Their online order curbside pickup hasnt worked out for me. Both times I used it, product available online, they didnt have item in store. They were extremely helpful and filled my order to satisfaction! It just took a lot longer than anticipated.

The counter parts lady was very helpful. She could have sold us an expensive battery.. But she looked it up and informed us our bad battery was still under warranty with a competitor company. Now thats worth going back and doing business with Advance when their employees are that honest and dont just try to sell you something that you shouldnt have to buy.
Recommend going to an establishment that has knowledge about cars. There good if your looking to detail your ride. I had to pay 360.00 in repairs due to the wrong coolant thanks Advance Auto parts you know nothing about European cars.

Ordered my parts on line and it said that parts were limited to pay for on line but two times I got there and both times they didnt pick my until I got there one hour later and told me they didnt have the parts I needed Thats because they didnt pick my order before I got there and someone else bought the items.

I’d avoid this store at all costs! I’ve had several problems with the parts I bought. Then yesterday I went to return a part I never used. I had to run to the oak cliff store to buy the part as the GP store didn’t have the part. I tried to return the part at the GP store when I found out I didn’t need it. The short Hispanic dude who obviously doesn’t know how to do his job told me his computer wouldn’t allow him to do the return. So I had to return to the oak cliff store. When I showed up at the OC store the guy inside said they could’ve done the return but he was just being lazy. Pisses me off when people do stuff like that. You have a job to do so do it. Very poor customer service and at all cost I’ll avoid Advance Auto from now on.

They seemed to have forgotten the way a store makes money is to take money from someone willing to give it to them. If I dont order a part in advance I cant seem to get any help in this store. Watched as a guy stood at the register with cash in hand and no employee even tried to help him. I walked out because of it and so did he right after me

Went there for a taillight bulb today. Staff member Michael took time to go double check and troubleshoot the problem on my vehicle. Turns out bulbs were just crossed. Saved me time and money, thats customer service at its finest. Michael god bless you and thank you brother.

Place looks run down inside, they had some ppl out front begging for money and kids running around in the parking lot because of it. Not greeted like in other places. Hardly noticed anyone at the counter. I work on cars alot amd i wont go back here, lucky i was just there for an oil pan.

Not going back here again. Staff & manager are unhelpful & not friendly at all. I couldnt even get my money back on an item I wasnt able to use because it spilled all over my car due to a deep gash I know I didnt make. Nothing touched it and I didnt touch it after I purchased it til the next morning. If the bottle was left standing it wouldnt spill but once u tip it over it would start to spill. I even had to buy a new one & they still didnt believe that I took it home like that. The least they can do is try to be understanding instead of telling me it was my fault! Ridiculous staff. Bottom line is this is not the place to go.
I called in advance for a specific item and when I got to the store the clerk suggested another tool thatll be sure to work for me. I purchased the item[which was already pre-opened] and once I got home with the tool just to find out the tool wouldnt work for me. I returned to the store the next day to make a return and they wouldnt accept it due to that it was (opened). So there I was and still am stuck with a $30 purchase that I never used. And to add the matter the clerk was very rude and disrespectful. I dont know the womans name but it was a black woman with an attitude. Needless to say I will never shop with advanced auto parts again.

I would never go back to this location again after going to get my car checked for my battery I told the man it was going dead he told me to turn my car off and i told him it would nt start back up if I did after that he said the battery was bad so I tried to start my car it was dead I asked them if they could jump my car or if they had jumper cables they told me no that i had to buy the stuff then wouldnt even try to charge the battery the manager told me she couldnt do nothing to help me unless I bought the stuff with a attitude like i was in the wrong worst experience ever this was my spot that i always go to buy my parts guess Ill just be going to Napa after this and to add the manager was a black woman dont know her name but customers shouldnt be treated like this
