My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet from Kay for my 25th birthday. The bracelet said I love you. A few days after buying the bracelet it broke. I took it in to try and get it fixed and they just replaced it with the exact same one. A few weeks later the replacement broke. I decided since the bracelet kept breaking that I was going to look for something else. The sales men were very helpful but when I couldn’t find anything I really liked we asked if we could just get our money back. They told us they couldn’t do that... they were not willing to give us a discount on anything that was a little higher priced than the bracelet. We had to choose something to get any money back. The necklace I got is growing on me but it wasn’t the gift my husband picked. The store and sales people they have are nice but the jewelry was not good quality. 😔

We had a small customer service issue and it was resolved professionally and kindly. I find that the true measure of a business is how they resolve difficult situations and the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. We really appreciate that and we will be back for our future jewelry needs.

My boyfriend, now fiance, got me the wrong size ring, didnt buy it from Kay Jewelers and they took it in and resized it for me for a great price and I trusted them because they are just wonderful. My ring fits perfect. If you are looking for any nice Jewelry, Kay jewelers is definitely the place to go to. Matthew was awesome, definitely going there for my fiances wedding band. Also, I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to Mesa Jewelers. Not nice and told me to take the ring where he bought it from .

Convinced me to sign up for an account, did not tell me or give me any information that said account was actually a credit card, before anyone gets mad saying that that is what they do when you give social security number, keep in mind that they did not tell me that’s what was happening and I am 18 years old and didn’t know. Valuable lesson to learn, but now my credit took a hit and I am so mad. I will never ever return.

This location leaves alot to be desired. Every time ive come here ive had some level of issue both big and small. Proud to say i spend my money at different kay locations and just use this one for cleanings, and warranty repairs.

We are newly engaged and went in to see if we could resize my late mothers platinum ring and get it cleaned. We found out we needed to go from a 3 3/4 to a 6. The associate charged us for each size needed to go up. (Which was rather expensive and as we found out is not done that way by other jewlers) She said They typically dont go up more than 2 sizes but lets just send it to them and because theyll have it, theyll more than likely do it. Little did we know its policy for them not to go more 2 sizes and if we do, WE would be liable for any broken stones. But we were not made aware of that by the associate and they sent it off for two weeks. For those two weeks I received no email and no phone calls. We went in to what we thought was to pick up our ring, but instead where greeted by, Didnt anyone call you? My heart sank. Then we were made aware of the releasing liability if they go more than 2 sizes rule. I obviously wasnt going to say Sure because we need to go 2.25 sizes, go ahead and if you break the diamonds Ill pay for it. Not Going To Happen. I asked to have the ring shipped back as well as a refund. It would take another week to get it back. We were extremely mad that they had our ring for 3 weeks and nothing was done. We went to Mesa Jewelers and were able to have it done no problem and in-house and it was HALF the cost. We were so impressed we bought our wedding bands the very same visit. Overall, their customer service and communication is incredibly inadequate and your solution was buy another ring or make a replica. This was sad because it turned out to be such a non problem at another Jeweler.

Took 6 pieces in for semi-annual inspection and cleaning. After some time, the associate told us we didnt bring in one of the pieces last time. Took some more time and help from another associate to figure it out. After that, it took more time and help from another associate to get their system to accept my email address. Then, she said she would get them cleaned and inspected. There werent any customers there when we got there and spent almost an hour for the whole process.

K Jewelers quoted my wife a price for a ring that she wanted. When we went in to purchase the ring, the price went up over $400.00. Get your estement in writing. The ring was what my wife wanted so I bought it for Valentines day. He careful before you buy from this store.
