We worked with Holly and she was outstanding! We actually drove from Utah to Colorado to get our ring inspected and serviced. Holly helped us for over 2hrs because we upgraded our wedding band. Not sure why the reviews say bad customer service everyone there was super nice and friendly. I would definitely drive back to Colorado again just to work with any of the ladies there. I would definitely recommend Zales! Love my rings ๐Ÿ’ ๐Ÿ’ I couldnโ€™t get better pictures but the rings are beautiful and they are so shiny!

The Zales in Mesa Mall Grand Junction Colorado. The store lacked in customer service and repairs.and on time frames poor communication. I had to call them. When complaining the store manager did not give me her name or the store managers name. I was treated very rude so I will not be doing anymore business with Zales. I would go to another place that will back their services and treat there customers with courtesy when taking jewelry to be repaired that insurance was paid on.

Horrible customer service. Repairs always take at least 2 weeks longer than quoted. Manager tried to tell me that it was my fault their jewelers craftsmanship failed.

My ring is beautiful and I love it! However, it took them 3 tries to get it sized correctly & the 3rd time it came back, it was missing a diamond! I was so glad I had a kind employee helping me at that point. She asked if I wanted them to make me a brand new ring. To which I said yes. Thankfully it was sized perfectly. All of the other employees I dealt with were not very friendly, snobby, and acted like I was an inconvenience. I got my husbands wedding band here as well (a mistake I know) & after a month of use, was already extremely scuffed. I could get him a better ring off of the internet. I would advise against getting a ring here. Unless of course you like waiting 2-3 months to get it sized correctly.

Amazing costumer service. I had an issue with my ring two years after the purchase and they took care of it. I am so happy my now husband and I chose to buy my wedding ring here. When you are spending a lot of money, you want to make sure you are going to be taken care of. They have really gone out of there way to make sure we are happy customers even years after the purchase.

Aside from having purchased jewelry from the Vera Wang Collection at this store, helped by Zales Manager Andrea, we had purchased a diamond ring in 2014 from Gordons Jewelry. A diamond fell out and was lost from the Gordons ring. (Gordons was later bought out by Zales, unknown to us.)At the time of purchase, Gordons failed to issue a Diamond Guarantee for the ring, which we didnt know shouldve been done. When speaking to CJ, Zales Sales Associate Mesa Mall, she said she would like to try to get that resolved by getting the Diamond Guarantee issued and then the diamond replaced.About a week and a half later, CJ called and said they issued the Diamond Guarantee and it should arrive by mail, which did that same day. CJ said the ring was sent for repairs. 2 weeks later, CJ called and said the ring was in and ready for pickup. So, we now have The Diamond Guarantee, a new diamond, a cleaned and inspected ring and couldnt be happier with Zales, service, products and overall experience. Thank you Andrea and CJ. Bravo Zulu!

Terrible customer service. First we were simply lied to about how long our order would take. We tried to explain that to a manager and she apologized, and expedited one of two rings, which honestly did not help at all. The very day we took it to corporate, they called and told us it would be in in two days. Fantastic, why didnt that happen right away? To make matters worse, when we arrived to pick up the rings, the computers were down so they couldnt access our account. Laura, the woman my now husband worked with, laughed instead of expressing any sympathy. I dont buy jewelry often, but I guarantee I will not shop here again after this lengthy and tiresome experience, and my friends and family will most definitely hear about it from me. One star because its required.

Horrible customer service. Theyve had 4 of my diamonds to be reset for over 30 days. Not sure they really know where they are or if Ill ever see them again. 3 are family heirlooms. Regret EVER going here.

Friends dont let other friends purchase from Zales. This Zales is like the walmart of the jewelry industry. We have owned a ring from zales for four years and have sent the ring in for repairs 7 times from loosening or missing stones. You will get a different story from each individual you talk to and the repairs are bandaid solutions. Will be ditching Zales ASAP to a quality jeweler.

I wish I never bought my wifes rings here. They lost my wifes rings when we sent them of for repair and then on a separate occasion they threw her rings in the trash. This place has the worst customer service here. Unfortunately for us I have a lifetime warranty with them so I will have to deal with them twice a year. My advice is dont shop here unless you like being treated like trash.
