I just talked to a person from this company and she was very polite and took extra.time to explain to me how portable condensers work.
Drivers and office staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Saw all the bad reviews prior but this is who my doctors office went through. When the field rep came for the orientation I was pleasantly surprised how good he was. The bad review is for the prices of the equipment and customer service. They wont return anything and claim you have 3 days to return. I got stuck with a $400 bill this year cuz of insurance deductible and surprised order. Long story short get your CPAP supplies online these guys will burn you and wont work to resolve anything. Rotech their parent company is the mostly useless company I have ever had a conversation with. Shouldnt be in business with anybody.
Worst service I have ever received !! I have waited over 3 months for my Cpap supplies that was finally supposed to get set up today waited all day. It was my son that passed away birthday today. And nothing came!! I have been trying to be so Patient through all this. But today was pushed over the edge!!! Terrible service!!!!! I don’t even want to give them one star!! But couldn’t post without it. Highly disappointed to say the least!!!
I called needing help for Cpap supplies after waiting weeks to get supplies at Mountain Air and treated badly for asking about them. I called here and was treated with respect and concern. Alexis is Amazing 👏 Thank you
Company in general are worse than I have ever seen. The employees in the field are great, of the ones that I’ve met. The office personnel and corporation are completely unreliable. We have been working on a mistake on their part and kept billing for returned equipment. Each time we’d call we were told by the person on the phone that it was taken care of and to throw away the bill. After several bills they started coming stamped with overdue. This has been frustrating! We recently had to get oxygen after a hospital stay in Denver and return it to our local rotech. We will see what happens this time. As another reviewer said the people in the field even know how incapable and disorganized this company is.

Wish there was an option for zero Stars. Do not get a Cpap machine or supplies from G&G Medical/Rotech/Sleep Central. Get a Doctors note and buy one from cpap.com for less that half the price and be able to order supplies as you need them.

I have had equipment from them for 3 days. Have some questions they keep telling me they will have someone call me. have not heard from anybody yet this is some of the worst customer service i have ever had. I know it is not life threatening but i still need info for my health.
Have attempted to be a customer for several years now and Ive given up! G&G is the absolute WORST!!! If I could give negative stars I would do so. They Robo call with a recording every so often offering supplies for my C-Pap and I cant get a live person on the line after trying for two years now. They have an incorrect address for me that I cant get changed and they send my C-Pap supplies to who knows where and then bill my insurance company. Beware! Find another company that can provide a live person to speak with when you have any kind of a problem with G&G.

My mother has been a customer of G&G since 1989. She is 95 now. The customer service has always been below average, but since they were acquired by a big corp... they are the worst customer service ever! They will not return calls.. and when they do they are very rude and non-caring! I finally, after days of trying, got a service person to come out and check her oxy generator, and the service person was great! He has worked for G&G for years and knows the situation at their office, and was very kind and helpful trying to make up for the mis-managed company that he worked for.
I have been a customer for 26 months now. This company is poorly managed and has very bad customer service. Their drivers are okay but getting their office to provide information, relay information to their drivers or even to return calls is horrible. And they are rude on the telephone. Ive had multiple instances of poor service over the past two years.
They have been professional and have met my needs.
Very poor customer service when trying to get new CPAP machine. Ended up getting machine from sister in law.
