Came to have tire pressure monitors replaced on two tires. A bit busy. Wait time an 1 1/2 hour. Friendly service. Ive observed as every customer entered, he / she is acknowledged. Thats very important in good customer service. Bathroom is clean and stocked with paper towels and hand soap. Theres hand sanitizers at each register.
Extremely friendly staff. Was helped by a Mr. Vince who serviced my vehicle quick and efficiently. Very cheap for a tire fix. Had a leak in my stem valve only cost me 22 bucks after tax. Really an amazing place to stop by if u need any automotive repair.
Val gave me excellent service on my car and was able to provide all the services I needed in order to fix my vehicle. I am definitely a satisfied costumer

I have gone to the Grand Prairie NTB since I moved here 3 years ago. Weve had a lot of work done on all 3 of our vehicles. They are fantastic! I love the kind employees there and they never try to take advantage of me because Im female. They are up front with you and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend Grand Prairie NTB, theyre the best.
Great staff and customer service. Scheduling an appointment was fairly quick and easy. I arrived on time and they were able to find me in the system as i was a previous customer. Mr. Val Shannon, the store manager helped me check out when my car was ready for pickup. Although the computer system had some lag time and wait, he did an amazing job to try and work on my invoice. I highly recommend this place for all your car services needs.

I went in for new tires and an alignment, ended up paying for shocks and battery too. When I drove my car on the highway for the first time, my steering wheel began to shake violently. Ill be retuning to get the job done correctly or a refund. How do you get an alignment and your car performs worse than when I brought it in. OUTRAGOUS!!! After they fix this issue, I wont be back!!
On Saturday July 31st I took my truck in just to get a brake line replaced because of a brake leak. They called back and said that it would cost $900 because it needed brakes and a new rotor was needed. The brakes and rotor were not needed, because they werein good condition. I spent $51.00 on a brake line, brake fluid, and brake cleaner to clean the spill from the leak. I feel sorry for people who get taken advantage of on their hard earned money. I wasnt going to let them do that to us.
Went in for an alignment and my truck, and my steering wheel was still un aligned, and pulled to the right. I recommend you look elsewhere for an alignment!!

After reading these reviews its apparent that there are employees who arent being on the up and up. Which make the brand as a whole look bad. I will be monitoring the reviews for this store. As a influencer I will personally make it my duty to detour any potential customer from coming to this location for service if the quality of service isnt improved. You are in the business of servicing the needs of its customer in a fair and professional way.
Scheduled an appointment for 12pm only to find out upon arrival you would be treated as a 1st come 1st serve walk in and there would be a 2 hour wait. They don’t have anyone designated to work the appointments and try to keep to the timeframe. It’s just a ploy to get you to come to the location. If you have true appointments there should always be someone’s designated to keep the appointment window. What a waste of my time and scheduling.

