A bit pricey. The glazed donuts melt in your mouth when recently out. Kolaches werent so good.

We like going there. Excellent service and very friendly. Only problem is if you want a cup of coffee you better go before 1 pm.. they STOP making coffee at that time.. that’s totally wrong.. Who doesn’t drink coffee with a donut? Other than that, they make great donuts.

The donuts are really good and so are the kolaches. I usually go here when I need a donut fix :). The only thing I do wish is that the sausages in the kolaches were bigger because its mostly air and I have to tear most of the bread off.

Don’t forget your mask bc you will get scolded. But if you are going to be “mask police” make sure YOU as the employee wear your mask correctly. Plus, how do you not have kolaches when you 6 hours away from closing? Go make more instead of standing there doing NOTHING! If you hate your job so much, go find another one. Horrible customer service. The Employees hate their job and customers.

Looking for really good tasting homemade donuts? Yap this will be your best choice. My favorite donuts are the chocolate covered donuts with pecans and the lemon filling donuts . They are daily fresh and so soft. I enjoy with their great tasting decaf coffee they brew fresh daily all day . you always find everything fresh and the costumer service they give you is so beautiful for they greet you with a beautiful warm smile all the time never has failed me. They have a large variety of donuts daily to choose from and they also have koalaches made fresh daily .My sons love the sausage with cheese and jalapenos .😍

Shipley has the tastiest donuts - but customer service matters too.I was recently responsible for feeding breakfast to 15 middle school boys for a weekend retreat. I timed my Shipley run to ensure I walked in with fresh donuts just before they woke up. Unfortunately, it didnt work out that way because I waited 15 minutes in there drive-thru, behind only 3 cars. I figured it was due to a difficult customer, but when it was my turn to order, I asked for 3-dozen glazed but was told to pull forward because they were out of donuts. It was a Saturday morning. How are you not prepared on a Saturday morning? Five minutes later they walked out with my 3 dozen without an apology. As I feared, the middle schoolers were awake and snacking on the night befores goodies before I made it back. Wasted $32.

The best donuts ever... They sell a cinnamon roll that has walnuts inside, they are the best in the world... and the customer service is really good, all the girls are super nice... I love this place

We just moved to Grapevine, TX and my hubby wanted donuts. The staff was super friendly showing a menu from a distance. I stole an extra one and it was amazing. Thank you for being open through everything. Please stay safe. I totally recommend this company and I am rarely a sweets fan (so that means alot).

Sorry, I do not like Shipleys donuts, not a fan at all. One day I was really having a sweet tooth, decided to stop in and just look. OMG, The donuts tasted fresh, not thickly frosted with 10 layers. but really done well. The next time I came in, I asked for old fashioned donuts. The Manager came forward and said he would be trying them out in a couple weeks. True to his word, I stopped in while waiting for pizza across the street. Old fashioned donuts were great. The Manager is very conscientious about what the customers want. Thank you so very much, really appreciated. Very kind demeanor. Also appreciate his understanding that us older folks with sweet tooth dont like anything too sweet to enjoy.

The apple fritters and the cinnamon buns are the bestest!! Drivethru is fast. Dough is nice and crispy and soft on the inside. Yum Yum!

Dropped in on this great donut shop shop this morning! It’s within walking distance of Great Wolf Lodge where we stayed for the weekend. My family loved their first experience with these just out of the oven donuts!

Have never gotten donuts from here that were fresh...ever. Even when I go at 7:30a.m🙄Donuts are always cold and taste old. The staff always acts like it’s a hassle when I ask them to warm them up for me. This is the fourth time I have had these exact issues with this Shipleys. I used to love Shipleys but this place makes me not ever want to eat donuts again

I cannot save enough positive things about these guys. Great donuts and superb SERVICE! They acknowledge you when you walk in and will answer any questions. I love to start my weekends and my kiddos with them!!

This is a staple! Me and my daughter go every Friday for “Donut Friday”. The ownership and staff are amazing. We truly feel like family when we go there.

