They have a good selection of products, however their cold drinks section is a little bit limited.

I always find what I need at this Dollar General. This store is well stocked and also well organized. The workers are friendly and they will be glad to help you find something easily if you ask. The manager is kind and friendly, often greeting people as they come into the store. Although masks are required to be worn in the store which is a county regulation, there is no waiting line to get in.

It wasnt that crowded so that day I was in and out fast...cool

Dollar General is a nice and inviting place to go. It has a wide variety of items for you to buy and is kept stocked pretty well. Sometimes there are things in the aisles but im sure people are too lazy to put things back.Keep up the great work Employees!

They get your food order wrong all the time. So ask three out of five times Ive been to Burger King in the last 3 weeks the orders have been wrong to the point where its not just a mistake, its pure incompetence. Great shopping for locals. Security makes for a great feeling of safety in my neighbor hood. Manager has for sure worked hard to make this store an awesome place to shop. Been in Grandview 8 yrs best Ive ever seen here.

The people there were very friendly and polite

Not only do the customers talk out loud with vulgar language, but a lot of the employees do as well. I was there one day recently and the cashier said she was tired of wearing her mask and took it off. You spend most of your time there in line. No getting in and out of there in timely fashion.

This location is horrible. The employees have terrible customer service skills and the white heavy set girl is a bully. The store is never stocked properly and they will have products sitting in crates, scattered throughout the store, for days at a time. And most of the time there is only one cashier so you could be stuck waiting in line forever. I would definitely avoid this location if you can

This place is hit and miss, from customer service to stocking and cleanliness. However its convenient and affordable.

The new style of Dollar General Stores has more nonperishable groceries and clothes. Most popular brands of house hold products are offered. But house wares are limited. Only one small shelf of appliances of only one brand.I was looking for a cup warmer and they didnt have it they did have a nice multi temperature electric burner.They also have a nice selection of snacks and foil products.

Its just another small dollar general. Its got most everything youll need. From diapers to baking supplies, its got it all. Compared to Walmart, just ceaper and smaller.

Not the cleanest or most organized but staff is helpful at helping when you need it.

Good place to quickly grab stuff you dont want to go to Walmart.

My name is Gail. I shop Dollar General on Main St by Dairy Queen all the time. I went there at 9:50pm 6/20/20. I just saw a lady and her son exit the store. The doors were locked. Young dude refused to open the doors. I still had 10 minutes to purchase the items I needed. Then he looked me in the eye and lied that the closing time is 9pm. I checked google Dollar General closes at 10pm.

The white man in the front with the fake police uniform on is very rude and doesn’t know how to do business. He tried to say I didn’t say excuse me when I did and continued to try to tell everyone what I needed to say. If he’s so fluent in English he needs to be an English teacher not working in Dollar General.

This Dollar General has stepped up their performance and Customer Service. They must have new management or something because theres a lot of new faces. They actually have been keeping the store stocked, friendly, and helpful.

There is no space to move around. There were boxes all over the ground and made it difficult to even navigate thru the already tiny walkways. Was not clean in the since there was products and boxes all over the floor products in places they shouldnt be

Fast friendly service when I go this location there is never a line

Horrible customer service, can’t reprint receipts if they mess it up. Acted like it’s an inconvenience because you messed up my receipt and I needed it. Literally offered no solutions to the problem they created.

I love dollar general, but just dont understand the work ethic. It makes no sense that the majority of them are dirty and unorganized, with items every where and carts in the isle. Pay these workers and do overnight stocking so that there can be some organization.

I used to work here for years and also shop here on a daily basis. This place could be so much better than how it is. Alot of potential, it just needs the right management and staff. Louvetta is their best worker there and shes been there a long time.

This is the WORST Dollar General I have ever been to!! They shelves are never stocked, its very dirty. Next time I will take a picture so there is evidence. I am shocked the health department has not shut it down yet. This store could definitely take some pointers from the store in Lees Summit. Its sad and disgusting!! Management needs to do something quickly!!

This particular Dollar General is pretty gross. Its always dirty and the merchandise is scattered everywhere. We continue to go there because its convenient, but its not great at all.

The staff is very stand-off, and have no knowledge of where items are. I dont feel good about the cleanliness of the store, if the cashier has to where gloves. Basically rude and unhelpful. I would rather spend a dollar or two more, to not feel so uncomfortable.

Its small and cramped. They have all of the things from the back on carts in front of the shelves. This makes it hard to find things. The staff never knows whats happening around them.

Walked in tonight (February 25th 2018) and the employees themselves smelled like nothing but weed. No professionalism what-so-ever. Young people with no respect for themselves or work ethic. Long lines. Stuff always in the way. Cant get to anything. Especially the toy and deodorent sections.Dollar General out to be ashamed of themselves.

Got some brownies from her that expired the following day. Last time I visit I almost grab some expired mayo. Please check the expiration date on your item before purchase

Very busy all the time. Lines are long and help is short. Aisles are typically cluttered with boxes. Floors need a good scrubbing. Aisles feel too close. Prices are overpriced usually.