If you want to take your car to a place where not only the technicians willfully lie to you to upsell products and services and also have management Valgene Shannon be not only complicit in this activity but actually lie to you as well while backing up his lying technicians then this is your place! If you want an honest place to take your car, go elsewhere. On 9-15 I took my car (suv) to NTB at 3021 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. and told the guy who works the front desk that I needed an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I decided to wait. About 45 minutes later the man who checked me in said that my car failed the inspection because all 3 windshield wipers (I have one on the back window) needed to be replaced, my parking brake didnt work at all and my power steering was jamming (these were written on the failed inspection receipt). I explained to the guy that that cant be true because I drive my car every day and none of those things are an issue. I asked to speak to the technician who worked on my car. About 10 minutes later Marshall comes up to the front and he said yeah it failed and I said theres no way. Can you come out and show me how it failed? He hesitated but finally came out. He proceeds to get into my car to show me my parking brake doesnt work. He gets in and pulls the handle up a quarter of the way. Then puts the car in drive and the car creeps forward. He immediately says see, its moving. I thought he was joking (I guess he thought I didnt see what he did? I told him, well yeah, you didnt pull the parking brake up. Pull it up. He finally does and then takes his foot off the brake and it holds. That immediately set off the bells in my head. So I said, well clearly it holds. Why did you write that it failed and write that my parking brake did not hold at all? He said, well yeah, it holds, but you have to pull it up all the way. I was like, well no kidding. Moving on, I asked him about my windshield wiper blades. He tells me that my blades are in bad condition. I asked him to show me. He picks up my passenger side blade and shows me a 4mm torn piece of rubber on the outside of the blade. I said you cant be serious? Theres no way that that tiny piece would cause the blades to fail? He said yeah it would but I probably would have passed it if you hadnt failed the other parts of the inspection. I told him that wasnt his job. The blades either pass or fail. According to TX DPS my blades are fine because the blades have to be in a condition to impede vision out the window or the torn blades have to be greater than an inch. Ive included a picture to show you just how little the piece is that is torn. He then proceeds to tell me that my back window blade is torn. Which it is. Then tells me that it would fail because of that blade. However, the back blade is NOT a part of the inspection process. According to TX DPS the back blade can be in ANY condition as long as there is a blade on it. So he completely lied AGAIN. At this point we were standing on the drivers side of my vehicle and I notice white chalk on my tires (picture included). The chalk is from a patch that was put on my tire 2 weeks prior because I got a nail in my rear drivers side tire. So I knew that he hadnt rotated my tires. I asked him if he rotated my tires and he said Yes, I rotated them. I asked him again and he said yeah. I said so youre telling me that all 4 of these tires were rotated? At this point I think Marshall knew something was up and he said...well, I dont know I didnt rotate them. Say what? I told him he just lied to me. Again. At this point I was done and had him rotate the tires and told him I was going in to talk with the manager. I walked inside and asked for the manager and was told that the manager wasnt there (His name was Valgene Shannon) and that hed be there tomorrow (Monday)from 7-5. I showed up and he was extremely rude and almost refused to refund me my money! SCAM!
Arrived 30 minutes early asked about the tires that were being installed and the only answer I could get was yea they good. After telling me it needs an alignment I agreed and then it was the rear needs brakes that it was metal on metal seemed odd because only have 35k miles on the car . Told them to cancel all and let me get a second opinion. Too late after they came back said they had already completed the alignment not sure if that was true or not. Paid and asked them to please bring my car out. They brought my car around with the *&@# smell of cigarette smoke. I pulled right back in and the manager was there and I asked could he smell the smoke he was like yeah it smells like cigarettes I ask why were they smoking in my car. He said I can assure they wasnt probably they smoked then got in your car. no excuses that was the first and last time I would even consider NTBUpdate 9/12/2020Went to a local Goodyear shop asked for a break inspection. Guess what front and rear in great shape bother over 50 percent. No medal on medal what a bunch of lying thieves at this NTB location.
Great customer service 👏 Had an issue and it was taken care of expeditiously. Had a great conversation with the manager and I will go back to have work done. Were all humans capable of mistakes its how you fix it that matters to me.
The techs and manager here are nothing short of professional.They are attentive, discreet, and work hard to make sure your wait time is reasonable and short.I live in south Arlington, but go out of my way to come to this NTB branch specifically because of the top notch service every time.If you need tires or pretty much any kind of maintenance work done, go with this place.
I had an apointment for oil change at 12:30. After waiting for 45 min I saw that they didnt start to work on my car and I asked them to have my keys back. Same thing happened to me last year here but I thought It was just a simple mistake. Now I am completely sure they dont care about appointments and they dont respect customers time.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Terrance answered all my questions, gave me great details on the services I was looking for, reviewed the many options with me, and kept me up to date on how my vehicle was doing throughout the process. Store Manager Val introduced himself to me, checked in on how I was doing, and most importantly he told me he appreciated my business. As a customer/consumer, I have so many options in this industry. The fact that the Store Manager took time to say that he appreciated me choosing his place of business meant a lot to me. In the end, I was very pleased with the staff and very pleased with the quality of the work performed. I will definitely be back.
I made an appointment thinking I would not have the walk-in waiting period! Unfortunately an appointment gets one nothing! I was told it would take 2 and half hours. My last tire change was an appointment with discount tire and I had 4 new tires and out the door in 30 minutes. They have had my car for 45 minutes and has not been touched yet. 4 mechanics are standing around smoking, coking, and joking while customers wait. I might add there is one customer in the store me!Absolutely no advantage in making an appointment. If one wants ones appointment to mean something go to discount tire. Even with a military discount taking 2.5 hours is not worth the wait. ! I will pay the extra $50 and go back to discount tire! WHY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN ONE IS STILL PUT IN THE WALK-IN QUEUE WAIT!!! Absolutely useless to even have an appointment system when there is no benefit for making the appointment!! This has to be get paid by the hour Jobs because there are more employees walking around than working! One hour and still have not touched my car getting my keys and leaving!!!!
Went to national tire and battery today to buy a new tire as I had run over a large piece of metal on the highway. They couldn’t get to it right away so I left the tire and they called me to come back about an hour and a half later when it was ready. When I asked him to put it on my car they told me they couldn’t get to it for three hours that I would have to leave the car or come back again. I don’t mind waiting for somebody to get free and put it on my car but to tell me they can’t get to it for three hours is just too much, they don’t want my businessUpdate... Went to Discount Tire they put it on and rotated my tires, all for free!

