I was treated very well by all of the staff I was in contact with today. My doctor placed the order yesterday and everything was delivered today. Their response was quick and customer service was excellent. Special shout out to Lucas whom delivered and trained me to use equipment. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. A great teacher and super nice guy.

Jordan and Andy have been phenomenal. I have received amazing personal care with my niv, as well as my concentrator and bottle filler. And my nebulizer. I have never had an issue with ordering supplies or getting equipment serviced repaired or replaced. I am sorry that some havent had good luck with them. I feel I have been treated with the utmost care and concern as well as dignity and respect. I definitely recommend them.

Local office doesnt answer their phone and apparently only unlock the door if you have an appointment. The out-of-town people that do answer the phone are very helpful if you want to buy supplies but equipment recall is not their problem, call the manufacturer.

Avoid this company like the plague!! Locally they can show you how to wear your mask or take your payment, nothing else. On a national level you can wait on hold for hours and no one can help with your account. They over charge and over bill and threaten to turn you over for collection when you have proof that you have paid your bill. No one knows what they are doing, not even supervisors.

The staff was amazing! Jordan took the time twice to answer all my questions about my machine and how it all works. As well as making sure to know I was to contact her with anymore questions or concerns. I am very impressed with how I was treated here.

The local Grand Junction, CO personnel pleasant to work with. The messaging center that Apria employs is totally worthless. I recently went out of town and discovered I had not taken a cannula with me for my oxygen. I called multiple times over a 24 hour period. I finally had to resort to getting a used cannula from someone, did my best to sterilize it, and that is what I used for three days. This started on a Thursday. After offering to pick up what I needed and/or meeting a rep somewhere, and making every effort through the answering service to have someone call me, I returned home on Sunday. On Monday, I received two boxes in the mail, each containing one cannula. Totally unacceptable customer service. The angst I went through was totally unnecessary. I’m now looking to contract with another provider.

Im a caregiver for one of their customers. Not only do they not communicate with each other. The customer service of the drivers and some of the office help. IS HORRIBLE! One of the office ladies, called my clients daughter a liar. And was beyond rude. I honestly dont understand how people can be so disrespectful. And how this company is still going, blows my mind. They need to think that every customer, is someones mother, father, grandparent, or just someone sick and in need. Im pretty sure they wouldnt treat one of their parents or grandparents the way they do their clients. And if you dont like your job, maybe you should find a different job.

I have never been treated in such a poor manner by any form of customer service representative. Savannah was embarrassingly rude to me. She refused to hear me out, or allow me to discuss the service I was requesting.I guarantee, I will never go to Apria for anything again. They will never see any of my money, or my insurance money ever again.
