I dont think i have ever walked out of a donut shop paying 10 dollars for 2 kolaches and AWFUL completely covered in chocolate not even like normal donut holes...Not to mention the kolaches had barely any bread around them and tasted like a straight hot dog.. I will never come here again and Im really upset i wasted 10 dollars this morning when i didnt even eat any of it.. Disappointed is an understatement.

Run, don’t walk to the Sweet Spot!! This place is GREAT!! Ever since DD stopped selling their buttermilk donuts, I’ve searched for a good ring of tastiness - this place has it!!! And to top it off, the owners couldn’t be nicer - SUPER people!! I traveled in from out of town and am so glad I stumbled across this great find. Had to bring a dozen home with me - thanks Sweet Spot! I’ll be talking with my family to have more shipped back to Chicago for me!! 😄👍

Is your basic donut place. Nothing crazy but the food is solid. Theyre a little bit pricey but if you want a fresh donut or pig in a blanket, stop by. I had a sausage, bacon and cheese, $2.48. Pretty good and cheaper breakfast than fast food

Very friendly Mom and Pop place. I could tell that they were freshly made. Kolachie was delicious. First time I’ve had a super soft donut. I can’t wait to go back! Their custom birthday donuts look amazing and I can’t wait to order some on my birthday.

I love this little hole-in-the-wall donut shop. They have a very nice selection of different sizes and types of kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. The lady that works there almost everyday if not everyday is very friendly and always smiling and always has a positive attitude that makes your experience a great way to start the morning (and she usually throws in some kind of free treat from the assortment of freshly baked goods in addition to whatever you ordered).There are many choices of donut shops in the area, but this is my favorite option despite the fact that I pass quite a few other donut shops when traveling to The Sweet Spot from my house. In all honesty I primarily stop there while Im traveling between locations at work that are close to The Sweet Spot, although I do find myself going out of my way occasionally to acquire legit kolaches to snack on throughout the day. I am typically not a frequent flyer of donut shops but this place has made me a loyal patron, fan, and advocate (I dont leave reviews very often, and when I do theyre usually not long-winded reviews; so that should speak to sincerity and well deserved recognition that Id like to think this review provide).Hopefully this is helpful to someone and hopefully the owners read this and get a well-deserved pat on the back!Thanks,JustinKeep cranking out those amazing kolaches!

I was super impressed with the donuts I custom ordered for my daughter’s gender reveal party! We had a vision of what we wanted and they went above and beyond to make it a reality and even exceeded our expectations. Very sweet and professional staff. I would highly recommend them!
