The environment is nice & quiet. However, the post lanterns have not been working for over 2 years, or possibly more. I don’t understand how the manager/maintenance people have not fixed this issue. People walk, run, & exercise at night with no type of post lighting, which is needed in any neighborhood.

First thing first i liked the place second they have on their website that they have property available and when you go try and see property to buy they come out with is not available it the property you saw online has not been available for 2 weeks. Why make people drive and waste gas and time and at the end they dont have it available but it shows in there website. They tell you to apply online and wait for a respond for the property you like and when you get approved its not available it makes no sense.

I have been calling this place for months to try and view some homes but there is no answer. My family and I drove by to look at the homes for sale that are listed on their website but the property is not very clean, older homes that bring a trailer park trash look and feel and there were so many residents out working on their cars, drinking beer and kids running around unattended. I pray someone comes by to fix it up.

Very clean property. You never see any trash on the ground ever. Maintenance men work very hard on keeping it clean. The management is very friendly and Helpful. It was hard not to fall in love with one of the girls that work there!

In the event that you can get pre qualified for a home loan. There is no point for you to think about renting a space in a mobile home park. No point at all.The monthly fees in this place are TERRIBLY high. Plus the payment of the mobile home, of course. It is way more than a regular rent for an apartment.

What happens with this administration? I have been without electricity for 4 days the only triala without electricity with a baby and with this cold only because the manager have not been able to fix a pole that fell and that is why they think that I should have my son in this freezer please Gentlemen, be more aware and the manager says one day and she does nothing, we talk to her and she doesnt answer. I hope I do not have to proceed legally because this is a situation that is happening is not fair.

It was a few days ago since I was interested in a lot, the person who attended me well, the one who opened the door for me, very rude, left me standing outside and answered this and this and as you go I have no time, if that is without living imagine living, besides that the place is very poorly maintained 👎👎👎👎

I do not recommend to live the manager very despot and there is not a park for the children the rent every year they raise it and they do not even tell you the office is always closed

Unfortunately with so much heat, the pool is closed, the water looks green, they did not even show interest in conditioning it.Rusty playground, no swingsIts sad to see a beautiful community like this.And the residents are required for everything.

Updated as of 11/5/19. I tell you here where there is supposed to be a park there is not. The manager is a despot who doesnt care about her residents. Our children are going through all the penumbrias of the State of time. Heat, cold, rain, snow. Because the administration did not feel like installing the park that is already purchased and they have it there is saved. The little house that guarded our children to wait for the bus did not put it either. Although the whole community asks for it. I am talking about children from 5 years old to those in Hihg School. And not to mention that the entire trailer park is without light at night. If I could I would give them 0000. I have been living here for more than 10 years and this administration is terrible ... Do not come to rent here. Save yourself from terrible headaches ..
