Connor, our store rep, was very helpful and patient as my wife and I debated about which phone to purchase. He was knowledgeable about products offered, and willing to share that understanding. Very pleasant experience because of his efforts. Id like to add as well that all of the reps at this store display top notch customer service skills, and AT&T should be happy to have them.

They are crooked at this store I went in to get the IPhone 12 Pro Max and I was at the store for over 6 hours they kept having to do the same process over and over eventually they got it to push through and I had to pay 89.00 for it. The phone was sent me 2 days later I open the phone turn it on and it’s locked I couldn’t do anything on it so I go back in the store tell them and I’m waiting 4 hours for them to figure out they tell me I can’t leave with the phone I paid for and that I would have to pay 900 dollars I ask to speak to district head and the lady kepttelling me it’s her and wouldn’t give me the number at all I ask them was my money returned they tell me yes 10-14 days this was done August 4th is it now Aug 31st I go to store and ask about it he tells me to call customer service because it’s nothing he can do . I’m not going to stop to I can get a hold of corporate or someone higher I don’t care how long it takes

I went there to get help with transferring info from old to new phone.the manager there flat refused to help me with it. I asked was it OK if I tried to do it myself he hesitated but agreed to let me. While I was trying to do that he constantly tried to sell me things at t offered.why would I be interested given the way he had treated me. I was flustered and anyone could see it. I have never had a worse experience atAny store

Im giving this store a 1 star but they do not deserve that. They do not serve the customer at all. I received my replacement phone from ATT. Went to Grandview MO store for help. They told me to go do it on line. There was 3 representative & Manager DeLong. But NO CS IN THE STORE but me & they sent me away

I went into the store on Saturday 5/29/21 because I needed to switch phones and I had messed everything up trying to do it at home. I had three phones with me and none of them were working. I had already spent about four hours trying to figure it out myself so I was a little nervous they weren’t going to be able to help me fix it. . When I got to the store Connor helped me right away and even let me explain the disaster I had caused and without hesitation told me it would be no problem and he could fix it. I’ve never had customer service that’s good before at an AT&T store. Tyler was also working and came over to help me set up a new sim card for one of the phones. I had previously been to the AT&T store 135th and they told me I could do everything at home and would not help me set up the phones. I would just like to say that Connor and Tyler went above and beyond in helping me figure the phone situation out. I will definitely be coming back to this AT&T store and not the one that’s more conveniently located to me.

Bad port from boost was no fault of At&T. Alexis spent hours helping me with great attitude and patients. It took regional manager to resolve my issue and they went above and beyond! Thank you Alexis for the great service I highly recommend shopping here!

Walked in to get a line added to our plan thinking it was going to be an hour worth of waiting. But the great manager Logan helped us and got us in and out within 10 minutes! Store is clean, staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this AT&T store for any services you need!

I was greeted when I arrived. Ask what I needed. I was there for new service. The employee turned around and went back to the customer they were waiting on. There were 2 employees and two customers they were waiting on. I stood for 30 minutes waiting. Never ask if I needed a seat, the ones out were all being used. I couldnt stand any longer, so I left.

The store in grandview was great. The young lady that help me was so nice and helpful. I went in there at 630 and they closed at 7 and she never even blinked a eye about helping or stay late to finish my new phone plan and get it all set up . The only problem with the grandview store is the parking lot is so dark it unsafe for people to be there with out lifts outside.

The in-store representatives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she went over and beyond to help me. Surprisingly enough when she called in to speak with a rep, they were mean and nasty to her! Kudos to Kilo.The problem are the customer services reps you talk to when you call in for an issue. After several years of being an at&t customer, we are seriously considering moving to another provider. Deplorable customer service, completely unacceptable!

Stopped by the at&t store in Grandview 7/2/2018 at 10:00 am. There were two employees and one customer, no one acknowledged that we were even there, no good morning no nothing. We waited for about 15 minutes and left. So much for good customer service. We left and went to the store in Lees summit and we were greeted at the door. Excellent customer service, purchased a S9 Galaxy.

This is where it all started. If I could afford to take a pay cut to give these guys a raise, I definitely would. Well deserved!

These guys have the best deals on Internet, TV, and home phone!!! i was able to save hundreds of dollars switching from Spectrum or Time warner or whatever you call it.

My grandmother and I came to this store because she needed some help with her HOME (landline) service. She doesnt own a computer (which she made clear several times during our visit) and has cell service with different provider. She explained to the rep( Terrence ) that she has been unable to make or receive calls for quite some time, even though shes been paying her bill every month. He gives her a box and tells her to take it home, plug it up to the home phone base, and then to call the # provided and her service should then be restored. He tells her to sign for the box and we exit the store. The box that hed sent her home with was a Wifi box/router and he failed to mention that when she signed for the box she was signing a contract and would be charged $200 for a box she didnt need.

Came in experiencing a problem with my SIM card and not only did they solve this problem quickly and efficiently, I was also able to save over $200 on tv and internet as well. Happy to see employees care about their customers!

Well i needed emergency phone repair for my screen that has pieces missing from it. Tried calling 5 times just to ask if they could replace my screen, but they cant even answer the phone so i went somewhere else.
