Great place to stop and get a few things, I wouldn’t do all my grocery shopping here as it is more expensive then other places. But if you use your rewards you can get some good deals. However it’s a great place to get a bouquet of flowers.

Pricing is confusing. I believe if the item has a price ok n it, then all customers should get that price. Having to go on you phone or computer to view all those ads to try to find each item is burdensome and difficult for many shoppers. I understand loyalty is an issue, but you turn many of us away with your current bulky system.

We called in a huge order of chicken kind of last minute. It was ready before the promised time. Thank you for making a difficult time a bit easier on our friends and family.

Steve, the front end manager,is always kind and helpful; in great spirits no matter whatever the Grants Pass mood may be. All the employees are helpful,down to Earth and positive. Great store with kind and conscientious employees!

Its better to get your shopping needs done in the evening at your participating Safeway,I would suggest 7:00 pm is a great time to do so.

I believe the App is a scam. I have discovered that there is ALWAYS a discrepancy at checkout and when trying to make checker aware, often it is such an hassle for them to find and correct the error. I believe this is a SCAM. We are being misled and overcharged for probably everything.

Love this Safeway, all the employees are super nice. Deli and Starbucks crew are superhuman multitaskers and cashiers are keep the longest lines moving super fast. I appreciate the floor staff keeping the store fully stocked and presentable. Thanks for doing a great job!!!

Price is a little high on certain things and most things but other than that its a great place to find whatever you need and theyre never out of stock like most other places

Nice clean store. It has everything you need for the grocery store.

Only not five stars cause the place tends to feel a bit dirty. The shelves are kind of grimy when you pull stuff off. The deli staff are super friendly though and everyone at the registers are incredibly helpful and patient too.

This Safeway has to be thee just friendly Safeway I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Such wonderful, kind people. Grear customer service and good atmosphere.

We really appreciate our Safeway Store. Other than Growers Market, some favorite farm stands and our own garden they are our go to source for produce. Consistent quality and selection won us over. The folks who work the department really care and it shows. The displays are truly beautiful.

Safeway topsham off with their pepsis buy two get three free once in a while meet the little high but the sodas you cant beat it

Just used the App for the first time and it was great! Saved a lot in digital coupons and easy to use. Store is clean and well stocked, but cramped. Needs to have self check out added, as there are always lines and not enough check out lanes open.

Safeway has always been my favorite store here in Grants Pass I particularly like the one over on 138 Williams Highway its clean its organized the staff is wonderful its just a great store

Very rude and unprofessional service, had an employee named Devon help me find an item, he made me feel very uncomfortable with his remarks towards myself and my teenage daughter.

If your too hot from the 100° temps, this is the place to go. Very cool in side and great deals on Steaks.

As Safeways go this is a nice store I think the only problem I have is with the parking lot the parking spots are kind of small this is where I got a ding in my Jeep

This Safeway on 7th and G St, is large enough to carry alot of my favorites. Yet, at the same time, small enough to give a local feeling. Everyone is friendly and respectful.

Wont be back to this store. A grocery store as big as Safeway, the cashier stated they had no restrooms. I have a medical condition where I need to use the restroom often. And was denied access to use the restroom. I couldnt enjoy my shopping experience

This is a nice clean store and even has a Starbucks inside. The isles are a bit small, but well stocked.

Customer service here was not friendly I would never stop in at the store again even though I was traveling through unfortunately it is what it is. Would never stop there again

Theyve got a good deli. Five dollar Fridays too. Five $ for eight piece chicken. Yummy! Safeways fruit selection is very good. And the Floral Department is awesome. Great designers and fresh flowers. Blooming plants green plant. Good yummy bakery too.

The store itself is fine, but I wish I didnt have to be hassled for money multiple times on the way in and out. I also wish they had just one extra cashier, that or they should open a self checkout.

Theyre out of a lot of items, empty spaces all over the store. If you put something on sale, either make sure you have plenty of the item your putting on sale or limit the amount of the product a customer can buy, so your not constantly out of the sale items!

Good place to get all your grocery needs... Lines can be quite long tho to check~out. All in all pretty good grocery store!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my xanax and mscontin and my 15mg instant release morphine tablets I was told that I could not have them until tomorrow I could not believe what I was hearing! I pick up the same 3rxs at the same time every month! Apparently the pharmacy had told my doctor that I had picked up my xanax on time but I didnt pick up the other two a day later since I would have been in total withdrawal! But they said that I could have the xanax today!the month before I opened the bag and all 3 where there!🤔 Im transferring all of my scripts back to WALMART PHARMACY where this sort of thing never happens PERIOD!!!🤬

Although short staffed, the staff were efficient and still managed to help me with a heavy item, loading it in my car for me. (Case of water)

Great place, great location, great selection. The staff are very friendly courteous. By now I know most of them by name. One major ding.....they are darn proud of their prices. I suspect that if they heard their competitors prices were lower they would go out of their way to raise theirs.

Nice clean store, however a tad bit on the expensive side for some things.

Overcharged me on coke, then said I should be using the phone app instead of my red card, when she asked one of here coworkers about the charge, her coworker told her she was wrong. She had to refund the difference. Very poor customer service. Ill use the other Safeway in town from now on.

Clean carts at the door, friendly & helpful masked employees inside! They always have a great selection of items! Customer service can help with a variety of needs. Floral dept is full of beautiful flowers, plants & gifts! Produce is always fresh & plentiful! The meat dept is great at helping me select just the right cut of meat for meals! The deli is full of tasty lunch meats, specialty cheeses & sides! Starbucks is a nice treat too, the baristas are so awesome! This is and always will be my favorite store! 😊

The 7th street store have amazing people that work in it. I have been going to this store pretty much my whole life. They take care of all of their customers as best as they can.

There rotisserie chickens are tough no flavor and very dry.

Very convenient grocery store. Easy to get to. A few specialty items like dragon fruit which are fun. Biggest downside is it feels a bit squished. Especially now with social distancing it is hard to stand in line where there was never much space to begin with.

Free item every week, friendly service and really good prices, especially in their ad paper!

The pharmacy staff are very pleasant, the reason for 2 stars is their bathroom is dirty actually disgusting! They had no toilet seat covers they werent just out they had no place for them, I do realize allot of people use their bathroom, but really Safeway its pretty bad 👎

Nice and clean. Basically a very standard safeway store. I can tell you that their prices are the highest in town. Prices are usualltly equivalent and on par with a convenience stores. I worked for safeway when it still was still safeway from august of 1995 until Oct of 1999 thru my high school years right up until the time I had to resign as I enlisted in the military and left for basic oct 6th of that year. All in all unless its an urget situation I will not shop there anymore after the takeover by Albertsons.. I just feel the safeway I knew from my youth is gone and I have zero desire to shop at what has essentially become an Albertsons clone.
