So frustrated. I get off of work and go to pick up my scripts to find that they couldnt fill them since they had been auto refilled at my old pharmacy in another town. The lady asked me which pharmacy and when she called they told her there was no record of me. I tried to explain to her that there are two of those pharmacies on the same street and ask if she called the one with the specific address where mine were filled and she said that if the one she called didnt have record of me then none of them did. She dismissed me and walked away. I called the pharmacy myself to have them returned. How incredibly rude to treat a customer like that. I have never left a review that was a anything less than 5 stars, but I felt like I was being called a liar and all she had to do was listen for 5 seconds to learn I knew the proper location. Would have been a simple fix. It still amazes me that people get away with treating customers that way. I understand if you are frustrated and had a long day... so did I. I will come back again tomorrow after my 10 hour shift and hopefully pick up my prescriptions. Then I think I will find another pharmacy.

Toni in the pharmacy is so AWESOME! My antibiotic was going to cost $32 with my insurance b/c the provider sent a prescription for it to be in tablet form. Toni asked if I would like capsules instead and it ended up being $3.Thank you Toni for being so kind and taking the time to offer and change it for me!!

The best pharmacy in town! I love Leroy and his team of techs. They all work really hard to answer any questions I have. I believe they know more than the doctors in this town.

This is one of the nicer, well-kept Rite Aids that I have been in it has also been recently remodeled. In my experience, staff have always been very friendly and as helpful as Ive needed them to be.

Customer service is great. The pharmacy is very efficient.

Although the clerk was very polite he told me the store doesnt keep enough money in their drawers to cash a three hundred dollar Western Union transfer. He told me their store was too small to carry large amounts of cash in the drawers; which makes me feel like maybe their store is too small for a Western Union.

This has been my pharmacy of choice for 5+ years but recently I have been disappointed. Tried to return a couple of items that were bought doubles of on 2 separate shopping trips by wife and myself. They dont give cash back, the put it on my plenty card so my money is committed to their store regardless of content need or want. Criminals.
