Excellent service. Called and spoke to a human being, not a recording. Brian in the front was super nice and honest about pricing, even let me use a lock for a couple days since I forgot mine. Prices were excellent compared to nearby units. They have a rental truck but I guess it is first come first serve. Smooth process, clean unit, great deal.

We have had a great experience with storing our car here since June. We had to go overseas for business, but still popped into the DFW area from time to time. This place was perfect, Uber to and from airport wasnt crazy and my car was never found in bad shape. They also had a military discount which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. I would recommend as well as use them again if I needed this type of service. Thank you again for a great experience. You took a great deal of stress off my shoulders.

I just moved into town and I didn’t want my garage to be filled with all the extra stuff from my move. I looked at many storage facilities in the area. I wanted a facility that was clean safe and had easy access. The prices are amazing for everything the facility has to offer. The management is awesome and I am very happy with my choice. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to store any of their extra memories they have at first choice Stadium.

I have had my boat stored here for the last two years and I can honestly say that my experience so far has been excellent. The facility is clean, very well lit up at night and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very secure parking my boat at this facility not only because there is an access gate but also because there is a manager that lives on site to keep an eye on things for added security. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

He is one of the best guy to hang out with he knows how to have fun in an adult life never let no one down always there to help other people to make their life so much easier he loves his dog named coop and its their best house

The staff are very helpful and friendly and respectful. The storage units themselves are clean and doors function easily with superior safety. You have to use codes to get in and out. The pricing is comparable to the size you need. Parking lot is clean and free of debris. Its been easy to drive through when I have went with not to many other people to drive around. Im very satisfied. Be sure to ask about the free moving truck!!!

I am currently renting a storage space at 1st Choice Stadium Storage and so far my experience has been the best. Ray Chaney, the Manager on Site is so nice and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my question when I first leased my unit and personally took me to the space so I wasnt walking around not knowing where to go. My paper work was a breeze and again guided by Ray. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the gates have always been securely locked with a coded keypad so random people can not just walk in. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Stadium Storage for your storage needs!!!

I recently moved to the Southlake area and have been looking for a storage facility. I was referred here by a friend and I have to say I am so thankful I found this place! The staff members are friendly and informative, the facility was impeccably clean, and they sent a truck to my house to move all of my things into storage. The service was on time (this never happens with movers!) and the team they sent was amazing!

If you want a clean, modern, up to date storage facility then this is the place.If you want to be treated rudely, glared at just for showing up to sign up for your unit, ignored when you say hello, and just generally love bad manners from the manager, then this is also the place for you.I showed up to sign up for a unit and store my things and he was out on the property so I called the phone # on the door. He was rude on the phone and when he showed up in his little golf cart I looked him straight in the face and said hello, he walked right by without a word and theres no way he could have failed to hear me. When he opened the door he turned back to me and gave me a glare that could kill. If I didnt need to get my stuff stored that day I would have turned around and left.I had just about the same experience when I left. Manager is a complete jackass. There are a few old good reviews on here, and one that mirrors mine, but I suggest taking a look at other review sites as well, they support my experience.

Would never use this place again. Head management was EXTREAMLY RUDE. No one should ever talk to another person like this man talk to my family. If you like being treated nicely and not talk down upon, this is not the place for you. The disrespect was unreal.
