Robbie and devin are awesome! After being hung up on 4 times to day I finally went in to the store I was highly irritated and a slight bit cranky. ROBBIE AND DEVIN changed that. They were understanding and helpful. I spent 8 hours going through chaos and these wonderful gentlemen fixed it in 30 mins. If you stop by T-Mobile in grandview off highway 71 ask for Devin or Robbie guaranteed great experience

Pushy salespeople with no understanding of the needs of the customer. No one inside employee or customers using CDC social distancing guidelines. As a long time customer, it pains me to say, I have no issue with never returning to this location.

Came in to upgrade sons phone. Store not busy at all. About 3 sales people on the floor and they were all helping someone. My son and I waited patiently and looked at phones. At no time did anyone acknowledge us, or say Hey, someone will be with you shortly. Again, store was not busy. After about 20 min, still no acknowledgement. We left and went to the one in Belton. Every salesperson also with a customer, but guess what? One of them looked up when we walked in, greeted us, and said Someone will be with you in just a minute. AND THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I already had a bad experience at this location before, but since it was closer, decided to give another chance. Never again. Employees at this location need customer service training.

I came in to get another line for my business. Chris really helped me a lot with some suggestions about turning the account into an Sole Prop account. That will be fabulous for next years tax season!!!Kevin was so personable and warm! He went above and beyond to ask the right questions to get the right answers and help me understand what was going on with the digits account we created.Gustavo really saved the day! At one point, I was really cranky and not the easiest person to be around, but Gustavo stayed calm and kind the whole time! He worked tirelessly to not only fix my problem, but help me understand the solution.Go Tmobile Team! So friendly, so warm, so welcoming! I didnt feel pressured in the sale and am so appreciative that they were willing to spend so much time helping me know how to use the service! Thank you again!

Everyone at this store is so amazing!!! I came in really wanting a iPhone 6s Plus but they didnt have any but one of the workers name Micheal went out his way to make sure I got me a iPhone 6s Plus! Had some issues at first with my note 8 had to go back a few times but they worked with me and I love everything I have now! They were patient and willing to work with me through 4 screen protectors. Would definitely recommended!

Poor service!!! My wife and I were told it comes with accessories, which we understood meant it was free. Come to find out she charged us for everything.Call T-mobile and they said return everything but the screen protector and T-Mobile will refund your all the money.Came to the Store the next day and the girl (same one that sold the stuff) denied ever saying that it came with it Also Manager took the screen protector and did not even try to call customers service to confirm that we were told we could keep the screen protector.We are not coming to this location again.If you want to buy something here we advise you record the conversation so that you have proof of what was been said and offered.

Just got a new Galaxy S8 from here that Bryant as sold me in the evening..brought the phone home, charged it overnight, went to charge it the following night and it wouldnt charge. I called Bryant, he asked I bring everything back in..when I did they determined the prongs from the charging cord were stuck in the phone. He called his manager to approve replacement of the phone, but there were possibilities that I was at fault would have to pay the insurance fee to replace the broken phone. Just when I was about become unglued after paying for the new phone, Bryant stated that his manager was willing to go ahead and replace the phone instead of me having to pay the insurance or bring the phone in for her to determine if T-Mobile will replace the phone. I appreciate the great customer service T-Mobile provides and this is the exact reason I continue my business of 12 years 11 months and five days with them. Even their loyal customers get treated right! Thank you Bryant for a job well done! I will continue to stay with T-Mobile for years to come!
I had a problem with my phone not working and a corporate store refused to help n I was angry. After service phones calls to T-Mobile and 3 other stores. I decided to try one more store. I walked in and Mike Dakota and Gustavo all helped me calm down figure out options to get a new phone. I was the most amazing customer service I have experienced. Thank u Mike Dakota and Gustavo!!!!!!!! Ill be a T-Mobile customer for life!!!!

BUNDLE THIS AND BUNDLE THAT AND OH BECAUSE YOUVE BEEN WITH T-MOBILE FOR TEN YEARS YOU GET FREE NOTE PADS (THEY COME WITH A $10 PER LINE SERVICE CHARGE WHICH WAS FAILED AT MENTIONING) WHEN I SEEN MY INSTALLMENT PLAN BALANCE $2,277.93 HE SAID DONT WORRY THAT ISNT WHAT YOU ARE PAYING. NO, NOT ALL AT ONCE THAT DAY! IT WENT ON MY INSTALLMENT PLAN. I THOUGHT ADDING THE NEW PHONES WITH MY PHONE WITH TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES MY BILL WOULD BE $200 A MONTH. NOPE! $98.57 FOR MY INSTALLMENT PLAN THEN MY PHONE PLAN.I BUY THIRD PARTY DOWNLOADS EACH MONTH SO ME, MYSELF, ONLY ME RUNNING UP MY BILL TO $200 A MONTH IS MY BUSINESS. DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO SAY WELL, JUST BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU ARE USE TO PAYING THAT EACH MONTH DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO HIKE MY BILL UP THAT MUCH. SO WHAT IF IM USE TO PAYING UP TO $200 A MONTH ON MY OWN! This store saved me from a nightmare situation one night in March 2018. I am not from Kansas. Moved here several years ago. Dont get out much raising our family. Definitely dont drive much in the evenings. One night, I ventured out to Grandview to pick up a facebook marketplace item for our nephews birthday present. I did not realize before I left home. My phone battery life was dangerously low. To make matters worse. My car blow a fuse and I could no longer charge my phone via the car. So I found myself, going to a destination i did not know far from home at night with potentially no more phone. You scared yet? Cause I was! I stopped at the local CVS. They could not help me. Then I came to this T-Mobile store. I came in panicked but left happy and confident. Mr. Brantley (i may have this name wrong; personable, professional black gentlemen in charge that night) from the beginning was calm and helped me solve my phone battery issue. I was able to charge my phone in the store while he sold me a portable phone charger and even help me look up my destination direction for backup. Mind you. I am not a T-Mobile costumer. I am an AT&T customer. Not that I have not been a T-Mobile costumer. I have. Switched to AT&T for work. Still this gentlemen, never coerced me about not being an T-Mobile customer. He respectfully invited me to switch back to T-Mobile but then kept my needs in mind and helped me with my current situation. It made me respect T-Mobile so much more. He definitely represented his company well that night and saved me from a nightmare situation. I am so very grateful!!!
I went in the store today looking for a replacement ring for my phone. The old ring was broken and stuck on my case. This young gentleman Bishop (last name) offered to help take the ring off. He tried everything in his power to get it off but to no luck it wouldnt budge. Even tho I didnt get a new ring yet, I appreciate the dedication Bishop took to help me. He was kind.

Gustavo was really helpful last night when I was in. I had to end up replacing my sim card and I really appreciated the fact that he was creative in trying to find a solution and did not try to push a new phone on me or some new deal.

Our sales rep was Bryant and not only was he knowledgeable but he was friendly, professional, courteous and helpful to us as 1st time visitors to the area with great saving tips for our phone plan and information of most see places to eat the best barbeque in Kansas. We also had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager who was also a delight and very hospitable. We also interacted with the store manager Whitley, I believe was her name and she too was a great help to us. My husband and I left that Grandview T-Mobile location with the best customer service we have had from any location. We felt respected and treated honestly with our services. If you are looking for a good place with honest sales reps and quality customer service, we recommend this location. Thanks Braynt and team, hope to see you all again on our next visit and our input about Gates barbeque.
