DO BUY ANY MOTORS HERE. Bad service, employees always in bad moods and they over charge and are crooks. Our shop had to get 3 motors from these guys because the 2 before were bad. They lie and try their best to get money out of you.

Called in to verify if fender available. Said yes. Came in today and waited for the fender and when they went back to get it, they called the front and said in Spanish that it was damaged, them not knowing I spoke Spanish, and the lady in front made us wait another 20 minutes and said nothing until they came back from looking for it. Poor customer service. Will never be back.

This was my first time at a salvage yard and was a bit nervous and hesitant walking in, but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel welcome and were super helpful and kind. The young man that greeted me was quick to find my part and smiled the whole time. I was in and out quickly and the price for my part was the cheapest I found around my area. A gentleman named Shaw was extra helpful to the point that I returned for another part and was surprised at how kind he was with pricing. If you want to visit a place with a rude staff and even worse OWNER, This is the spot for you. They have no consideration for you or the money you are willing to spend with them (no longer the case for me).I had a question that needed to be addressed by the OWNER and never had a chance to ask it. He was more interested in listening to himself talk rather than letting me (THE CUSTOMER) say what I needed to say.Here is the thing, had he given me a chance to speak, I was willing to pay 3x the amount of the asking price due to the part being hard to find (only one in the country). My reason for doing this, I was willing to have a friend pick up the module as I am in another state.I know this sounds strange, but I am a business owner and HAD (key word) a customer who needed this part. They were willing to wait if I could get it.Ended up having to send them to the dealer, who could not help as the part has been discontinued. So now this customer has a completely hooked up off-road wrangler that wont move. All because this guy didnt want to help and make more money for not doing anything.I do not understand how places like this stay in business, any good comments on this place must be written by friends or family members. I am going to make it a point to check back on this. If I see my post drop, I will re-post. People need to be aware of places like this.

I moved to Hoisron 3yrs ago, and came back here after 3yrs, they still treat me with so much care.Gave parts for very cheap, and very good parts too.They also have newer vehicles.This is the first place I want to stop and find parts for my car.

I was trying to purchase ABS pumps for 2012-2014 Honda Fit. They had one listed online for $74. The person on the phone refused to sell the product and hung up on me TWICE. Extremely rude.I needed many of these parts for exporting. When the person asked me how much I was paying for them I said I average $85 but can pay a little more. Which, is $11 MORE than what they were asking.So far Ive purchased 22 of these ABS pumps from yards around the country and no single yard Ive spoken to has been this rude.Its a shame because I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on parts every year and this place WILL NOT be on my go-to list.Get your act together and learn how treat customers. You never know who youre talking to.

All Discount Auto Salvage was my saving grace! They saved me a TON of money on the part I needed & I needed it in a hurry. It was the click it side of the front seat passenger seat belt. Who would ever expect that to break? Not me! Evidently though, its not uncommon.I had called the Ford/Mercury dealership & was quoted $232 for the part & $50-100 to put it on.I almost fainted! I called a couple other places $ the prices just got higher. So I started calling salvage yards. My first two attempts were unproductive. All Discount Auto Salvage was by far the most helpful & expedient. The part was on the counter by the time I got there. I was in & out in a matter of minutes & the price was only $35! (I found an independent auto repair shop that installed it in about 10 minutes for $10!)I was quite pleased with the service & the part that I got at ADAS. They will be the first place I call the next time I need a part!

I can tell most of the reviews on this company are pretentious. Tell the employees and friends to stop the fake reviews.This was not my first time attempting to buy a part from this person. On the wall it states as follows you must pay for part before you see it? Service? Theowner or what ever he tries to pass up as just looked at his phone screen and said $250 you pay now then i show you the part in the most condescending tone. This scrap yard is an insult to local real salvage yards. The way a person conducts business is a reflection of his or hers inner education and manners. I went to another yard down the strip and the guy was bombarded with customers and calls. He found the TIME to show me the part I was looking for. Here is the difference. He asked $325 for the part. He offered exceptional customer service and yes I payed extra for it. But you the person reading this review this is for you! The guy down the street that charged more...treated a customer with respect! If you the owner are reading this..this tip is for your bank account..treat the customer right. Not all customers that walk into your business are trying to piss your time off and price haggle you. Some of us come in needing the part we ask and come with our hard earned money to PAY YOU. Dont be another burned out business owner that has plateaued.

After calling around to multiple places, this salvage yard had my door I needed for more than a hundred dollars LESS than all of the other salvage yards. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. When I went to pick up my door I was met with friendly and helpful staff. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely use this company for future parts needed.

Call this yard and spoke with the gentleman about buying an engine for my chevy traverse said he had the engine and would call me back with a shipping price. When he didnt call I called him back to follow up he said he sold the engine to someone else. Great customer service Ill never consider them for anything else.

Saw a crossmember online for 290. Called to check how long it will take to get it out of the car. They said it was pulled out. Told them I’ll send my wife to pick it up and by the next day, they increased the price online to 390 the next day. Watch out for the bait and switch.

I just called this place to get price and information on a part. The gentleman (if you can call him that) who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. I asked whether the damage to the car where this part was coming from was on the front or on the rear. He responded angrily: HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW? I DONT KNOW. And then he went on rambling about how ...if its a good part its a good part, if its a bad part then its a bad part. You want it come get it. We take Visa and Mastercard only, direct deposit if you are not local.... No Thanks. Ill pay a little more and take my business elsewhere.
