Oh my gosh what more can be said about those warm yummy glazed donuts they literally just absolutely dissolve in your mouth and again when you can get them hot thats when you need to get them and I found that every location is consistently good however... I also tries their new Maple filled Donut.... they have a new selection of different Maple Donuts and I chose the maple filled.. it was good but way way way too sweet I wish they had of use more of a custard filling instead of the sugary sugary whipped cream.. but the maple glaze was great

First time seeing hot fresh donuts being made and practically having them right off the line. We came in about 45 mins before close with our 4 children and Jesse and Lori were the nicest employees ever! Very clean store and amazing donuts!!

I really like taking my son here n eating by the railroad tracks only problem was I got 24 donut holes n it was just donut pieces not holes that was pretty disappointing. Still good flavor on other donuts, but the holes were crunchy. Ill still come back just not for donut holes

I stopped by here today as a result of the request by my spouse who knew about the $1 special on the donuts. I bought one dozen and get the second one for $1. So $ 8.99 for the first one basically gave them to me for almost half off. The ones I bought were hot off the belt and they were really tasty. The worker that helped me was quick and friendly.

You can only order through the drive thru, can’t go inside to order. There is no sign saying drive thru only.Once at the speaker box the girl could not understand my order, had to repeat my self multiple times.When I get to the last window to pay the cashier had a black sweater with what seem to be dog/ cat hair all over it.It grossed me out because that hair could fall on the donuts, will not be coming back here.

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. Plain glazed are my favorite. They carry a bunch of other varieties from filled donuts to covered donuts. One can actually see the entire making of donuts from scratch to final. You might go to grab a few but would end up ordering a dozen or even more. Great staff and clean store.

I ordered pick-up last evening. Order is not ready after 15min of actual pickup time. No service. Order is not ready. Food is not fresh. I decided to not go here again.

Showed up the week of my birthday because I received an email and coupon for a free dozen donuts for my birthday. When I showed up in the morning before work intending to bring them for my co workers the manager refused to honor the coupon. Or atleast thats what I was told since the manager never spoke to me directly but only through their employees. I ended up just purcbasing the dozen and I tried to call customer service only to be told I needed to speak to the location manager....the peraon who refused to honor it in tue first place. This is a garbage company with no customer service. I will not be back.

Second time ordering here and second time they were out of my requested selection. The first time the store did call me and give me the option to choose my replacement .This time donuts showed up with a note on the receipt and they replaced them with what they wanted to replace them with.It would not have been my choice of replacement . Highly disappointed that they feel like they can choose my replacement and I am the one paying for it . No courtesy call at all.

I came to krispy kreme for some doughnuts but got a different kind of kreme from this employee mousa. He gave me all his goodies and more as he filled me up with enjoyment and happiness. His donuts were by far the best and he had the most kreme i ever gotten. His donut buns were very soft and it slipped right into my mouth. Would 10/10 recommend to be helped by him.

This store has spiraled downhill, costing us several wasted trips. Either they are late opening or have no donuts ready. They have argued with us that the Any Dozen coupon is not for any dozen. They argued on multiple attempts to get out of giving me my birthday dozen. Yet again they juat opened and the ONLY donuts they have are a few strawberry glazed and thats IT for another hour... on a Saturday! Wont be going back, ever.

I noticed as the girl that walked up to ring up our order on the cash register had on a black jacket that was cover in cat or dog hair, and I am concerned how sanitary that is, because the doughnuts run around on a covayer type belt, the work area is open FOR customers to watch the doughtnuts being glazed, sorry I lost my craving for the doughnuts I purchased

Love Krispy Kreme but a few times at this location I hadnt received what I ordered. If its on the menu and you dont currently have it, say so, not just give me whatever you choose. Pretty sure the other day online said this location was open. I was planning to stop in in a bit but online says its closed(again) so who knows. The original glaze doesnt have the same appeal to me as it used to-- or maybe it was the fact that the worker didnt wear gloves while he was putting donuts into the box. Pretty off-putting.

Asked for fresh glazed donuts (half-dozen) and was given what tasted like yesterdays leftovers. The floor was completely wet, the ceiling tiles were falling off...just dirty and unacceptable.

Finally! A donut shop with generous hours and an open lobby! No COVID excuse here. Very good coffee, and the original glazed is Krispy Kremes best! The filled cake batter donut is also good. Clean restrooms, lobby, and kitchen. Comfortable sofa and chairs available. And a crew that is friendly and appreciates customers. Now to make it complete, all we need is kolaches and maybe a sausage and egg sandwich. Maybe someday?

