Went in to have my phone looked at to see why it wasnt connecting to app services and Sid my representative helped me figure it out. He was amazing and the manager on duty Ejaz Saiyed made my experience at their location unforgettable. Thank you both for going above and beyond to help me fix my issues which I had been dealing with for over two months. No one else was able to come up with the solution but Sid did. Go and experience it for yourself if your looking for outstanding customer service.
Cracked the protective screen on my iPhone and had it replaced at the T Mobile store in Grapevine Mills. My tech was Sidd who was extremely helpful and courteous. He did a very good job replacing the glass and finished in about 10 minutes. The atmosphere was much more relaxed and professional than what I encountered at the other store also in the mall. I learned that the other store is 3rd party owned and not a true T Mobile store. You may save yourself some grief if you go to the T Mobile store that is nearest to Sun & Ski.
I am a 57 year old woman who is very technologically impaired. My 7 year old phone died completely. The associate in the store seemed happy to assist me through picking out the best and easiest phone for me. He proceeded to walk me through every step of the process. He was so respectful and nice to me. I was in the store for over an hour!!!. The gentlemans name was Rene. He never once seemed annoyed with all of my questions. I have never had such awesome customer service ever. Still trying to figure out all of the ins and outs of the new phone. I am sure though that if I went back for help, he would have no problem. I appreciate and was impressed by how easily he was able to explain to my Spanish speaking parents the plans and deals T-Mobile had!

It was a somewhat okay experience . The line wasn’t long and I end up getting some service here . The bad part was the agent who was helping me lied about my plan . She made me sigh something to take off a certain Protection plan so I can pay for a phone in full so she can get more commission . Contacted customer care immediately and told me they will handle this . Otherwise I did have a nice time there
The service these guys and girls give is amazing. They always make me feel welcome especially Martin Romeo Michelle Jordy Ejaz. As soon as I walk in I feel like family so the drive from Lewisville to them is worth it.
It states that the store closes at 9 pm. Just stopped by (8:22 PM) to shop and the store is closed. Very disappointed that I made the trip for nothing.

Called ahead and they said they had the iPhone I was looking for, show up to the store less than 15 minutes later and they didn’t have any. On the phone I had asked them to hold and they said they could not. Find another T-Mobile because the majority of them have awesome staff. I went to a different location afterwards and not only did they hold a phone for me, but also gave me awesome customer service.
How many people does it take to help one person? Well for this location it’s 3. I would have been okay if they would have at least acknowledged me. Not even a “Hi, we will be right with you” from the staff coming from the back. There was this other sales person that finished with a customer and went to ask the customer that was already being helped! And then the other sales person.. went to help/stand next to the other sales person.Not even a glance.Saddest thing is I was going to buy some accessories as well as a new phone.

Horrible assistant manager you guys have “Mike” .. Needs to be replaced, very unprofessional. Went in to get a screen replaced which was insured and covered,he said we don’t qualify which we DO, had a hell of a attitude then on top of that when my significant other walked out he’s gonna mumble under his breathe. This is your job you chose act accordingly! We eventually walked out and called T Mobile ..the lady helped us out tremendously, wish I knew her name so I could give her a shoutout, but there was a error in there on the system that it was just linked to a different # on our account..easy fix, which she fixed and left notes in there for future assistance, wish he would of been more helpful and we wouldn’t have had a issue. Mannerism is everything and he definitely doesn’t deserve to work there, sorry !

I went to all the other phone service provider stores and the service at this store was by far far THE best. Ivan was beyond helpful. I switched from Sprint and the sprint store was taking way too long just to process things and the mall was closing. But hats off to Ivan, just so that I wouldnt be stuck without a cell phone line coz I returned my phone to sprint, Ivan stayed late and helped set me and my wife up with the Tmobile line. I hardly ever write reviews but the service and helpful attitude really go very far and I felt like I have to commend it. 10 stars 💪

Superb service! My wife and I recently got new iPhones and service under a plan for Seniors. Temeka spent considerable time explaining the different phones & plans to us, setting up our phones and making sure we knew how to use them. Efrain and Shaq were also very patient in answering our questions. Whenever we return to the store for additional assistance, we are greeted warmly and treated with respect.
Horrible experience, unprofessional staff.They did not hand me my id back after I left the store. I called to ask if it was there, the lady said she would check, after a 5minute wait I drove back to ask physically. I walk in and the entire staff is bragging about how much they have made, including the girl I spoke to.What a joke- I did get my id back, as they left it in the printer. Will drive out of my way for a professional experience.
I went into the store without my wallet(left at home on accident) and my phone dead (meaning I wasnt able to use cardless option) and explained that I needed to charge my phone. They not only charged my phone on a charger they had in store but they looked up my account so I was able to use my account credit to purchase a car charger so I could get home (I live in Arlington and wasnt sure how exactly to get home)The staff really saved the day for this mom of 3 ❤️
Efrain the new manager was fantastic. He had the patience of a saint explaining how to select and use my new I phone..He took time to transfer all my data and then introduced me to all the staff assurring me if I had any problems they had my back ! Great day for a newby to the I phone !

SHAQUILLE was an awesome Sales Consultant when I went to buy a phone the other day. There was a young lady there whos name I didnt catch who was also very helpful. Shaq was the one to notice me walking in and greet me and made me feel welcomed. I had already visited a couple of stores and dint have the best experience because of who I was working with. Shaq was friendly, informative, and quick. I think the best part was that he even called a couple days after to follow up with me to see if I had any questions. I thought that was very professional and important because I did have some things to ask that he was quick to answer. Its safe to say Shaq is a key element in that stores success because of his customer service. I bought an iphone x and everything has been great. Thanks again Shaq!

These guys are awesome, not even Tmobile store will give you the service like this one. The staff is amazing and super helpful. I literally had the most difficult situation after getting a buy one get one free S7 with a business account. I moved account and spilt the S7, even though it wasnt credit. Earny was able to help me with a very difficult situation. I walked stores and they wont even bother me. I called Grapevine where I purchase the phones, they were willing to just help me with it instead of saying sorry dont want to deal with you

Certainly one of the best T-Mobile stores that Ive had the pleasure of working with. On my last visit I talked to Ivan Barraza (yep, the same guy who gave his own store 5 stars 😉), and he was able to work out a problem that I have been trying to figure out recently. I recently moved to a new area and Ive been wondering (since I dont play games online) if I can get enough mobile (tethered) internet to stream Netflix/Hulu/etc. on my TV without needing another internet provider. Ivan and another associate were able to determine our situation and suggested a plan and a solution to fit our needs. He even noticed things about our current plan that I didnt even realize that we had. Ive been a happy T-Mobile customer for over 8 years now, and getting great customer service like this only reconfirms that I made a good choice in choosing them as my phone provider.

Came in to get information on getting my screen replaced. I was told that with my insurance that it would cost $175. Came home looked at my insurance packet and it said $29 for screen replacement. Seems like they’ll tell you anything to get your money...