We bought 4 brand new tires, but too many short cuts. We had to take the car back 4 times. Ppl are nice I get it, but the quality of services is NOT strong. Techs should be more ethical on servicing the vehicles and it make it quality instead of quantity to avoid reworks. A lot of work need to done to improve services and thats based on other customers reviews as well.1. Tires werent balanced2. Alignment was not done3. Rebalanced from 1, still vibrates at passing speeds, redone.4. Steering wheel off center, and tpms not working. Probably didnt replace them as recommended as part of their slogans.
I paid $125 for a specialty alignment that was supposed to include a one year alignment. They didn’t honor my second alignment within the one year like I was supposed to have. My alignment has still been off. Didn’t get a diagnostic sheet nor picture of the alignment. Norman doesn’t now how to treat customers when they come to NTB and spend their hard earned money. Not coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here.
If you’re reading this do not go there, NTB left me stranded with my two grandkids because they do a courtesy check on your battery and whoever did it, DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, they messed up my battery!! ** had to buy a new one.My husband called up there and spoke to the manager and he really didn’t care. Never had any problems with the battery before. I have seen several changes in the staff, however without a doubt Val, Donald and Norman are the best I have dealt with in a very long time. Terrence was extremely helpful. I was stuck on the other side of town with a destroyed tire and no spare. His shop had the only tire in my size available anywhere. In spite of being super busy he worked me in, was professional and kind. 5 Stars! Very appreciative of his efforts.

If there was a way to give it no stars and still review I would. I never had a problem with my car until I took it here for new tires which I was highly over charged for... oh I’m a woman. Now it’s shaking all over the place. Great alignment guys...NOT!!!! Then the tire tech took his sweet time taking 3 short breaks so they could charge me more for labor. You can bet this I won’t be back.
Needed an oil change for my Lexus. Compared prices and NTB had the best price on a synthetic oil change. Rotated my tires and my baby is ready for another 7-8 thousand miles. Oil and tire change were about 1.5 hrs.
Good tires and alignment service. Just the sales associate Norman was constantly trying to upsell me things. I just came for tires but most of the time he kept trying to get me to signup for a credit card. Even offered to throw in a free alignment. I rejected and he still tried a couple more times. All of a sudden he told me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. He told me my total service would cost only $1000... but my local mechanic said brakes were inexpensive... I do not feel comfortable coming back if I will constantly get pressured to signup for a credit card or be up sold services for large amounts.

