If You want to live where the people dont care to lash their dogs neither the administration cause they say they can do nothing call animal place for it or take photos and not to trust your word. well here is the LOVELY PLACE FOR YOU! So funny I will take a photo while a Dog is attacking me, so that way you will believe me. Administration ask for fines if you are not following any rules. So its that hard to ask a fine to people who doesnt follow that rule ? Also to many cats .3.. 2.. 1 ... waiting for my fine for typing this. by my part will hang a sign too not dog are allowed cause administration cant do nothing without photos probably they need to see blood.

NEIGHBORS ARE RUDE AND SELFISH. PARTY ALL NIGHT ON THE WEEKENDS UNTIL EARLY MORNING. THEIR GUESTS PARK IN THE FIRE LANE AND ON THE STREET. QUITE TIME-11PM ON THE WEEKEND IS NOT OBSERVED NOR IS IT ENFORCED.NEIGHBORS THROW TRASH IN OTHERS YARD WITH NO CONSEQUENCES.

(Part 2)Now when it comes to dealing with people within management it is not always the pleasant. When I first moved into the community the management was the greatest. They where always there to help no matter the subject. Now over the years management has changed but dealing with newer management has never been great. There has been multiple times where I have called the office through out the day and no one would answer the phone. There has been multiple times of me going to the office different times of the day on different days when there would be absolutely no one in the office, their cars would be gone hours at a time. I do not go to the office anymore because of the rudeness displayed by management. She has used vulgar language to me and other resident on numerous occasions. The remarks of the current young lady are far from professional; on numerous occasions I have witnessed her bashing other residents by name and house number to other residents whether it be in English or Spanish. As well as I have witnessed her bash her other colleges to current and potentially new residents. When I bring up the same issues to different members of management at different times I constantly receive different answers and still nothing is being resolved. The only time I see something get done is when the residents go directly to the maintenance men. They found a way to add additional fees to lot payment by charging where you are located in the community; near office, near visitors parking, and near main roads. When I first moved in there was two to three residential appreciation gestures a month and over time they have become fewer and far between. When rules are broken there seems to never be a consequence because they are continuously being broken by the same people. Through all the years living here, at the moment I would not recommend this community for anyone, but there is plenty of opportunity for growth and change to become the community it once was.

Nice chill place

Ive been living here now for 10+ years and I must say the communitys quality has gone down. This was a beautiful community to live once in time. The fence line that surrounds some of the community is completely falling apart and not being fixed.There is multiple spots in the fence that are completely gone and there is a big hole. It is falling over and a lot of plant life is growing on the fence, there is a lot of trees growing over the fence from the surrounding properties. There is multiple pot holes in the street that are continuing to get worse by the day and the office is not doing about it. The trees that are in the community that are growing on the houses (like mine) are not being cut when they need to be. Ive called the office multiple times to get them cut and all they say is that the maintenance will get on it, that was over a year ago. When the trees do finally get cut, they are stacked in front on the home and then left there for weeks at a time. Ive even noticed that they pick up others first before they pick up some that have been sitting for weeks. Residents yards are not being maintained to the standards of the communitys rules. Ive noticed months go by without mowing, weed eating, and edging along with keeping their year clean. There is orange sand and rocks along the street due to a neighboring business. The teens of this community are constantly graffitiing the park areas in public view being caught on camera and no one is taking action against them because its still continuing to happen. One of the school bus huts was tagged and it was whipped off but still visible and not repainted. Its been like that for 5 months now and is really becoming an eye sore. Ive noticed residents are starting to install cameras and security systems because they dont feel them and their homes are safe anymore. The crime are the park has tripled since I have moved in. A home caught fire four months ago and still has caution tape around and is not being cleaned up or disposed of. When summer time comes around the pool is open I dont use it due to the fact that rules are being broken; constant use of alcohol, food, and unsafe behavior. I constantly see un permitted vehicles such as box trucks, broken down vehicles, and trailers in people yards. There is piles of junk stacked behind peoples homes that have been there for some time but I have been written up for hanging a towel on my porch to dry. Ive seen numerous garage sells during un permitted times of the year along with the signs. The only inviting place In the community is around the office while the rest looks run down. The tennis court has never had a net to play, the fence around the court is currently falling down and has been down for years now.(Part 1)

Every time I come into the rental office to inquiry about property, Im greeted politely. There is never any hesitation to let me know whats available, if anything at all. Ive been here 3 times and each time I walk away knowing that with the professionalism I see displayed in the office, there is no doubt in my mind, the atmosphere of the neighborhood is up there as well.

I gave this place 1 star because of it being well maintained and clean upon viewing. However; once my family and I (Interracial couple - Im white and my husband is black with our bi-racial kids) went to view a home after speaking with office lady, we were at first treated like we shouldnt be there but then she tried to be nice by comparing her grandkids hair to my kids. I thought at first that maybe she was just having a bad day, which we all do but after viewing just 1 home (built in 1998 and selling for $42k which the seller dropped the price down to $35k while we were viewing it, other identical homes in the area are selling for $16k). I messaged the office lady about this later on as well as asking a few more questions because their lot rental is almost $600 and then mortgage payments (if we didnt buy it in cash) would put the payments over $1000 per month when you can buy a $100k home for less payments per month. After we left the property the office lady didnt even send a message like she said she would nor even reply back to any I sent her or answer my calls to the office. Its been over 2 weeks now. I can only assume that she is awaiting a different couple to stop by of a different race. I feel badly for the owner of the home trying to sell because he missed out on a $20k cash payment. I pray you all have better luck at this location. Maybe your race wont be a factor to this Hispanic office female. I dont want to even call her a woman or lady. Dont waste someones time and money if you arent even going to let them move there. Just put a sign of what race you want to move-in. This would be more honest.

Terrible management! Of course theyre extremely nice when trying to sell a home, but once you live there its the total opposite. Also too demanding to keep your rental property looking perfect, but cannot count on them when you need THEM to fix something on THEIR property (weve been waiting on them to fix something for YEARS). Not enough parking space provided for residents. Would not recommend.

I have family that live here and the parking is terrible for residents and especially for visitors! The particular area that my family lives in has only 5 extra spaces for visitors to park. That is not enough when there are about 25 homes on that street.
