They overcharge for the item you are renting you can literally find the same stuff and other stores for a way last price it is easier just to save up and buy it then to deal with these guys

I’m honestly extremely fed up with this company and cannot wait to pay off my furniture. I am 6 days late... not even a week. And they come to my house. And they actually do this quite often if I’m just a few days late. I’ve never even been more than two weeks late. I’m on weekly payments and sometimes money is tight and so I pay three whole days late. I pay my late fee so I see no need for them to come to my house. I feel like it’s borderline harassment. Can’t believe that’s even legal.

Aside from Kurt (who was amazing on phone assisting me yesterday, I have a Cochlear Implant and am hearing impaired and he was totally wonderful with me, only wish I’d have gotten you when I arrived, as you were busy, and I see why now...) and the gentleman that loves Detroit, (didn’t catch your name!)TERRIBLE customer service. I’ll work with the Clifton store, they don’t judge you on having disabilities, and when you can pay... before they ask if you have any other income.... thanks for making that known in advance. I didn’t catch your name either, or I’d have mentioned it, so you know who I’m referring to.Y’all know who it was. (Gotcha) 👍🏻😡

This is the greatest scam in town! They love you while you are renting, but when you return something, they only issue store credit. Then turn around and rent the item to someone else at full price and collect the value again! Thank God we have Aarons here in town. Much nicer!

This place is a joke not only did they jack the prices up the account is in my husbands name i wasmt even there when my husband got the stuff and a week late and they harass me at work and scream and yell out my front gate I could hear them threw my headphones they will call 20 times a day even went as far as yelling at my dogs threw the fence when thier job is to protect my property never again will I go threw these sorry excuses of a rental place ever!!!!

Best location with the best store manager

So, my wife did an online inquiry for a washer/dryer set, on 1/14. So, for 2 or 3 days, this guy named Dan, calls me, leaving voicemails. Not the, Hi, this is Dan with Rent A Center. I see you made an inquiry blah, blah blah. No, I get, This call is for Ken. This is Dan with Rent A Center, call me, phone number. So, I called then today. Got Dan. Told him, he was the one I wanted to question. He didnt seem to understand. I asked him why he was calling my phone, leaving voicemails like I was some deadbeat. He didnt have much to say, so I took over the conversation, giving him an example of what OTHER messages he could leave for a prospective customer. He didnt seem to care, so I told him that Ill just take my business and money elsewhere. I will NEVER do business with this company. Have to apparently leave a 1 star review. Too bad, I didnt want to leave any stars.

Good place to get TV Computer

Major rip-off place. They lie about what you sign for and dont give receipts. When paying I asked how much I owed. Following week of paying they jacked the price up $600 more. Most likely will not use them again.

Do not shop here!! They fire employees who report internal issues of racism!! You might as well be give money to the KKK!! If you are any darker than white they are bashing you beind the counter!! Shame on them!!