The service was very good, but the business is a racket. I bought a decent tire, but the price was increased literally %50 with all the subsequent individual charges. That is sad. Even remounting the tire myself was not a huge savings.
I walked in and was assisted quickly. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable. The experience was overall amazing. This will now be my Auto Repair Shop. If you care and value your vehicle like I do, take your car here for the best experience ever!
Had an alignment. Had low tire pressure and so when I filled the tires the alignment was off. Took it back to have another alignment done and the refused to do another alignment because parts needed to be replaced. They did not check those things before the did the initial alignment? Norman at the desk accused me of having an accident. I had not. He was just rude from the second I came in. Not a good customer experience. I would highly recommend a shop that knows to check tire pressure before doing an alignment. That’s just mechanics 101. I was also told in would be 30 minutes and my vehicle just sat there for a hour before someone pulled it out.
I would give a half of star but not given the option. My husband takes great care of his vehicles. The first time he went there they got oil all over his white truck. This last time they left his oil cap off and his truck would not start and we got stranded. His check engine light came on when it finally started and the code it was showing was due to failure of communication in the fuel system. We go back up to the store and are total not to get mad or rude with them. If it was their family stranded he would be upset.

I made appointment to this NTB a week in advance. When I got there they said they only had two of the four tires. They said it could be another 5 days until tires came in. There online scheduling is ridiculous. They should not schedule online on only do phone appointments over the phone. Now I have to go elsewhere to find tires.
Mechanics are awesome. Lobby staff, not so much. Stood in line literally for about 30 min with 5 others .time is 11:13 yall can check the cameras and go back 30 min and see the line not moving at all. Check in and check out time took longer than the actual work done which was an alignment. The man behind the counter kept leaving and coming back. If yall can make this not an issue the ntb store would be awesome .
I was quoted a price which h I verified with yet another call. I gave my niece $410 (the quote was $408.36) . I asked twice if this was the total and twice I was told it was a drive off price. My niece called me from the shop and told me the price had changed to $530 because the computer hadnt accounted for the alignment. We couldnt get the special without the alignment. So I agreed and told the clerk I would take the credit card to get the,$75,, rebate. I drove to the store filled out the credit app and was told I had been declined. Long story short 30 minutes later I was approved after I spoke to 2 people at Citi. The clerk had entered the wrong social and name. So finely all was well? No! I was informed at that point her car needed $2700 in repairsI told him to take the car off the rack and we were leaving (,I asked him twice) He changed his story telling me they could do an alignment. We spent over 2 hours. This was a mess!! I wish I had read the reviews first. I will never purchase from this store again!!!Never had a bad experience st Discount Tire.
Good deal on buy 2 get 2 tires on promotions brand. The money I saved on 2 tires are paid for 4 wheels alignment and wheels balance . I would have give 5 stars if I dont have to come back next day for redo my wheels balance. The drive was bouncing and shaking. They fixed issue after tech redo wheels balance again
I purchased 4 tires because I needed them badly. Due to my work schedule with the Police Department I could not take it myself, to get them installed. They told my brother it would be $300 more because of a lug nut issue. I don’t understand how the price would DOUBLE because of one lug nut! The wheel hub was not replaced and the brakes were not replaced. No extra service besides the “Lug nut issue”.
Valgene (store manager) was very nice and professional. I wasnt feeling my best but he made it super easy and fast to get my tires.
I havebt been to this NTB in 3 years due to a previous atrocious experience. I went in this morning cause Im in a pickle & theyre the closest thing to my house. I explained that we got my parking lot redone at my job and I mustve ran over a screw or something cause this morning tire was flat. The manager informed that without an appointment itd take at least 3 hours to get to me as he had several morning appointments ahead of me. I was the only customer in there & I could see employees in the back standing around not flooded with appointments. I explained I understand but I have to get to work as soon as possible & asked him how long it was to change a tire. He said 30 minutes but I didnt have an appointment. I dont think its wrong or bad customer service to squeeze in a customer without an appointment that is in a bind, needs to get to work & will only eat up a half hour of their time. Im currently at discount tire, been here for 40 minutes & my truck is done. Theres about 13 people in the waiting room with me. I wonder if everyone here has appointments cause were all being serviced appropriately & quickly. Not to mention the same tires here were $30 cheaper. Ill never go back to NTB ever again.
By far the worst place to go if you need service done! I had a flat tire and went to NTB to have the tire changed paid $189 for a brand new tire, within a week my new tire was flat, went back bought a brand new tire for $189 AGAIN (this time i got warranty lol) had my tire changed and with in 3 days my tire was FLAT. At this point i knew something was wrong because i let my car sit over the weekend and the tire was still flat, called up to the store extremely frustrated and spoke with Val he was rude and seemed to not care about my frustrations, anywhoo long story short took my car to be checked and they said the rim was cracked! Ok so 1 why did y’all continue to change the tire if the rim was cracked? Then proceeded to tell me it would cost 1200 to replace 1 rim. I told them i would take my services elsewhere and Val proceeded to tell me it would be a waste of my time because it would cost that much anywhere i went. Well guess what i drove right across the street to Discount tires and got a BRAND NEW rim for $218 service included!Definitely NEVER going to NTB again!