Terri is awesome! Bought donuts for our teachers. They are packed in no contact boxes and sealed. They use a special tool to handle donuts. They are not touched by any staff.

They have fresh donuts & several coffee types. Frozen, iced or hot but the morning shift tends not to listen to detailed coffee orders. 3 out of 5 times its been wrong regardless of how specific I was about flavor, add ins or cold/hot.

Always love some Krispy K. These chocolate glaze are perfect. Not to sweet so you can really taste the chocolate. Wish they had them on more than just Fridays!

Weve made 3-4 visits in the last couple years; The donuts are too notch, the staff seem very friendly, helpful and patient, no issues with the store or service. And maybe weve just come on bad weeks, but the lower rating is due to how much the variety / selection has shrunk in progressive visits. Its useless trying to plan a mixed dozen in advance, since this store seems to carry perhaps half of the advertised (online) varieties - and earlier this week, many of our old favorites were gone, and the staff indicated the selection at the time was basically all the donuts they make anymore. Could be due to the holiday varieties replacing them temporarily, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

Erika was the person in drive through and took her 6 yes you read that right 6 attempts to get the order right Im not sure whats going on but Im afraid this krispykreme will be closing soon too.

I really didn’t want to be difficult but this place gave me the wrong drinks and when I told them it was wrong they said it was right. Showed them the receipt and my order was correct so I did end up getting the drinks I had initially ordered. However, I should’ve checked my dozen before getting home because they made me pay the full amount for assorted donuts when it was only glazed in the box!! I tried calling the store to get my money back and there was no answer at all. The line rang and rang for 2 minutes then disconnected. All I want is my money back.

Service was ok but they never have the chocolate chocolate dipped donuts on Fridays as advertised on the drive through sign. Got regular dipped instead but they had hardly put chocolate on any of the donuts. I mean why bother if that’s all you can do. Ran out of chocolate??

Me and my fiancé were so excited to come and get donuts from here we had to drive almost 30Mins only to be Rudely greeted in the drive thru. The lady that was working today was making us feel rushed we asked her to give us a minute and she gave us 30 second and asked again 5 times rushed us to order and then got the order wrong. We will never be back.

The best customer service! I came in from Canada and was so impressed with the level of customer service and hospitality! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who served us but he was so patient and kind (Feb. 3.2020 around 3 pm) . I would recommend this location to anyone in the area and hope to come back again some day!

Theyre open, according to the website and the store hours on the door. We sat at the drive thru menu for a while, drove up to the window, then gave up. Sometimes they close early- sometimes no one comes to the microphone to take your order- its just hit & miss. Theres not much management or oversight, I guess. Great donuts when you can successfully order them.

So amazing! I am from Birmingham, Alabama...the home of Krispy Kreme and missed these donuts so much!! I honestly didnt even realize that there was one in Texas until my husband showed me. I was able to introduce my kids to this tradition, and it is honestly the best!

If I could I would give zero stars for the attitude we recieved in the drive thru, plus your ad stated through October the Halloween donuts were available. Extremely disappointed with the Krispy Kreme in Grapevine. Staff needs retraining. Customer service is horrifying. The person at the drive-thru was rude and disrespectful and dishonest, and actually making up lies to get out of the promotions. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but he was acting like he was. I make the drive all the way to Arlington now to get my donuts. The only thing good about this Grapevine location is there are no lines.

Dude working drive thru this afternoon (8-12-2020) was rude, barely said a word so we werent sure he was ready to take our order- he was. We ordered 3 donuts and our order was wrong. Would have asked to have it fixed but he didnt even stick around at the window for us to say anything, wasnt worth wasting our time.Donuts alone werent very good, tasted dry.We will not be back.

Worst Customer service from the drive thru guy I have ever experienced, today (08-22-2020) around noon.. I wanted to get some donuts instead my whole day was spoilt by this experience.

There was a bit of a wait, but worth it! I didnt make it for the hot ones, but glazed donuts were still delicious.

Disappointed in the service I received this morning. No one was able to help with the app. No one showed any interest in helping me with my issue so I took my business elsewhere. The guy seemed truly disinterested in anything I had to say. I was trying to get doughnuts and coffee for my co workers. I am a manager and like to treat them about once a week as a way to say thank you. I guess I just expected to much.Much better the second around. The service was really good this time. The front counter girl was so helpful and the summer donuts were a great idea!! Thanks for the recommendations!! My kids were so excited. If I get food service again I will adjust the review further.
