I went into Staples at this location in Grants Pass yesterday on 05/11/2021 and brought in 6 pages to be laminated for labels that Im making. I asked the employee at the time if the lamination would remain sealed after being cut with the paper cutter and he said that they would be. I came in today to pick up my order and asked the same question to a different employee just to make sure. Travis is the one I spoke with today. He was very upfront and honest with me and let me know that in order to guarantee the seal, the papers should have been cut first and then laminated after. He took the time to show me an example and made sure to correct my order and make it right. He apologized even though he was not the one who made the mistake. Travis is very professional, courteous and has amazing customer service skills. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I was so impressed that I tried to give him a $10 tip, but he wouldnt accept it. I will definitely be coming back to Staples when I need office work done because of Travis. I hope his manager and other higher ups see his hard work and dedication and remind him what a great job he is doing, and hopefully give him a gift card as a thank you since I couldnt give him a cash tip.

Had a great experience! Went in to return some Amazon packages and after a stressful week trying at other locations, Robert made our experience quick and fun. He was kind and understanding and was amazing with my young child.All the staff was helpful and nice. Everyone was following protocols and the environment was clean. Definitely come here for all your shipping and office needs.

The store was clean and organized. Prices range between average to high. They do not offer military discounts. If you are military or retired military looking to save some money, I would suggest going to either Office Max or Office Pro, they offer 20% military discounts.

In past experiences they have always been helpful. My last experience not so much. I needed a label printed from my email from Ebay. I was told that they would have to sign into my account, so then I was told sorry we cant help you, youll have to use our self serve computer. I went to old town mail house today and the guy was so helpful he walked me through the steps on how to get it sent without them signing in.

The systems for getting materials printed at Staples are pretty dated (bring a thumb drive or cd?), as its a pain to use any cloud storage service to get them print quality files.However, their customer service can be excellent! Ashley in Print and Marketing Services was friendly, helpful, and even remembered my name when I came in to pick up and had my order in hand by the time I was at her register!

I had the worse experience here than Ive had at any store anywhere in my entire life. The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful AT ALL. I do not reccomend going to this store, I like staples but I will never go here again. I will spend the extra half hour and drive to the one in Medford before I go here again.

Ive gone into this Staples alone and had no problems Ive seen everything from dogs to cats to a bird in this store. And I was just thrown out because they cant have animals Iin the building. Because I had a corn snake around my neck. Ill get my office supplies from office depot from now on.

Ashly, manager of the processing center, is great. She is knowledgeable and service oriented. I needed to resolve a tracking issue with UPS and she took charge of the situation by working with UPS to find a solution. The problem was fixed the next day.

Recently I have needed several print jobs done for the small non-profit where I am employed. Ashley has been a lifesaver in getting those done! Todays experience at the store was the best yet.

Picked up a poster for the wedding. They printed it fast and had great customer service. Love Staples.

Professional service even under pressure. Made a stop in to fax some docs and they were very busy with UPS down etc. Everyone handles themselves exceptionally to get all customers taken care of.

Worst service charged my card for things they dont have then tell me it will be 3to 5 days until I get my money back

I hope to revise this review in the near future. I have been on hold for well over ten minutes, when they finally picked up I simply asked for a price for a single color print on a nice cardstock. He put me on hold again and said he had to check the price, its been another ten minutes at this point.. wow.... I hung up.

I was interested in purchasing a chair and called to inquire about setup and delivery. the chair was advertised with free shipping. the chair was in stock at my local store.After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, I asked if there was a way to have the chair setup and then delivered to my workplace. The associate told me, that if I came in the store and ordered in the store, I could purchase the chair, which comes with free delivery and pay their in store setup fee of $14.95 and they would put the chair together and then deliver it.When I went into the store, (there were only one or two other customers in the store at this time) I went to the office furniture area and looked at the chairs. I was in this area for 30 minutes, not one sales associate came to see what I was interested in.I went to look for an associate and found one in the online pickup window. he came out to help, I showed him the chair I wanted, which was on sale for $99.00 with free delivery. Next to the price tag was another tag which offered chair assembly for $14.95.I went to arrange having the chair assembled and delivered. I was told that I could have this done, but it would be expensive. He informed me that if they put the chair together, they would have to have the chair delivered by a third party delivery company.I told him that I was told otherwise over the phone and asked why the chair is advertised as free delivery and you offer setup for $14.94, why if I want to do both, you change the rules?The associate then contacted the manager over his phone, the manager said nope we dont do that.Not once was I told why I was told differently over the phone and your in store signs also say differently. the associate didnt ask the manager to come and assist.The bottom line, not customer service. Staples does have good prices, but you wont get customer service in this store or online.

The 2 times that i have purchased electronics here, the employees were knowledgeable and helpful, dont know about the other departments .

What has happened to this place? Where is management and leadership? The copy and print center is a joke. Clearly understaffed.Takes greater than 24 hours to complete an online or email print order. Apologies are insincere and they make no effort to compensate the customer.If this is a local thing then clearly management is asleep at the wheel. If it is a corporate standard then Staples is doomed

By his shortness, harsh treatment, and his look of annouiance he gave to me, I called him on it and told him, You are badand left. I will spend my 2,000.00+ dollars a year elsewhere.

Staff will answer questions without knowing the answer, I called with a shipping question and the person said they could do that no problem, and when I get there the girl says they cant and when I said I called and asked her response was well you didnt talk to me how about Im sorry our staff are dumb.

I had a laptop issue and the person in the tech helped me quite a bit, name is David. David was personable and professional.

I think the staff here hates customers. Its hard to find someone to ask for help, and they seem annoyed when you need something. Fairly understaffed.

I was trying to use the printer, couldnt get it to work and asked for help. One worker came and just reset the copy machine and walked away so I tried 3 more times on 2 different copiers and so couldnt get it to work. Asked another worker for help and was ignored. Twice.

One of the guys in there is super pushy on buying certain products.. other than that I go there alot for my business needs