Time management is non existent. With five mechanics i see one consistently working (like everyone should be) the guy with his hat backwards. Ive made an appointment waited 20 minutes at the front desk and have now waited 30 and my car has still not even been addressed ( why make an appointment if Im waiting over an hour.) Any 5 star rating here is probably someones girlfriend/boyfriend, the 1 stars at the bottom are real customers. The guy actually working finished a car before any of the other 3 cars were finished and they were here before him. These guys need management. Im surprised people come back. Ive had this issue the last 3 times Ive been here. Theres 3 customers here saying the same thing. This place needs management. The guy at the front desk just informed us there is no service manager or shop manager and the only guy I mentioned working was brought here from another store. At this rate they are taking money from the company that is paying them per hour. My service was completed and the a/c runs fine. By the end of this posting they all turned their hat backwards 😂
Purchased two Michelin tires. Spoke to associate over the phone and he gave a recommendation and accurate quote. Well priced.We went down there and were quickly setup. Associate even threw in a balancing for all four tires. Our service quoted time was an hour to hour half. Although I knew to take that with a grain of salt. We had to call over to check status to find out it was completed. My only gripe.Overall a positive experience and would recommend them.

So being a female its already understood that we will be tried and taken advantage if we are not informed. Me trying to step up because my husband is at work.. I bring in a tire that is completely damaged...thats understood. Whats not understood is the guy telling me that the tire is so damaged...it has to be a CASH transaction. What?!?! He honestly didnt know who he was talking to nor did he understand how far I would be willing to take this. You give me an outrageous price...your cheapest tire that was $130. What...so you can pocket the rest?!?! Needless to say....we will not be back. Stay away from this location.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. This location has been way more trouble than I’ve experienced anywhere else. Time after time I’ve been let down. Schedules don’t seem to matter at all to them. Today I dropped off my truck for a simple alignment at 2 and was told it would take about 2 hours. I waited 3 hours and contacted them and found out they didn’t even start. Called again at 6 and they told me it was almost done so I got a ride and when I arrived they still haven’t even started. Another 45 minutes later I’m getting my truck back and nothing, absolutely nothing was done. Nearly 5 hours and nothing.
The two young men attending to me were very nice and respectful to me and answered all my many questions. I also witnessed them handling difficult customers (angry about wait time, complaining about price) with complete professionalism. Whoever trained them (parents, boss, church, etc.) did a great job. We need more young men like them. If I had a business I would hire them.

