us buy some gold jewelry for resale. We were there for over an hour and he was super attentive and pleasant. We will be back!

Doesnt pay what you deserve.Doesnt give courtesy calls to remind of missing payments.And every single member of staff is rude and acts as though every person who pawns is below them.Get better.

Just got my fiances ring, he loves it! They sized him up and had us in and out within minutes. Price was so much less than I was expecting, so we didnt even think to haggle and he knocked $9 off anyways. So happy, just an absolutely fast and efficient visit!The guy who sold us the ring was as shocked we were I think thats the fastest Ive ever sold a ring 😂

Always something new to find and great staff

Had five or more employees loitering behind the counter and gossiping loudly. Only two at most were wearing masks or even had masks on their person during a pandemic and despite a sign on the door stating masks were legally required. Was interested in buying, but seeing five people standing within kissing distance of each other and their customers without masks on DURING A PANDEMIC was a huge turn off.

Honestly pretty bad prices. Usually for electronics they sell them for 10$ less than brand new. Employees dont wear masks, one of them is super rude and monotone. If youre going to sell to a pawn shop dont choose this one either, out of all the pawn shops in town youll get the least amount for any item here. Definitely is the cleanest and looks the best though.

Bad service, they are very rude everytime i go.i took my drone in and they tested it out before i could pawn it and the guy broke it and there for i couldnt pawn it.i was mad not to mention i put money down on some julery and they sold it, and failed to let me know.

Been using them for a long time now. I read a lot of the reviews. Rude? Not!I did have a single bad experience. The female employee has not been seen there since by me.They may not give the actual worth for a pawn. No pawnshop does. If they did they would go out of business in short order.Some staff are better than others, but that is to be expected anywhere you go. They have been for the most part pleasant to deal with.I have pawned my knives and Swords there many times. I am headed back there again today.If you treat them with respect they will do the same. I have had to educate a couple of staff on what I pawn. And found that if I did so calmly and do not challenge them. They are more than willing to work with you.THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN...I have been to most in the valley.I will continue to go there again and again.

My daughter has been saving to buy a game system. She was going to buy an Xbox 1 here, but decided on an Xbox 360 since it was less money and she could then buy some games. First, the cord for the audio that came with it had a big tab that covered the HDMI port, making it impossible too use the HDMI cable (which did not come with it). Daughter had to buy an adapter at different store. The system only came with one controller, with only a rechargeable battery pack but no block to charge it on, and no back to the battery compartment which means she cant use traditional batteries. So, the controller is not usable. The hard drive had not been cleared; full with other peoples gaming. She will be returning the product tomorrow. Hopefully they will actually provide their customer appropriate service and I can write a better review tomorrow.

National Pawn is a great pawn shop for the West Slope. Very organized, fair pricing, and good customer service. We stop weekly to check the the inventory as it changes quickly.

I think you guys are a really good pawn shop and am glad to shop there the only problem I have is that some of the items are almost new pricing while being used and quite a few years older

Went in today to pawn 2 tablet PCs. Was told they dont take cell phones. Had to argue with them that they are NOT cell phones that they are tablet PCs. Said so right on the box! Then after finally getting them to look at the box that says they are TABLETS, they tried to tell me that they were worthless. They are worth at least couple hundred dollars combined. We had to argue that point until someone FINALLY looked them up... but too little too late. I will go elsewhere. The guys were complete jerks and treated us horribly. Ive never had this kind of trouble with any other pawn shops. We are never going back to this one again.

Bought a ps3 from them and found out they took the internal hard drive out and are so rude cause I take back things they sell me that are broken do not go to them

This pawn shop is pretty good! Its really the only one I like to go to, due to the friendly costumer service! From what I have experienced, they do give you the most money for your item your pawning or selling. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Asked how much to pawn a piano and wast told they wouldnt take it. That is not what bothered me. What bothered me was while he refused in a hesitant and a Really? Youre trying to pawn that? kind of way the guy next to him snickered about it. I said it was cool, said thank you and turned to walk out. Not a youre welcome, welcome, or come again NOTHING. Basically i was treated like i was some poor pathetic person because i was in a pawn shop. If my employee acted that way he would be fired if not just some sort of warning. Point is they are very unfriendly and act like they are better people because they work there. I didnt know being an employee to someone who you have to take orders from makes you better than everyone.

Extremely rude! I do not recommend them one bit. The employee there was cussing at me and being extremely rude and the manager doesn’t care to act upon it. I’d really like the owners number to explain the situation in depth so maybe he may act upon it.

Staff is very rude, they treat you like you are lower than them because you are in a pawn shop? literally every person in there acts superior. They tried to low ball me on a huge selection of rare and hard to find games and when I didnt like the offer they continued to be rude and tossed a cord back at me, quite aggressively and when I told him he had better be careful doing things like that I was threatened by multiple staff members and then banned haha not like they have a combined IQ high enough to remember faces or that I would spend money there anyways, never will be going there or recommending them.

Do not do any business with First National Pawn.The so called manager Landon is extremely rude and sarcastic. Theyre a bunch if liars. Have the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen.They say one thing on the phone then do another. Then they laugh in your face when your angry. Went in as a first time customer, found a 360 hard drive which was great, also found a really nice bike I wanted, so I put it on layaway, without being informed that there were no refunds,and no cancellations at the time of purchase by the clerk I spoke with. Now Im out 60$ for a layaway under a month old. I can understand a cancellation Fee, or a finance charge like a pawn ticket, but keeping the entire 60$ for a layaway Less than a month or just at a month old is messed up. Needless to say, First and Last time customer. Thanks for the service. SMFH. (Maybe in the future make sure you train your associates to inform the customer at the time of layaway purchase to actually mention the no refunds, no cancellation clause of your store. )

I bought what I thought was a 6 tb external hard drive Storage and I took it home plugged into the wall and my computer and it didnt work. I took it back today and they claimed that I took it apart and exchanged hard drives mind you I didnt even know it came apart. They accused my brother who has served his country of altering it. They refused to give me store credit or do anything except slander me and my family
