Brent (I think was his name) called us when we accidentally mis-locked the storage unit so we could fix it ASAP. He was also very friendly and helpful as we figured out our best options.Also, no bugs or mold in the unit areas. We appreciate the cleanness.

Amanda was so helpful, I do not even know how to express my thanks. I had a lot on my plate with my moving and she erased the stress that comes with figuring out storage. She explained all the different storage even calculated which would be a better option for me.There is a location closer to me (which she also found) but am using this location just to experience this 5 star customer experience

Wow! Had my first experience ever at CubeSmart today. I’ve had storages at just about every chain in the DFW area and quite honestly didn’t know what to expect.But 5 seconds after walking through the door and being greeted by Amanda with her knock out smile and superior professional and friendly customer service I knew I had finally come to the right place.I truly appreciated her willingness to go over everything so patiently. It was quite refreshing to have the experience I did!The facility was spotless and quite frankly beautiful.I told my moving company that. Thought I would just live there! Haha!I currently have 3 other storage units I’ve had for over ten years at a competitor company in Fort Worth that is one of the biggest names in storage in this area and they don’t hold a candle to this place.I can’t wait to transfer my other three storages from the other place to Amanda’s location immediately!!Life’s too short to store anywhere but CubeSmart!!!

I walked in to make a payment with cash and inquire about the move out process. Amy was super helpful!! She made me feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. We’ve had this storage for probably a year now and have not had any issues. It’s very easy to get in and out.

At first all was well, (probably because it was in the fall when we got it. but when summer hit I was really hot in our unit. When I asked about this I was told that the temp is 80 degrees in the unit in the summer and 56 in the winter. Since our unit was on the 3rd and top floor it was hotter than that because there was no insulation in the roof. In addition when we rented we were told could use a truck that the storage company had but when we need it to move other things we were told Oh that was only a promotion while we were opening this facility. If you are going to offer a service then you should disclose that. In addition the rates started going up so we decided to leave and find something else.

When the unit I reserved online turned out to be the only 10x10 unit but had a smaller door due to its corner location, she quickly came up with a solution, using recently vacated space which easily meets ours needs Would definitely recommend

Best experience ever! I have never had this kind of experience at a storage facility. When we walked in we were greeted by several different agents all were very eager to assist. The information was relayed very clearly, the facility was incredibly clean and secure. The manager was fantastic and answered all of our questions.

It was efficiently operated; quick and easy to get a reasonably priced space. Everything clean and safe!

Pro: Their rates are very low and the facility in Grapevine is new and clean and secure. Cons: There are hidden costs in the rate, such as required insurance. $1.75 insurance, plus $10.25 administrative fee for the insurance, making $12/month for the cheapest insurance. Pure scam, but even after the scam, its still the lowest rate around for a unit like mine. Pay on time! There are outrageous penalties for paying late, possibly tripling rent.

We rented a 10 x 10 unit for my college daughters move home for the summer. The employees were super nice and super helpful. Our unit and the entire facility was very clean. There is a loading dock with a gate that needs a password to open. It is right next to the elevator, so unloading was easy and I felt safe. It was also very reasonably priced.

I moved in for what I expected to be a few months and it turned into more than a year. I never worried about my things. Perfect climate control so my washer looked as clean as the day I put it in. The premise is very secure also. Management was a dream to work with. The price was lower than any other location I checked which gives it that final 5th star!

We use this location to store all of our office overflow. We have used several locations throughout the years, and I have never left a review. They were all good, but the customer service at this location is EXCELLENT! Andrew is so helpful and courteous. The location is very clean and easy to access. They made moving so simple.

This is the best storage facility I have used in Dallas. Miriam Sellers is the general manager and she has gone out of her way to help me facilitate challenging moves. They offer the largest air conditioned storage units I could find and the rate is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing secure climate controlled storage. They have a referral program and specials so take advantage of them because it makes a significant difference.