Friendly staff. Horrible speed of service. Told 1hr wait, took 2 hr 30 mins to fix a flat after telling them we were on the side of the road. Techs kept coming in to watch the soccer game. That was more important than working.
The services provided & the employees were great; however, I was led to believe that although I used my personal credit card to purchase tires I could still get the $75 rebate, but Id have to submit the request online. Well, of course that was not true because applying online you still wouldve had to use store or some other tire credit card. I was very disappointed to realize I did not qualify for the rebate. I wouldve at least applied for the store credit card to see if I could get approved.
I had a large bolt in my tire. After reading all the negative reviews about the Grand Praire NTB, I took it to the nearby Firestone store first. They said it could not be repaired as it was out of the belt(Too close to the sidewall). I changed and repaired tires in High School years ago. I knew it was close, but also believed it could be done. I am guessing the difficulty in removing my ceramic rim was also a factor.I decided to try NTB without mentioning my previous experience. Watching from the waiting room window like a concerned Dad, I could see the mechanic very gently working the tire off the rim so as not to scratch it. Rather than just smash a plug in, he worked a patch, ground it, balanced it, remounted, and had me on my way in less than hour - All on a busy Sunday morning(Most places are closed on Sunday).I tipped the mechanic and thanked the store manager, coming clean on what had happened at Firestone. He mentioned that the old manager, Charles, who seems to be the cause of most of the reviews below, is now gone and they are trying to change the poor reputation he left behind. I certainly was impressed with their diligence and honesty. I have purchased tires from Firestone before - I will not do that again- Using NTB if at all possible for all 4 of my vehicles.

The website said a Cooper 215/55r17 with a 60k mile tread warranty was available. I get to the store and they tell me the cheapest tire that size they carry is $120.00. I found the $100.00 Cooper tire on my phone and showed them. They said they wont order it because they already had three of my tires swapped out. The sales guy raised his voice to me, I asked for the manager who talked down to me and he offered me a $30.00 discount. I ended up paying $50.00 more for 4 tires than I wanted to but they didnt care when I said they lost a customer. Ill never come to NTB again.
My experience was a disappointment. I have an Acura ILX 2016 my front passenger tire seemed off balanced and losing air. They told me they would have to inspect my car to see what issue was ($70 & the air in my other tires was not checked) They informed me I needed a front alignment and a new tire. The guy never asked me what kind of tire I wanted I assumed they would replace it with exactly what I had .... which they carried. No they didn’t they replaced it with a different brand and tread. The guy failed to tell me that my tire was out of stock and would have to be ordered. But guess who’s footing the bill for him dropping the ball ME I should’ve just took my car to the dealership. Oh yeah this process is taking 3 days and I had ask for original Val cap back it was from the dealership
Poor customers service. Very impolite. Those guys need absolute training on customers care. They are only interested in your money nothing else. They dont care if you die of live. The charges are crazy will NEVER EVER go there again in my life. For example I took my SUV there for an alignment. Whilst trying to do the alignment they discovered that the vehicle inner tie rod needed replacement instead of telling me verbally they now used a fraudulent tactics to ask me to permit them to perform other check. Upon approval, he then said we will not be able to do the alignment because your inner tie is broken and the cost of replacement is $489.26. Told him I cant do that, he then said ok I will only charge you 79 dollars for informing you that your inner tie rod is bad. Long story short at the end with tax i ended paying about 100 dollars for nothing. Alignment cost 100 dollars. No alignment done on my car but still they managed to find a way to make me spend that money. I was horrified. They few minutes I stayed there, all I ever saw was customer after customer questioning their bill. Stay away from ntb.

Great service for Oil change and rotating tires. Signed up for appointment on line so no waiting. Left my car while I walked to the gym. Done in 1 hour. I love it.

