Lincare set my mom up with oxygen in NE as we were travelling. This was our first experience with oxygen equipment. The representative was barely able to explain how to work it and told us we had plenty of oxygen to last two days, but ultimately it lasted less than 3 hours. My moms issue was more end stage comfort than being dependent on oxygen, but it was still terrifying to run out. I cant imagine what that would be like for someone dependent on it to live. I explained my issue to the call taker in Grand Junction and she explained that I could make a complaint by calling a different number. It seems like the companies are connected well when it comes to getting equipment back, but not in resolving issues related to service.
Ive had nothing but problems with LinCare. Unfortunately, they are a participating provider with my insurance plan (RMHP) HMO. Previously, they were caled Adult & Pediatric Services (APS). They hardly ever get my orders right for oxygen supplies. On September 29, 2021, I asked for 4 regular 7 foot canulas. When I opened the UPS package, I saw there were 4 foot canulas, instead. I called LinCare back and explained what happened. they did a new order and said UPS would be delivering them shortly. Well, several days came and went. No notifications, no UPS. I just called them back again today and told them what happened. I was told by the person I was speaking with that, Lincare is no longer carrying any other canulas other than the soft 7 foot ones (which I do not like). So, there is no canula selection anymore, just one type. Additionally, the last time I had my portable tanks changed out, the servieman informaed me that it was not his job to set them up for me. I am legally blind, and have several health issues that make it very difficult for me to set the tanks up. After some arguing, he agreed to do it, one last time. After he was done, he knocked one of the tanks over which bounced and landed on the ground. He made no effort to pick it up, and walked out. Also, LinCare does not give their clients new concentrators. They are used. If you want to avoid poor service and high blood pressure, make LinCare a last ditch effort choice.
Lincare was so helpful. Sheridan is an amazing employee and answered every question I had and went above and beyond!! No complaints here.
Youll have better luck ordering parts off of Amazon than getting help from lincare. Weve had to do that twice. Incompetent doesnt begin to define them, dont trust the manager or Sheridan, theyll lie to your face and purposefully screw up your needs then claim misunderstandings and bad training.Bottom line they just really dont care.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I have been trying to order supplies for a month. Each time I’m told “they’re shipping tomorrow.” Placed calls to local office they have been zero help. I’m reporting them to my insurance company and changing suppliers. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Incredibly prompt with helping me out with my equipment needs.
Their employees work their a$$es off for terrible pay, and get treated like peons by the company.
Horrible customer service. Very unresponsive. Ultimately had to use another vendor. Save your time and money and go elsewhere