I have had a unit here for a little over two years now and I have to say the management and the service here has been amazing. You can truly tell when a company is customer centric when things go wrong and when things go wrong, Cubesmart seems to stand behind their commitment to put their customers first. Wow, this place was clean, looked new, very secure, and the staff was professional and happy to serve. The best part was... they were also the best price!

The staff was great! They really helped me out of a huge jam by locating the best fit for my belongings when I had to get them stored in a hurry. The staff was kind and courteous and let me know if a smaller unit (at a lower cost) that was more reasonable for the amount of items I had to store.

We moved into a unit yesterday and couldnt have had a better experience! Very professional! The prices are better than anything in the area and we got a free truck to move our things in! The units are climate controlled and it made things so much nicer being able to move in air conditioning. The office personnel are helpful and friendly and very personable.

Started moving in today after talking to mym about pricing. When I showed up to view the property, Paul was very helpful in letting me know how to access my unit and get in the gate. Beside from it being very well priced and clean, there is carpet in the hallways creating a quite move as well as a high tech security system which allows me to feel safe coming in and out with my items. Highly recommended.

One of the best move in experiences ever!! Joel the manager was incredibly kind and helpful. On move in day they have a box truck that is available for free! All you do is pay for the gas that you use. The facility is clean and easily accessible. Absolutely great storage facility!!!!

I rented online two lockers, a 10x10 and a 20x10. When I got to the store, I was told the 20x10 was actually two 10x10s next to each other (with a wall in the middle). It would also require an additional lock. Also, the 10x10 was actually closer to 9x910, and had only a small doorway entrance.The reason Im still giving 4 stars is because of the customer care I was given by Andrew Munoz, the employee on site. After Id gone through and signed everything, he still willingly transferred me out of the locker that was too small into a different configuration of locker that actually was 10x10. I told him what I needed done and he made sure it happened. He also provided a free door lock since I hadnt brought more than the two I thought I would need.He did a great job with customer service on a trip that had some serious issues at the beginning. So for the issues, I knock it a star, but overall, happy with the service and quality of the facilities.

I was treated with lots of respect. They honored the promotions too. My mom was with me and was very pleased to be honest!

Ive had a storage space in CubeSmart for some time, everybody is real friendly and Ive never had an issue! Would recommend!

MICE MICE MICE, you will notice mouse traps everywhere or bait boxes. Facility has a mouse issue, and my unit had water damage on the 2nd floor. Filed claim with insurance company they make you buy. They said management should have walked back to unit with me and taken pictures of unit to verify. None of that happened. For a climate controlled facility, I would hope for better.

Everyone was very friendly and informative. A great overall experience.

Went their last night and really like the place. They keep the units at 80 degrees in Summer and 55 in Winter so it means my stuff wont get ruined. Summers in Texas are brutal. Hours from 6am to 10pm so Im able to get to what I need.

Andrew and Team really stepped up for me when my builder (Lennar) missed several completion dates on my home. The CubeSmart Team set me up with the right size unit I needed for the things I had already transported to DFW for the new house. Then when it came time for the Big Move, I called them while in transit and they got everything ready so all I had to do was sign and go the very next day. They really took the time to make the inconvenience created by Lennar to be a little more palatable. Thanks for your help!

Well. We pay over $100 a month for a unit here and, while it is convenient to move furniture in and out with air conditioning, we arrived to move some of our things and there was A DEAD MOUSE IN THE FLOOR OF OUR UNIT. And there were mouse droppings piled in the corner. Needless to say we will be removing our things and we wont do business with them again. So disgusted.

Very nice price and excellent service! Staff is more than happy to help out and are very professional. Ill be with them for as long as I need storage!

Extremely unprofessional. We booked units for one of our customers and when we went to sign for the units the managers tell us that they cant give us the units because they had issues in the past with other companies. When I reserved these units they were aware of our company getting the units for our customer. Not once did they tell us over the phone that they wont be able to supply the units to us. They waited until one of our staff members arrived there to tell us. Any business looking to do storage for their clients do not use this place. They will waste your time. I will be telling all of our customers and vendors about the unprofessional managers at this facility.