Was there 3 1/2 hours for 4 tires. I called the store manager Kenny he was worthless too. I ask to keep a tire and they put the tire on plants we had in the back. We have a Kia Sorrento so plenty of room just bad customer service. I will not be back. Unless you got a free day stay away. It doesnt do any good to raise your concerns to the store manager he will just say let me get with my guys to see what happened yesterday. F this place.
There is a saying mechanic shops can see women coming from a mile away. Complete rip off for a front brake job on a 2006 Ford Focus. They wanted to charge $150 per front wheel for rotors and pads alone. Out the door was $709, with labor & brake fluid added to the cost of parts. You can get a quality 4 wheel set of brakes and rotors for $150. The Ford Dealership wanted $500 for the same service using Ford parts and you can get it done cheaper than that. NTB should be a shamed of themselves trying to rip off my niece.
Simply put, the staff at this location is beyond pathetic, incompetent, unprofessional, and despicable. I have been an NTB customer for a very long time, and so has my family. I am new to the area and was excited to have a NTB so close to my home considering past experiences have been pretty good. My recent visit which will surely be my last, was just an utter nightmare! Customer Service? They wouldnt know it if it hit them in the face. Professionalism? Theyve clearly never heard of it.......I got my vehicle a whole day later than originally promised, no one bothered to call after i asked several times to let me know if it would be ready before they closed, of course that never happened. and the gentleman that stands at the front desk MIke Parker is a complete and utter failure as a service host. He should be removed from that position, and the manager should clearly be fired as its clear they are not doing their job in training and managing their staff based on the rating and reviews they are receiving for this location. Pathetic staff, and disappointed customer, NEVER again, Pep Boys here i come....

I arrived at 11:30 AM and I am still here waiting at 2:00 PM for my tires to be changed. I was told it would be an hour long to get my out the door.... Pricing was reasonable, Customer Service as far as Timeliness needs to be greatly improved upon.
I never write reviews but the short version is this: Awful.When I arrived (to what I assume because of previous bad reviews) a completely empty shop, I was greeted by the short spoken and appearing lost associate. They quoted me $108 for an oil change which was synthetic but still. At least, I thought, Ill be in and out because this place is a ghost town. Im still in the waiting room after 40 min for an oil change. I watched them do the work which consisted of staring at the truck, pacing back and forth through the warehouse, staring at the truck, appear to be lost and confused, staring at the truck, and then finally lifting the truck to drain the oil. At this point it has been 25 min. I wont finish the rest because Im sure you know how it goes. I would support endangered animal poachers before I came back here.1/4 star
This place is horrible! They are simply too expensive! I went here two weeks ago to get a two tire rods replaced. They charged me $1200 for my 2003 Crown Victoria, when I knew it was nowhere near that much money!! I will never go back to this place and I highly recommend that no one else does either or they will get over on you!

DO NOT GO HERE! Very bad customer service and messed up my car. From a simple break change and fix a seal that totaled to be $1,200. They completely said within a hour to pick my car up (due to not having the right machine).I soon found out the next day when I took my car to a dodge dealership that the damage they have cause was $4,600!!!! I called up and they claimed that I wasnt in the system! Lucky I took a picture of the receipt and they magically found me in the system!Do not go here!
Arrived Monday morning to find no one there to greet me. Waited and waited. I walked around the corner to find their employee sitting at the computer checking his email. I informed him my tire has had a slow leak for quite some time and he said to give them 20 minutes to get to it. 2 hours later I leave with what I thought was a repaired tire. Wednesday my tire has gone flat again. I take my car to another shop near my home. They cannot locate the wheel lock. I call NTB and the rep simply tells me to come up to the shop tomorrow so they can check in the back! He didnt even bother to go look at that time. The place I took it to looked at my car the moment I pulled up and found the leak within 5 minutes. I was out of that shop in 25 minutes and it was completely FIXED! Do not go to NTB! I recommend Guerrero Tire Shop. They are small but friendly and get the job done the FIRST time.

I was very impressed with the help I recieved today. Shawn was happy to work with my scheduling conflicts. I was informed my alignment would take approximately 30-45 min, but Marcus had the job finished within 25 min. Great job NTB!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I went to get a battery changed (simple task) they then said they can check my alignment.its free we may as well as its here. I foolishly said ok. They said in the most dramatic way they are concerned about the alignment. I had already had it done one month before. Once I said that they moved on to say there is an electrical problem. After I questioned them I found they hadnt even checked the old battery to see if it was indeed faulty. They was trying to drum up work in quite time. At my expense! Lucky I know enough about my car to not get ripped off, others may not be so lucky. Also my settings have been changed my reverse camera screen is dull and hard to see so I now have to find out to change that and my Bluetooth isnt working. Thanks guys.
