This store is the worse. I am literally here right now. My son was was quoted an outrageous price by the lady with a bad attitude. I went to lom at phones and no one came to help or ask if I needed help. So I left out the store. I saw one of the employees standing by the window on his phone so I went back in and asked the guy did he work there and he said no, then he said he was just playing and told me I could wait with my son. I tried to explain that we are on 2 separate lines but he told me to just wait with him. Customer service is horrible.

This location always provides me great service and ensures I have the best set up for my business as it grows!

I love Verizon and I always have the best experience and today my experience at this store was nothing short of excellent! Chris was super helpful and handled all my questions and concerns and helped me get a new line set up and the store supervisor Greg was beyond amazing! These guys definitely deserve a reward or super huge credit for how they conduct themselves and how they represent Verizon. I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I had prior issues the previous day when I upgraded to a new phone. The store on E Broad St in Mansfield just handed me the new phone and sent me away since it was close to closing. Dani and Greg helped me out and set me up with a new sim card and got my new phone working right away.

Never use Verizon wireless service again. Appling unreasonable Verizon charging policies to their customers.
