I wanted to leave a review for the C terminal Mac, but couldn’t find it on the map. I also wish I had the name of the awesome employee who helped me yesterday. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in a way she could help me pick out the right foundation type and shade for me without having to try them. When I put them on at home it was everything I wanted and the shade was spot on!Plus they were running a sale so I got a great deal! Thank you Airport Mac C terminal!

Derrick is my Go2 worker here at this location.I have never seen such a understaffed MAC since shopping at MAC. People (some demanding people) need help trying on, having questions, getting their product, price checks, exchanges & checking out .. It is not fair to have two people taking the heat when normally stand alone at. MALL MAC stores have at minimum 3 workers at all times. In slow low traffic stores such as Macy’s I have seen 1 worker during “lunch” times.. Derrick should be a manger based off how he carried himself during what I have seen one of the most high stressed low staffed situation such as this day( which was no holiday or special sale day) Literally over 9-10 people all with questions, exchanges and price checks. He was running around with such a sweet demeanor the whole time helping three -four people at a time. Huge kuddos and for that I will be back on to work with him during his hours. One star lost for the general manager In charge for letting this happen.

Site says open at 7:00 am.... annoying to find its close and no posting of open hours

The customer service here was amazing. I came in looking for a foundation match, and was quickly helped by Nama Perry (I hope I got the name correct). She selected a bunch of foundations for me to try while she helped other customers. When she was finished, she helped me with other products based on my needs. MAC can be a bit intimidating to enter, but Nama made my first time shopping there wonderful. Thank you so much!

Not a full selection

Three attendants in the terminal D24 store with no customers except me and not one of them thought I was important enough to help me. Talked amongst each other while staring at me like I was an employee who could serve herself. I’ll head to corporate from here. Unacceptable
