This store is wonderful and the Associates and a Manager are amazing! Their customer service level is truly unmatched. They are kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel welcomed and invited when I shop here and I usually spend a lot more than what I had originally planned to spend and this is due to their customer service. I truly love this store! Best prices for prestige/luxury make up and skin care. They are actually an Estee Lauder outlet store and sell brands owned by Estee Lauder; Clinique, MAC, Too Faced, Smashbox, MK, Origins and more. Their customer service is superb! Everytime I go in there, the associates are friendly and attentive. They can help you match the color you are looking for and items as well.

Why has the store been closed for several days? I got an email telling me about a great sale and when I got there - the store was closed (during mall hours). I called the mall Mgmt office and they said the store has been closed for several days, but they had no idea why. It just opened two months ago…Super disappointed I made the trip.

This store was temporarily closed due to a potential Covid case but they did a great job of sanitizing and reopening in time for holiday shopping. I had a return/exchange to make that they handled seamlessly and efficiently. Madeena and Gil are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop for your high-end cosmetics. They have some awesome gift sets and perfect stocking stuffers too.

Something needs to be done when employees have to close a store for an hour on a busy weekend in the mall just to take a lunch. Either management is not taking good care of their employees or the business structure needs to be adjusted. I took time to patronize this business only to be turned away and asked to return in an hour. Ridiculous.

Very bad attitude of one of the staff in the store, one lady is very rude. Please train your employees on how to behave with customers.