Great donuts that are consistently yummy. Service is usually fast, but the drive through can take a while if a car ahead puts in a big order. We love this place 👍

Super friendly and Kind! My son is allergic to the glaze, but he prefers the “glazed” donut-unglazed. We weren’t there in time to catch a batch before they were glazed so he dropped a bunch in for us fresh and made sure they didn’t glaze them for us. That speaks to my momma heart immensely!

The cashier was nice and even gave treats to our dog.

Drove around this place 3 times trying to find it. Was not disappointed once my journey ended. Hot and fresh glazed do-nuts just like I remembered getting as a kid back home. Keep your eyes peeled and stop by one morning. It’s worth it.

Well, I went for a interview here and I must say in all of the years I have worked in the industry this I say one of the best interview I ever had. Dispute they didnt hire me I still say great people great environment and great management. Thanks Mr. Mike

This Shipleys is always great for service. Theres cinnamon roll seem to have something special above and beyond the normal cinnamon roll. Its just like the cinnamon is all the way through and through and not concentrated in one ring.

This establishment does not accept medical exemptions and completely discriminates against individuals with any type of disabilities. My husband who is a 20 year veteran with 6 deployments overseas was yelled at on Veterans Day by the staff and humiliated for having a medical exemption. Its sad how some businesses like these treat their customers.

Little depressing to bite into one of your big kolaches only to see its mostly air. The sausage inside was so tiny that more than half the kolache deflated when I bit into it.

I am a huge fan of Shipleys! I wanted to give them a 5 star rating but couldnt be cause of my experience - the gentleman serving us made my family feel like we were a burden by being there. What a loss!!! This place is great - clean, great variety, and the do-nuts are super! But the experience was a zero. I know others would rate this much lower bc of that, but I cant. I hope management sees this and looks into it. Great location, clean inside, and I am a fan!

My first time here, I was not crazy about the order at pick up window no menu available, and the glazed donuts were not the best—too much dough.

I was visiting the Gaylord Resort and decided to stop in for some donuts. Love their donuts and kolaches. The staff were all friendly. Would definitely recommend Shipleys Do-nuts to anyone. Dont forget to ask for HOT GLAZE!

Decent apple fritters and great sausage rolls. Need to fix the coffee. Coffee was very weak (looked like tea), and after asking about it, they made some dark roast (supposedly, they will have both available after they get more equipment) which was also too weak. I am NOT a coffee connoisseur, I just want Decent coffee. Better up your game Shipley, with Kountry Donuts and Starbucks just a minute away, after the newness wears off folks will go elsewhere.

We have been waiting for Shipleys to open.My husband got 6 cinnamon donuts.They were nicely boxed and looked fine.We were disappointed in their taste. We did not care for the taste of them at all.It is a cake donut,but for me not to to eat even a quarter of it was unusual.We threw the rest out.We have had glazed donuts at Shipleys, in other places, in the past,and always enjoyed them.Next time well go back to the glazed.Im sorry this is not a good review,but I do wish you well in your new business, and we will try again.Everyone deserves a second chance.

They have the best glass donuts on the planet. I miss Shipleys as we dont have it up north...just the average gourmet donut shops or Krispy Kreme. I googled this location as it was on the way to the airport. It was a late afternoon and the guy behind the counter gave me hot and fresh glazed donuts in the back. I was over the moon about this. Best donuts, great experience.

Love it. 5 stars and will be coming back again.Old post:I was there around 8am and there wasnt enough donuts or kolaches for me to get a dozen kolaches and a dozen chocolate iced donuts. Nothing too fancy. The employee checked the back and there wasnt any more being made. I ended up just walking out since both items were out. I see youre just opening so maybe yall have kinks still. Had never heard of Shipley’s donuts but my husband and neighbors couldn’t wait for this place to open in Grapevine.Now I know! Ive been to pastry heaven!EVRYTHING is amazing! Pecan cinnamon roll is to die for if you like those flavors. The pastries, cakes, and the kolaches....OMG THE KOLACHES! They are HUGE and sooooo good!Want a raise?
